We were required to complete an Invisalign assessment even after declining interest in Invisalign, which felt unnecessary. I was also concerned by how our dental conditions were presented. In my experience, relatively routine issues were described in a way that made them seem much more serious, and each of us was referred to a surgeon. After further consideration, those referrals did not appear to be necessary for us. There are definitely positives here--the location is great and the staff is very nice--but overall, the lengthy intake, outdated equipment, pressure toward services we did not request, and what I felt were overly alarming recommendations made this practice a poor fit for my family.
