He's a good listener, too. Seth has helped my husband successfully gain control of his Rheumatoid arthritis without drugs and he is now in remission. I had been to countless doctors over the years trying to find a cause for my ongoing fatigue and muscle pain. Seth was the only medical professional who took the time to dig deep and tried to find a root cause. He is also the only medical professional that tested me for Lyme disease. Unfortunately, that came back positive. He's been overseeing my treatment and I am making progress. Words can't express how much we appreciate Seth and the work he's doing. He has positively impacted our lives and we are grateful for him.

On my first visit to her office she literally changed my appointment four times and then cancelled. Recently, I was experiencing a sinus and ear infection and her office staff told me they could get me in for an appointment in December 2026. How crazy is that?!?! Needless to say, I changed doctors, which led me to Premier Family Physicians. I was seen the same day by Dr. Taura Khorramshahi affectionately known as "Dr. K". She was super personable and incredibly knowledgeable. After examining me, she provided her diagnosis and she asked her nurse to send a prescription for antibiotics to my pharmacy. I felt like Dr. K viewed me a human being not a number nor a dollar sign. So refreshing...

While I understand that offices may have policies, the impact of this change was a clear decrease in the level of service provided. As an established patient, I had originally scheduled a 10-minute appointment with my primary care physician, Dr. Michael Lifshen. After being reclassified as a new patient, I was told that I could no longer see him during my scheduled appointment time and would have to wait until the following day for a new patient appointment. When I asked about a same-day option, I was told I could see his PA instead of my physician. Since this was not what I had scheduled and I wanted to see my actual primary care provider, I declined. The office then rescheduled me with a different doctor who has no familiarity with my medical history or previous care. The entire purpose of having a primary care physician is continuity of care and having a provider who understands your medical background. This policy resulted in unnecessary inconvenience and left me without access to the physician I specifically chose for my care. A policy change should not come at the expense of patient experience, continuity, or quality of care. I hope the office reconsiders how this transition is handled for existing patients in the future. After the reclassification, I was also required to re-enter and upload all of my information again through the check-in app, even though I had already completed this process previously. This added another unnecessary layer of redundancy and frustration to an already disruptive experience.
