I had a medical issue that required urgent attention and we found this office and they were able to work us in same day. That was 5 years ago, and we thank our lucky stars that we found this office. Andrea is AMAZING! Never feel rushed when speaking with her, she is very thorough, listens, and is genuinely concerned about my health. The front office staff is very friendly and very helpful. They've gone above and beyond several times when our pharmacy buggered up refills and the like. Urmila Parthasarathy is an amazing person and I'm so glad that I am able to be under her care. The staff is very friendly and I love that they are up to date with technology. They have a check in kiosk and an online "My Charts" where you can immediately see test results, appointments, and even email your Dr. with questions you forgot to ask during a visit. I also love that they print out your visit summary and your plan of action. I can't say enough good things about this location and Dr Partha and I do recommend ARC to family and friends!
