In my years of renting this was the worst experience by far. In summary, we rented a property from…read morethem and if you're a college student looking for decent rent and not looking to raise a family, this is the property. From the very beginning: problems, problems, problems. They never actually call you back, when you submit work orders through the portal they don't fix it and let so much time go on and I'm talking like weeks! Then you'll get an email "rate us on how we did fixing your maintenance order" when they never even fixed it. They just mark it completed. They also charge you like $75 every year to re-accept your lease contract that they literally put in a desk and that was it. I had called on my third year living there and asked for a copy of my lease and they seriously had on file my first years lease contract and mind you, 3 out of 4 of those names on there didn't even live there anymore! They also "lost" our original tenant move in inspection and thankfully I keep all my documents, emails and pictures because they don't keep yours. Unprofessional. When summer hit and our ac went out and it was over 100 degrees outside and 85-95 degrees in our house Frank the property owner told us "it's not really a immediate/ primary need of fixing". I definitely mentioned our renters right and living conditions and after that they sent someone the next day to fix it. We were in those conditions for literally 2 weeks before they actually did something. We always paid rent on time and for four years we put up with the management, only because like I said, if you're in college and need decent rent it's whatever. However during our last year, during winter we started hearing something in our attics, long story short, they had attic rats! We threatened and threatened them how it was so unhealthy and horrible for them to expect us to still live there and think we were going to stay in a year contract. I'm not even kidding you WE HAD TO put traps up because the property management wasn't doing anything and I kid you not, we killed OVER 25 attic rats, small, medium and large ones. They finally sent Clark Pest Control out after a month complaining and telling them it's unethical what they're doing and the inspector let us know that the rats in our attics were definitely showing signs of FAMILIES up there and they had been there YEARS before we moved in and that he was so shocked that the property hadn't done anything about it. He let us know that thankfully due to our home was clean and kept up and it's probably the only reason they hadn't entered in our actual home. The property never handled the problem and we could then hear them above our kitchen, living room, our closet rooms chewing and scratching! They were multiplying. After threatening to take legal actions due to them not handling it, they were forced to let us break our lease half way through as a special circumstance.Enough was enough. I was so disappointed in Frank the property management, he definitely seemed to only be concerned about covering his tracks and not the tenants. The only highlight of Real Property Management was his office assistant Nayeli. She ALWAYS came off concerned and like she cared. She was always responding to emails and almost all my calls. She was the reason I didn't take any matters to court. Thank you Nayeli for doing the best you could. Now the end to all this horror experience that we went through. When we moved out they told us they'd have 21 days to inspect and give us our $1300 deposit back. I called day 15 and their other office receptionist Amanda LITERALLY told me, "oh the owners took over so we aren't managing their property anymore so they have your money and you have to ask them for your deposit, we basically wiped our hands clean" This property management company literally made us jump through hoops and only cared about covering their tracks and not caring about tenants. It took me a month before I was able to get our security deposit. This was all based off mine and my roommates experience and we are so glad to have moved on from this property management. If you want to put yourself through any of those experiences then this is the property to go to.
