I don't know if I sound young on the phone, but he talked to me like I was about 10 years old. I'm extremely knowledgeable about the system we are looking to get put in and also extremely serious about buying a system. And even if we weren't they should not talk to ANYONE like that because of age or gender or whatever his reason for talking to me like that was. Just plain ignorance.
