DO NOT GO HERE. Honestly it takes me a lot to leave a business a negative review. I have given…read morethis place 3 chances and today was the final straw. I have never been treated so rudely before from any dentist. My son has sensory issues orally. I had explained this many times before. He needed spacers put in. First, Dr Austin never called to tell me the spacers were in. The mold was done in November. They didn't call me until Feb. I explained he would need nitrous as he is anxious. They said he didn't need it. Well guess what? They couldn't put the spacers in because he was freaking out. He asked to see me and she said no it's against the rules I am not a dentist and my son said "yeah but she will help me relax" she said no. 10 min later she comes out frustrated telling me he won't allow her to put it in. I said the last dentist used laughing gas and got a spacer in she said NO that won't work. I said well it did before she said No. I asked what next steps were she said NONE. I asked if I paid for the spacer she said I would have to talk to billing and stormed off. She claims she has a lot of sensory kids. I call BS. The reason I gave one star is because of the billing woman and the front desk staff. They are nice and I am shocked that they still work there. But they are the saving grace of her practice. I would do your research and if your kid has any kind of sensory issues or challenges or fears around dentist she is not the one for you. There are plenty of others in the area that will work with you and not leave you high and dry.

The reception was welcoming, dental assistants and hygienist were very pleasant and patient through my sons X-ray procedure and teeth cleaning. And Dr. Webb is simply a natural with kids and more importantly, not pushy. He was very thorough on his explanation with preventive care and future treatment plans on my sons 5 cavities (eek). My daughter had some tooth decay on her front teeth from her bottle. My original dentist…read morerecommended veneers, anesthesia, and hospital performance to fix at over $5,000. The tooth decay was minimal, and she made me feel horrible. Aside from that the treatment seemed extreme and risky for a 3 year old. I decided to get a second opinion. Dr Creath proposed we try and see if she would allow him to do a paint like filling on the teeth. 3 year olds are hard to keep still was the biggest risk but he assured us he would try, take as much time needed, and if it didn't work we could look into other options. Well my 3 year old sat perfectly still, it took maybe 20 minutes, and was $75 vs. $5,000. We have maintained those teeth well, no cavities since, and she's now lost them to the tooth fairy. I highly recommend Dr. Creath he was kind, patient, not doing it for the money, and looks for non aggressive treatments as a first resort. We drive 40 minutes just for him!

But they keep cancelling every appointment i make which has been 3-4 appointments in a row then sends you automated text messages that leaves a bad taste in your mouth because it wasn't me that decided to cancel it was them even though it offers to respond to the text messages to reschedule they not once ever responded . So safe to say my son won't be getting care here.
