I also would have bought my leather jacket from here instead of Harley because they are way cheaper except I have short girl problems and the Harley jacket fit me better. I was also going to return here to get my boots and chaps because they have such a great deal but I happened to score Harley brand at Buffalo Exchange for $40 a piece. Not even broke in. Our new 2026 Pro R 4 broke down on us over the Memorial weekend, we were going to take it to…read moreSublimity where we purchased it. We had heard good things about NBP, so my guy called to see if they could get the buggy in sooner. They got us in the day after we called. Their communication was great. They let us know ahead of time if they tore into it, and if it was our fault we would have to pay, if it wasn't then it would be covered under warranty. They got into it, and found it was a stuck valve, acting like it wasn't getting oil. Thankfully it wasn't anything we had done wrong, and so it was covered under warranty, because they called to tell us it needed a new motor because of what they found. The hardest part was the wait. Which wasn't their fault, and they kept us updated the whole time. It was mostly waiting on the shipping of the motor. Once they received it they did the install with in a day. We had it back by the 4th of July weekend to play. We think it ran even better than before! I would recommend them for servicing your Polaris. Great communication, great work, and great customer service!
