This company has prevented me from getting the medical care that I need. I have been on their…read moresupposed "waiting list" since spring of 2021. I have had numerous conversations in the past with Victoria who has completely blocked me from being able to get the care that I need. I didn't find out until after my wisdom teeth were pulled that the migraines I have had my entire life are due to the malformation of the bone structure in my mouth. I had to jump through hoops with my insurance company in order to get out of network approval because 1 it's technically considered the result of TMJ even though it's not actually the joint but the bone structure itself, and 2 because there isn't anyone else in a 100 mile radius that we could find that does this type of procedure. I was told that in order to be seen and be put on the waiting list I would need to have x-rays sent over, which I paid for out of pocket and had sent over in approximately March of 2021. I had emailed and called numerous times over the first couple of years, all being told I was on the list. I was told by Victoria numerous times that they don't take my insurance, which I told her on each occasion it had already been preapproved because there wasn't any other option I could pursue. The only option I have to end my constant migraines was to have orthognathic surgery. On one of the last occasions because Victoria got snarky with me about billing she transferred me to a nice lady in the billing department, with whom confirmed that she has done out of network billing plenty of times. During our conversation I had made the comment that I had been waiting for well over a year to be seen. The billing agent was shocked because she had never heard of anyone waiting that long before. She transferred me back to scheduling to which Victoria told me that she was mistaken and that I was on "the list". This should truly be a form of medical malpractice to deny patients medical care that they need. I have lived with life long constant migraines that should have been resolved by now. Unfortunately they are not because Victoria has deemed that I'm apparently not worthy of medical care, and she knows that other patients are in more pain than I am as she stated after I said that I needed the surgery because I have at least some level of constant pain. People like me fall through the cracks because I'm just stuck with not being able to get medical care even though I need it, and trying to go through the Department of Human Services and filing a complaint doesn't do anything because I haven't even been seen as I'm still on "the list".

The billing department couldn't get it right to have our insurance pay for the procedure. We finally got it right but it shouldn't have taken three calls to their billing department and one to our insurance. Finally, they gave too much anesthesia to patient for procedure. No questions were asked about the patient's history with medication and, as a result, too much was given. Patient was groggy for far longer than normal for the procedure. Beware when dentists do their own anesthesia!

Since I can't find the office for this place in Oconomowoc on Yelp be advised this review is for…read morethe Oconomowoc office on Olympia Fields Dr. Went for one tooth extraction. Numbed it up and then they started pulling. After a little bit I could feel the tooth being pulled. They stopped and took needle and put it into the roof of the mouth and I just about grabbed the dentist by the throat. Hurt like hell. Dentist said he would call Walgreens for some pain pills. Left office arrived at Walgreens 25 minutes later. No script. Called dental office and was told he'll send it now. Waited and still no script. Called again and finally sent over. Spent over an hour at Walgreens to get one script filled. Now we get to the fun part, billing. Was told they take Care Credit, ok. Got the bill which was crazy. Office visit was $137.00 and they said they had to take an Xray another $56.00 for taking a picture that was put on screen instantly. $137.00 for just walking into the office? Got the bill and called to pay with Care Credit. Oh we can't take that over the phone. You have to come in or use our payment portal. Went to the portal and paid getting conformation number of payment. Couple week later get a bill for the same services. Called Care and verified the payment was issued the next day. Call office and asked why being billed. They said they had no record of payment. I gave conformation number from their portal and date of C.C. payment. Said they would call back after checking other offices. They called still can't find payment. They called back again and said they found it under a different date. This whole place is a joke. Find a different place far from them.
