Kim and Dr. Kickish were both so pleasant and patient. They answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. All service prices are discussed up front so there are no surprises and they even have an in house plan that makes sense. They are NOT the pushy "gotta have this done" and "let's up sell"dentists I've been to. They seem to genuinely care and I felt right at home here! I returned for a second visit as I needed a tooth extracted. I'm not a great patient and even have fainted before, so I let them know my concerns. They were a tremendous help and Dr. Kickish and Kim both took extremely good care of me doing an outstanding job! I highly recommend them!

My insurance paid for my treatment in full, 100%. Dr Gibbs claimed that my Insurance only pays a portion that I would need to pay the difference before my procedure. I paid the difference. I looked up my insurance coverage and was covered 100%. He knew all along the fee for my procedure. it was on the Proposal Treatment Plan he gave to me prior to my procedure. He is a scam artist, not a dentist! I reported him to BBB , My dental Insurance and The Florida Office of the Inspector General. I did get a refund only because I altered them to the fact of what they practice. BE AWARE AND WEARY with this dental office.

Though they charged more for oral surgery but never used a scalpel they just yanked the teeth. Also, they neglected to give stitches, maybe for one tooth removal bet, use the other side of your mouth unfortunately, it was on both sides of my mouth, so expect to have gauze in your mouth so the blood clot stays for at least three days. Also, expect no painkillers..... don't even expect ibuprofen 500, go take some OTC Advil and Tylenol, and you'll be fine.... Then when you text them "because your mouth is swollen" they will argue with you over text and try to explain to you why they didn't give you any pain relief or any stitches or any antibiotics because on tooth was infected. So feel free to risk it. Also on a personal note Dr. Seth McDuffie is a cold robot who will have conversations about not wanting to be around his wife while pulling teeth and he can't understand why people spend all their time being around their spouses..... They don't try to recommend a fake "deep clean" like the chains. They'll tell you if a cavity is minor and you can watch and wait for it to heal or whether it should get repaired. They are fast, friendly, efficient, and honest. They also play funny pet videos to distract you from the typical unpleasantness of the dentist. They offer early and late hours and Saturday hours. One time a family member got x-rays from a different dentist who said they needed a ton of fillings. We came here for the second opinion and they clarified only one was needed and they gave us their x-ray for free when insurance wouldn't cover it twice. I will never go anywhere else.

The owner/husband of the dentist told me to bring a letter saying it's okay to get the dental care being that I was in my first trimester of pregnancy. I brought the letter from my PCP since I didn't have a prenatal care visit yet since it was too early. When I get there the dentist assistants told me that letter isn't good enough and I could sign a waiver to get the x-rays done but basically scared me out of it so I said I would wait. When I finally get my letter from my prenatal care doctor 2 months later I call and I make an appointment SPECIFICALLY to get my fillings done. I asked the girl SPECIFICALLY on the phone (front desk girl with birth mark on her forehead) can I get my fillings done after I have my x-rays? She said yes. I get to my appointment 10 minutes early and fill out some paperwork, I wait AN HOUR to be pulled to the back and they take all the x-rays (this took 5 minutes). The dentist came in to tell me about the x-rays and I said I just want to get my fillings done, she said we can't do that today. I said what do you mean I specifically made this appointment to do that. The dentist said well it took so long to do your x-rays and we're booked. I got out of the chair and said I'm leaving. Now upset and frustrated and pregnant with raging hormones I'm really upset crying on the side of their building. My mom pulls up a couple minutes later, I tell her what happened and she goes in there and says how do you book an appointment for my daughter to get her fillings done and not do her fillings? They front desk girl said okay to my mother like they were going to do them so I go back in and she pulls me to the back to tell me again THEY OVERBOOKED, not my fault, theirs for not knowing how to schedule...so I get even more upset and raise my voice, the "owner/husband" to the dentist comes back there yelling and telling me what I can and can't do and I did start cursing at that point, he said, "I'm the owner and you can get out". I said that's fine and I won't be coming back. I leave and ask my mother to get my dental records and she goes back in to get them, they tell me to come back in, she said how dumb is that you kicked her out and now you're asking her to come back in? When I go back in the office the "owner/husband" is pointing his finger very threatening like in my mother's face and telling her she needs to get an education, and telling her she can't do anything with a Bachelor's degree and that he's from Europe as if he is better than us. He was demeaning, disrespectful, and very customer unfriendly. The whole time he is going off his wife "the dentist" is just standing there saying nothing just looking. I am explaining to the dentist (still saying nothing as if she is scared of her husband) that I have been there over an hour, I'm pregnant and they sit there and tell me I can get my x-rays done and then my fillings just to tell me they can't do it because they overbooked, the only smart one was the other dental assistant who said, "that is very understandable that you're upset" and the front desk girl had the nerve to say she never told me I could get my fillings done as if my pregnant self would sit there for over an hour for just some x-rays. Not to mention they did not give me my FULL dental records. They only gave me only 2 pages and that included one x-ray and a bill for possible services in the future which I've had at least 2 x-rays at their office so they're withholding my records illegally!! I will NEVER go here again and my family members that were going there are not going back either, they just lost 4 customers thanks to their unprofessional, degrading comments and behaviors.

I just had to have her most recent filing replaced because she didn't get rid of all of the decay. She, at one time, referred me to an endodontist who cracked the root. Most recently she wanted to do over $5000 worth of work that had only a 50% chance of success. I am retired. When I explained to her insurance clerk that I couldn't afford it, she told me to pray to Jesus for the money. Really? I went to another dentist who told me that the work was unnecessary and that I would never be happy with it. Dr Torres is a nice woman, but I would never go to her as a dentist ever again.
