She also has excellent bedside manner and is very attentive to details, which made me feel comfortable and well cared for throughout the process. Her team at the office is also wonderful. Communication is clear, appointments run smoothly, and the staff is always helpful. The office may not be fancy or full of extra services, but they truly make you feel cared for and listened to. She then proceeded to try to talk me out of getting an IUD, saying that because I've never had children, I don't know what pain is. She was incredibly insensitive, and I couldn't believe I was talking to a medical professional. Additionally, she didn't offer or recommend any other birth control options. Instead, she was incredibly rude throughout the appointment.

She talked through every one of my concerns and ultimately helped me achieve the exact birth plan I had hoped for. I believe I healed very quickly because of some of her decisions. Her office, though, is very, very challenging to work with. That said (and maybe sadly), it started getting a little easier to work with them once the $300 office fee started getting charged and patients started leaving. Still, they were very challenging and often lacked compassion for other women I saw who were struggling with very serious issues. But in any event, almost all OB back offices suck, so you might as well go with Dr. Barnes. She is the absolute best.

This was all very disappointing coming from a young woman.. if this were someone of a previous generation or a man it would have still be upsetting, but more expected. We said that we will be gone for vacation for three weeks and asked if she can see us despite our late arrival due to reason beyond our control but they were adamant and cold toward us. Finally we gave up and asked them to provide us a doctor note for the hr office but they said since we missed the appt they wouldn't give us a formal doctor note! We had to be insistent and finally got some sort of form. Overall we're really disappointed with this medical group and particularly this doctor for being so distant, mean, and rude (by kept telling us we should have come in at 3:45 even though appt is at 4!). If this is the kind of attitude and treatment this doctor and medical group give to new patient then we will make sure that we will never pick anyone from this group and this doctor! This is not what a personalized attention and care any doctor or receptionist should provide and we were very shocked at the attitude and coldness that we were treated.

I can depend on Vistasol for my appointments, labs, vaccinations and shots. They keep me current informed about my conditions with health and how to improve. I'm so glad they don't give up on me like I have given up on my health in the past. If you want to have a good family, Dr., this is the right choice to make . I never have issues parking. Waiting is about average based on what time you make your appointments. I like mornings when possible. I used to live 5 minutes away but now I moved but I really love my Vistasol Medical Group (family) so I drive 45min or more to get to my appt. They are worth it to me

My first appointment was with the female NP, she did my ultrasound for 2 minutes & told me she didn't see a baby in the sac and rescheduled me for another appointment in 2 weeks. Mind you, there ultrasound machine is so OLD & prints out black pictures. The very next week, I go to a totally different clinic with a state of the art ultrasound. The midwife at that clinic took her time and did my ultrasound for 20 mins. She found 2 sacs, one with a baby & one without. I go back to Beverly Care and they have me see Dr.Lee since the female is not available. Dr.Lee is condescending & rude. He didn't take his time with the ultrasound, he didn't look for a second sac. He just told me it's only one baby and printed me out a super black picture. He even had the nerve to joke and ask me & my boyfriend have we made a decision on keeping our baby & it was not in a sincere genuine way. We obviously are keeping our baby or else we wouldnt be there, we would be at Planned Parenthood. I'm switching doctors as soon as I can.

Lisa Chang is the worst of the worst doctors I have ever had. She lied, cheated and forced me into…read morean unnecessary C section only for her own convenience and serious infection to be hospitalized. On the first day I was in hospital for scheduled induction, she had 24-hour duty, went home to sleep and didnt return till i was into 37 hours on Pitocin. She poked my water without my permission, and caused me infection and my baby heart rate dropped into dangerous situations where I could only accept C section. She scolded me not to cry before entering the operation room, not worthy of crying?! while my life and my baby's life were in her hands. Only for a couple hundred dollars more, she wants a surgery instead of natural birth. For an insurance covered procedure, she lied to me its cosmetic, I paid her cash and extra. Later, both Blue Shield and Optum confirmed she never billed. After I asked my money back, she claimed through insurance. Don't even think twice, go find another doctor.

Let's face it, no one jumps for joy over the idea of getting a pap - and some of us have had downright traumatic experiences in the past - but with Dr. Chang you can rest assured that it will be a breeze! It was over before I even knew it and it didn't even feel the least bit uncomfortable. She will also perform an ultrasound to ensure that your ovaries and uterus are structurally sound and there's no underlying issues which is a nice touch, especially since you don't need to schedule another visit solely for this as it's done in office by Dr.Chang herself! I'm so glad to have found her - a good OBGYN that makes you feel safe and comfortable is so hard to find these days but Dr. Chang is proof that they still exist!

I ended up getting a good outcome and couldn't be more pleased with my time with him. The office is also able to schedule you usually within the next couple days but at most within a week or two just depending on what you are going in for. P.S. I waited no more than 15 minutes in the waiting room, and another 10 in the exam room which isn't long at all considering how many patients they see.
