I ordered a flower delivery and received literally some of the rudest customer service I have ever…read morereceived. We had a misunderstanding with the delivery address. Rather than call myself for clarification or the person who the delivery was for, she called to berate me. She was not interested in trying to find out where the misunderstanding was or try and get the delivery to the correct person. She told me that the person who wrongly received the delivery was bringing the flowers to HER. Then she rudely told me they would be at their store in the cooler waiting for the intended recipient to come pick them up. (You know, the person who just had a baby. Unbelievable.) Something is seriously wrong with this business owner and I will tell everyone I know who NOT to use on the island.

We arrived right in time for a free tour which was SO interesting (do it, worth it) and Rob was our guide and had a great sense of humor. I am obsessed with lavender so it was fun learning about the farming and production process. Beware of that gift shop though as they have tons of amazing and unique products that are hard to resist (so I didn't). We capped off our visit with a lavender lemonade that was fantastic. Extremely disappointed. On June 28 2026, we took back a plant that we had purchased the week…read morebefore. The plant started to wilt the day after the purchase. It did not matter how I took care of it. I mentioned to the manager that we had been regular customers for 2 years but it did not matter to them: they refused to swap the plant for something else , saying 'they would not be able to resell this' . What a way of doing business! They have definitely lost us. Canadian tire has a 3 months warranty on any plant purchase. I d rather go there.
