Yelp Review 2025 #86: I've been going to this Williams Sonoma location for over 10 years because the one in Henderson is too far. It's the perfect place to get kitchenware and kitchen appliances. They also have yummy candy. My favorite is their banana gummies but they don't have them anymore. Baking pans, trays and tins, boxed mixes (for cornbread, cake, scones, cookies, waffles, etc), ladles, spoons, turkey grabber, spatulas, pots, pans, cups, mugs, plates, saucers, bowls, plates, chopping boards, linens, bottled sauces and spices, hot chocolate mix, food thermometer, honey, marinades, lemon curd, jans, jellies, preserves, spreads, pie filling, mortar and pestle, mixers...basically, if you need it for the kitchen, they have it! My recent visit was to get a new air fryer after our old one zonked out. They had 4 models available in different sizes and features. A nice gentleman helped us and told us the different features for each one. So far, we're happy with our air fryer.

Test kitchen skills series for September '25

Plenty of parking nearby in a private lot. Very visually appealing store and well organized. I'm impressed with the variety of appliances on display, especially a plethora of coffee machines. Excellent customer service. There is a "test kitchen skills series" advertised at the front of the store. It appears the "skills series" is planned on a monthly schedule.

I love this location! My favorite associate is Denise. I love her avant-garde way of matching patterns and textures for different experiences. Her suggestions for items to fit my personality and style are always on point. She has the ability to look in the computer at my past purchases and incorporate new ideas I would not have thought of but actually work. I'm buying the Lunar New Year set next and I can hardly wait...

For the love of cooking... What brings us together, usually it's when we gather around the fridge in the kitchen. As human beings we enjoy the joys and pleasures of eating. The founder, Chuck Willams in 1956 turned the passion for eating into a dream. While on holiday in Europe the city of Paris grabbed his passion. The French culture has made food an art form. He ran with the idea of making the European version of food available in America. Let's get together with specific people we love and care about with the worlds best tools to make the food inspirational. If you have never been to this store it's worthy of a walk through. Many reviews claim the magical eye candy of just wandering through the store. The store as you walk and browse is a living magazine with displays at every turn. You are able to purchase items here too. The art of cooking comes down to having the proper equipment to entertain your guests with. The presentation is truly the most beautiful part of the fun. The products that they offer here are more on the luxury level of the coin but smaller purchases can be made. A little at a time. As we shopped the staff was very nice and helpful as we moved through the store and designed our kitchen space of our dreams. Many individuals have posted reviews that identified the store individuals as unkind and rude. During our many visits over the years we have no complaints to give. The staff that we encountered was joyful and helpful. Sometimes we were just dreaming of that moment when our kitchen would look like the one on display. On this particular visit we picked up a beautiful Leone candy tin filled with all sorts of special candy sweets. You can choose to have it gift wrapped and done for a little extra money. Save time and be done with a gift that will bring a smile and joy to its recipient. They even address the card and personalize it for you. Service with a smile even if you have to pay a little bit extra. Presentation is always the best option and way to make someone's day. Stop in to play and pick out something fun while you cook for yourself or special guests and occasions. The options are endless and are presented perfectly. Ask for help from the staff. Life is about discovering different options and finding your passion. Let's begin our path with new possibilities and ideas with something new.

This air fryer is nifty. I've cooked many a baked potato and yam in this sci-fi machine. I followed a recipe for air fried steak and it actually turned out quite nice.

It was Christmas Eve and I was making a scone recipe that called for smoked sea salt and forgot to order it online before I was knee-deep in making it. Yikes! I called my go-to fancy kitchen store in Downtown Summerlin and they told me they were fresh out of smoked sea salt, but to try Williams-Sonoma. I called them next and I was pleased that they did indeed have it! I placed a hold on it and a few hours later, I went to pick up the salt. When I arrived, the store was kind of chaotic. The area where the line formed wasn't clearly defined, but I figured it out by following a Gucci mask-clad woman. I got to a register and was "helped" by a hostile woman named Elaine. I told her I was here to pick up a held item. She snapped back and asked if I paid already, but I told her it was just something I called for and asked to hold. She then went to the back and offered no clarification as to why she walked away. A few minutes later, another employee asked what name was associated with my order. I told her and miraculously, another employee found the salt right at the register. Elaine was still in the back or otherwise too busy to help me, in my sweatpants and messy bun. Christmas/Eve is not a happy holiday for everyone, especially in a year full of hurt and loss. Just because I didn't look the part of a typical Williams-Sonoma shopper on this particular day shouldn't mean that it's okay to treat me any less than the customer buying a set of Le Creuset pots, yet, that's what happened, I believe. I idled at the register for several minutes, during a time in which Elaine began helping another customer. She decided to return to me after that and cashed me out. She skipped the step of asking if I had a Williams-Sonoma rewards account (I do), maybe under the assumption that I didn't or shouldn't. As you can guess, I'm pretty ticked by how I was treated during this visit to Williams-Sonoma and by Elaine. If I'm spending $15 on 1/4c of salt, I'd like to at least be treated like a worthy customer. I won't be shopping at Williams-Sonoma again.

    Le Creuset Cookware on sale
    Jayne Y.

A few weeks ago, Williams Sonoma had an amazing sale online: 20% off Le Creuset and up to 65% off All-Clad cookware. I couldn't resist the sale, so I bought a 5.5 Round Le Creuset Dutch Oven and 5 qt All-Clad Stainless Steel Steamer. At the time, Costco had the same size Le Creuset Dutch oven for $199 -- but it has its limitations (oven safe for up to 400 degrees - this is will not work for certain recipes) so I decided to buy it at Williams Sonoma. Anyway, I got my Dutch oven and love it, but they sent me a sauce pan instead of a steamer (bummer) so I had to find time to make an in-person visit at this location. When I walked into the store, the employees were extremely accommodating and friendly. They took my receipt and processed it right away. I inquired about the cast iron grill pan and one of the employees (without me asking) took it to the register to check the price to see if it was still on sale. She was upbeat and enthusiastic about their products - great customer service. I usually shop here during the holidays to pick up their delicious hot chocolate, peppermint bark, stuffing mix, and gravy. They also have Fortnum & Mason loose leaf teas available (my favorite is Earl Grey). During the pre-COVID 19 days, I always enjoyed their samples and I hope that they continue to offer it again at some point. During all my visits, the employees have always been friendly. Maybe they've re-trained or got rid the ones that were causing issues? Not sure, but one thing that's lacking is their inventory. What they offer online does not reflect what they have in-store. Overall, I am happy with my purchase and will continue to shop here. I love their seasonal items and I got my Dutch oven for a great price!

    Store frontage
    Stevo O.

A different layout than most Williams-Sonoma stores, as there is more rack stacked items than cabinetry and lines are pretty lengthy. I suppose this is a maximization of space and resources, but the tight feel of the store is distracting. There are less sale items to be had, and not much assistance on the floor. However, I should recognize their kindness, as we bought a steam fryer in Henderson without the box, and they were able to find the correct box at this store. Parking is rather tight in general at this strip mall style location and to be able to find a parking space difficult.

On December 1, 2025, our entire house was destroyed in a catastrophic flood. We had just moved into our newly remodeled turn-key home 5 years previously and still loved everything about it. To say we were shell shocked and devastated would be putting it mildly. Our home was now in ruins. Bathrooms, cabinetry, flooring, drywall were all destroyed and our home was basically unlivable. We were down to studs and raw plumbing. We immediately began to search for the perfect contractor to help us rebuild our home and put our lives back together. We reviewed multiple contractors online and in person, as well as checking with the Nevada Contractors Board and local permitting offices. One name consistently stood out and was above all others. Jerezee Construction. They had hundreds of 5-star reviews which led me to review their gallery of photos on their website. Their quality of work caught my attention. I reached out to their office and spoke to Ian. We found him to be very professional. He immediately set up an appointment and was incredibly empathetic to our plight. The way he handled our initial contact was so different from other companies we contacted. The next step in our journey was meeting the owner Ilan who arrived at our home to assess the damage. It was quickly apparent this was an experienced and highly qualified contractor. He demonstrated exceptional standards, made suggestions, was extremely organized but above all else inspired confidence that he could help us. He reviewed the contract with us line by line, leaving no stone unturned and highly transparent with clear expectations. No hidden fees, and no surprises. Once the project began, a group text was established. This was updated twice daily throughout the project to keep us informed. We next met Heather, one of Jerezee's designers. Heather quickly recognized we were in over our head and inundated with so many decisions and choices to make. She took the lead and helped us make selections on flooring, bathroom tiles, color palates, hardware, lighting fixtures and paint. She made a comprehensive material list which was amazing. Heather was invaluable to us. She was so patient, knowledgeable and held my hand through every step. Both my husband and I are analytical with no creative bone in our body so doing the design part and picking out product was impossible for us. We couldn't have done this rebuild without her. We were assigned a project manager named David. He was the first line supervisor for all the crew and sub-contractors at our home. He was incredibly responsive, timely, accessible, patient, upbeat and positive always. He made a highly stressful period of our life bearable and was such a joy to work with. He was the right man, at the right time, at the right place for us. As the work progressed it quickly became apparent that all their rave reviews were justified. Construction started exactly as planned and they made the process so easy for us. They handled EVERYTHING! Their craftmanship was impeccable. It was as if they were rebuilding their own house. Ilan, the owner was often on site inspecting the work and the progress. Ilan and David were true perfectionists, and nothing escaped their skilled eyes. At the end of the project, we didn't even have a punch list! Their crew and subcontractors were always polite, respectful, professional and kind. Everyone worked so hard to get us back into our home and genuinely seemed empathetic and understanding of our initial heartbreak. In conclusion, Jerezee Construction and their entire team made a devastating time in our life so much less stressful. Many thanks to Ilan and his team of dedicated professionals. As they say, great leaders do not set out to be a leader... they set out to make a difference, and Ilan has done that with Jerezee Construction. We will be forever grateful to him and his crew and would absolutely recommend them without hesitation.

Our architect recommended Jerezee Construction, and within 30 minutes I was on the phone with Roye. For the first time in months, I finally felt like there was hope for our project. Within just a couple of days, Roye met us on-site to walk the property and truly understand our goals, vision, concerns, and the unique challenges we were facing. From that moment on, we knew we were in good hands. Jerezee completely remodeled our cabin in Mount Charleston, and from start to finish, they went above and beyond every step of the way. Mountain construction comes with unique challenges, and we definitely encountered some major ones. Whether it was weather or unexpected issues that come with building on the mountain, the Jerezee team never hesitated to jump in--even on their days off (and even on a birthday!)--to make sure everything was taken care of. That level of dedication and customer service is incredibly rare and gave us so much peace of mind throughout the entire project. A special thank you to Roye, who led the project with professionalism, integrity, and genuine care. Cisco, our project manager, kept everything moving smoothly and was always responsive, communicative, and had a smile on his face. Candace was wonderful to work with, helping us navigate design decisions and select materials that perfectly fit our vision. Ian brought great energy from the very first phone call and made what could have been a stressful process feel effortless by coordinating and handling all of the administrative details that happen behind the scenes on a project of this size and complexity. One thing that really stood out was the pride they took in their work. The job site was consistently kept clean, organized, and tidy throughout the remodel, which made a huge difference during such a large project. As we reached the finish line, they encouraged us to "blue tape" every item we wanted addressed, no matter how small. They came back and carefully worked through every detail without hesitation. That commitment to the finishing touches is what takes a project from good to truly exceptional. The entire team was knowledgeable, dependable, genuine, and truly invested in making sure our remodel turned out exactly as we had envisioned. Their craftsmanship, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction exceeded every expectation we had. They were transparent throughout the process, communicated openly, and consistently demonstrated that they genuinely cared about the success of our project--not just completing another job. Remodeling is a significant investment, and you want to know you're putting that investment in the right hands. Jerezee proved that time and time again. The quality of their work, professionalism, and unwavering dedication made every dollar well spent. If you're looking for a contractor in Las Vegas or the Mount Charleston area, Jerezee Construction is the team to call. We are absolutely thrilled with our cabin remodel and would hire them again without hesitation. Thank you to the entire Jerezee team--even those I didn't mention by name. Every person we interacted with played a part in making this project a success, and it was truly a pleasure working with all of you!

For my kitchen and bath remodel project, I called 12 different contractors and got estimates from 5. GI Construction not only had a competitive bid, Isaac's bid was more comprehensive than any other, including critically important dependent work that no other contractor discovered while making an estimate. For example, since I wanted to completely redo the master bath shower, stripped down to the sub-floor and studs, Isaac pointed out that the floor tile for the entire bathroom ought to be replaced also and explained why. No other contractor noticed that and left me thinking I could keep my existing flooring. When you hire a general contractor, you are also hiring their network of sub-contractors and skilled craftsmen. GI Construction has a solid network and I was particularly impressed with the interior paint job, the tile installation for the shower, and the cutting and fitting of the granite counter-tops in the kitchen. Everyone did a good job, from site prep to clean-up at the end. Some craftsmen worked into the evening or weekend to make sure the work was done right and looked great. Valentin is the production lead on site and made sure everything went smoothly. Valentin is super responsive and collaborative and worked with me through every construction decision, large and small. Valentin has been in the business for a long time and knows what works and what doesn't. You can trust him when he gives you the best option for a fix or change in the plan, and you can sleep easy at night knowing that Valentin is running your project. Note that GI Construction is not an "all inclusive" contractor with an in-house design department that literally does everything for you, including selecting and procuring materials and fixtures. You provide the design and materials, and GI Construction does the construction, installation, and finishing. You'll get plenty of advice from Isaac and Valentin on how to find and buy materials, like if you have no idea what a Schluter is or where to buy one, so don't worry about that. Just be prepared to do some legwork and shopping once the contract is signed. On the plus side, this means that every decision about color, composition and style will be completely under your control.

Only issue is with having to purchase some building materials our selves. Preferred to have grout colors etc. as samples and company purchase them. No cost over runs and bid was in line with other bids. Great job.

Ben struck the perfect balance: easygoing, but meticulous about the details. He's clearly knowledgeable, and very responsive, always just a call or text away with clear, concise answers. We couldn't have asked for a smoother experience. I will definitely be reaching out to Renovo again for a possible kitchen remodel in the future. Highly recommend.

First off Ben is easy to talk to and very knowledgeable, although we knew nothing about the process we were confident Ben would get us through it. He helped us put our ideas in to a design, helped us shop for materials and made sure we were informed the entire process. Luis was our project manager and never hesitated to help the team, answer questions, listen to ideas for little things and made sure everything went smooth. Eddie is a master in his craft, his attention to detail is really something else and his tile work is pure excellence. I tell everyone he is an artist, and he basically became a part of our family because he didn't just do his job, he made sure we were comfortable and made sure I was involved any thing I might've wanted to know. He made sure our dog was comfortable and my kids loved having him around. We recently hired Renovo again to renovate our kids and guest bathrooms and were glad we did. Ben gives prompt responses any time I reach out, he doesn't hesitate to fix any small issue that might pop up and he really has built a business that provides quality service and consistency. Both projects I shopped several companies, Renovo wasn't the cheapest but they had very fair pricing and great transparency. We look forward to having them back when we are ready to renovate our kitchen, railings and the rest of the flooring in our home.
