So my husband and I had our cleanings last evening. Yes, last evening. I have never had a cleaning…read moreso late but that is when they scheduled us. I suppose it isn't a bad thing since it allows options for those that can't get off from work. The atmosphere was a little different. More cheery and welcoming. We were a little early but we were appropriately taken back at our assigned appts. My husband came out and nodded to me that his experience was better. Same Hygienist cleaned the room and then came and got me. She was cordial and identified who she was. She even apologized for not seeing me last time but stated it was due to the Doctor being with me. (I don't buy that since my husband saw her and his Dentist on the last visit and I didn't). The TV was off in the room and the chair was facing away from the door. I felt like I had the privacy and calm environment I was use to. Overall she was professional and accomplished my cleaning quickly. She made recommendations and addressed issues such as me needing to focus on my back teeth more. (Always have to be reminded). And then she walked me out and was gracious about letting me know that I could make another appt for months or I could call back. I chose to make a call later to get in. My overall impression is they may have made some changes in how they approach their patients on admit and execution of their services. It was end of day and I was surprised that they didn't seem exhausted. A few other people came in after me and it seemed they were treated with the same respect. I hope this continues for their patients going forward.

I was told the dentist would be in within 5-10 minutes, but he didn't come in until 5:30 PM. She was so nice and helpful and worked me in for an appointment with the dentist that day! Once I arrived, the dental assistant, Nicole, did a great job taking x-rays and prepping me for the dentist. Then Dr Megan Salzlein came in and explained the best solution to repair my broken veneer. When she was done, it looked and felt great!
