I really hate you, but I'll pretend to like you attitude comes off of him in waves. Customer service ISN'T what he does. In fact my wife is down right afraid of him A hand always out: Yet that isn't the problem with the ownership. At this school your paying over a thousand dollars a month for a private money in Scott's pocket school. At every turn, you will be harassed with asks for handouts. Buy these bread so we can build a playground. Give your teachers a lunch to show appreciation. They like to pretend they are an underfunded Colorado public school. . . and will harass you at least once a month I have tried several schools in the area (Bright Horizon, Primrose) and this was the ONLY school that treated us this way. . with their hand always out. No Customer service: Don't ever expect this school to meet you 1/4, 1/3, or 1/2 way on anything. I am glad I live/work close to school. On snow days they warn people traffic is horrible so LEAVE WORK EARLY and "we close doors promptly at 6" One time (ONCE!) I screwed up a pickup . . and arrived 10 minutes late. A hefty fee was charged. . .for 10 minutes. I didn't do this twice. . .just once. The final kicker was graduation. The last two weeks of school. . before their "little graduation" one of those weeks we were scheduled to be in Orlando. So it made no sense to keep my son in school for two weeks to do graduation. The teacher though really wanted him to go. . and asked Scott (we never would of mentioned it) Scott then sent us this email about how there is so much practice and we don't want "your son" to be lost. . blah blah blah. So then I replied that it made no financial sense to pay 2 weeks of school when he would only be there one final week. If Scott was okay skipping a week and us only paying the week he was there. . [Lets keep in mind both Primrose and Bright Horizon give a prorated week once a year i.e. you can take a vacation and not pay or pay partial] His response - his daycare IS NOT a drop-in. Yeah I know that Scott - if the daycare was drop-in there would be a little attempt to work with parents. So the final answer is NO don't attend graduation. Even though your teacher said it was okay. . . Even though Scott said earlier in the year we paid a fee to cover rental of facility . it doesn't matter we paid over 30k to this school in 4 years. . .NO. This daycare does not care about kids or parents - just his bottom lin Not because your kid will have an issue with graduation (we proposed a solution. . .to his concern that our son wouldn't be "prepared" for the ceremony). No -- because i didn't want to pay for two weeks of care i didn't need. truly can't recommend this to anyone. Find a daycare that not only values your children but values you as a parent. That understand you are paying them a lot of money. . and that sometimes it is okay to meet people 1/2 way.

Our children come home happy and content due to the active day they have had with several recesses, exploring the Harvard Gulch Creek, going on nature walks and being surrounded by caring teachers and staff. The class itself was not too time consuming or overly difficult. I managed to find the time every week for homework even with working a part time job and going to school full time. It was really just a matter of making it a priority. The class size was small so we all got the individual help we needed. My instructor Joel was fantastic! He taught to the test, as that had the most value in the outside world as well as in the classroom. He had lots of tips, tricks and helpful advise for everybody when it came to the practical side of phlebotomy too, and was readily available to answer any questions we had. My externship with Quest Diagnostics was great. I had zero logistical questions going into it as PLC and Joel did a great job of preparing us for that. I learned so much from the ladies there and felt truly welcomed by them. They didn't treat me like an incompetent student, they treated me like a colleague. After my externship I was a few sticks shy of what I needed to complete the course, but PLC was more than willing to have me back twice to finish them up with another segment. Truly a great stepping stone for my and my career.

We engaged Mike to assist with our high school daughter who is currently enrolled in Trigonometry…read more Up until recently she was always an "A" student, but was having an issue with the recent material. Mike spent the first session reviewing what she already knew to get a good understanding of where her core weaknesses were. He then went back a few chapters to review some of the core concepts he felt she was lacking before moving to the current material. This allowed her to gain a REAL understanding of the concepts instead of just practicing memorization. Mike also helped her develop better study habits and take better notes during lectures. I am happy to report that she got an A on her last exam! With her study habits corrected, Mike doesn't need to come by as often now, but we do still conduct regular appointments so that we are sure she is on track and to make sure her understanding is where it should be. We really like that he comes to our home and it works out great for our schedule as well as helping our daughter feel more comfortable. I can't imagine another tutor being any more professional or knowledgeable than Mike.

In our four sessions, my grade has already gone up 18 percent. Mike truly loves his job of spreading his immense knowledge of math.
