You may look him up on the Florida medical license lookup database to see for yourself! Many people do not know you may look about anyone who is licensed. You see many interesting things. Pretty much every single thing necessary is there. i.e. education, license information, location of business, liability insurance info, any items reported against them will be shown. I was surprised to see that section! Honestly, it really shows so much info and aides you in being your own patient advocate if the database is medical related. Does not want to do anything more than she needs to get by. The insurance needed a narrative and she refused to send it to them cause she didn't think they needed even after I called our insurance and verified what was requested. Thanks to this woman not doing what was asked my daughters insurance denied her procedure. Now my daughter has to wait 2 more months to get a consult with another oral surgeon out of our area. Here is a follow up. Called the office the next day and requested my X-rays and the receptionist…read moresaid no problem just come in and sign a release and we can Give you a CD copy and send them to any dentist office. I went in that afternoon and the salesgirl I found out her name was Lindsey, was sitting there in the front office. I told the receptionist I was there to get my X-rays. She said no problem, just fill out this release and give me your ID and I will get them for you. I filled out the form, but before I handed it in I told the receptionist I was taking a photo of it for my records, then I turned it in. She was very nice, then she started getting my records, then Lindsey got up and went over and told her she can't give me my records they have to go to corporate and the receptionist looked at her confused. The receptionist apologized and Lindsey refused to acknowledge me or speak to me and walked off.i said this is why im going to another office and I'm going to call your corporate office and report you. I left and called their corporate later and they told me there was no evidence I had filled out the paperwork so they couldn't release my records, but they would send me a new one. I told her that was a lie I had filled it out and took a photo of it in their office on their counter so I had proof, they asked me to forward it to them and apologized for the behavior and said they would follow up. I emailed the picture of the release and as of today, 7 days later, I have never received my X-rays as I requested even though I signed and sent the release. They are purposely withholding my medical records that I paid for and I am now reporting the office to the dental board and the BBB for refusal to send me my medical records. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!!

She was so nice and helpful and worked me in for an appointment with the dentist that day! Once I arrived, the dental assistant, Nicole, did a great job taking x-rays and prepping me for the dentist. Then Dr Megan Salzlein came in and explained the best solution to repair my broken veneer. When she was done, it looked and felt great!
