Went to purchase a used cart. Salesman Zack Burkhart was so helpful. We didn't know exactly what we wanted and he was so patient, answered every question, dug out any cart we wanted to test drive, and made sure we were satisfied with our choice. I felt very welcomed which is refreshing nowadays. He went above and beyond by being able to deliver same day as well! They were even able to clean it up and make it shine like new again before delivering. I couldn't have asked for anything more. I have dealt with this company for two major. transactions. The first transaction I bought a golf cart from them, which I had to find a new salesman for because the original salesman was rude and unwilling to negotiate. The second salesman was a very nice gentleman and it took very little negotiation to make the sale. This wan in 2018. On the second transaction (2023), I bought a set of leaf springs for the rear of my golf cart. The ones they sold me were wrong, so I had to take them back. They then tried to charge me more for the right set. I asked them to waive the two dollar difference for my trouble, and he flat out told me no. I explained that I had time attempting to install the wrong one. and then bring them back to their location from 25 minutes away. They were unwilling to waive a two dollar difference. Overall I think customer service training is in order. It seems they have grown too big to care about helping people. I have spent around $10k with them. But not a penny more. I would rather give it to an online retailer, than a local company that forgot where they came from! read more

Willandale took advantage of a woman (me) trying to buy her boyfriend a golf cart as a present. He has an outbuilding on the back of his property and needed it to carry wood for his wood burning fireplace. The sales person lied to me about what the unit would do and after the unit was purchased (but before it was delivered), the order was canceled when my boyfriend called about details of the cart and the manager told him it would not work for what he needed. I waited 2 weeks for my refund and then the refund was short by $500. I was told that this was because they had registered the warranty in my name and now would have to sell the cart as "used." It never left their store! I called the manufacturer, -EZ-Go to see if this was true and they told me that they could reverse the warranty and would do so. To date, I still have not had my $500 refunded. read more
