I am Very Very happy with the arrangement Andy did for me. The original arrangement I picked, I received an email that they were out of some of the flowers for this one. I called them and was a little hesitant about having them still do it. But I was assured that they would take great care to make it as close as possible AND I would be able to see the arrangement to make sure I was happy with it. I received an email from Andy with a picture of it, and it was even more beautiful than the original. I could tell they took such great care putting it together. I will absolutely use them next time I need flowers and would give them more than 5 stars if I could. I wanted to send a personalized sympathy arrangement. I called Williams not knowing anything about this floral business. They couldn't have been more helpful, and pleasant on the phone. I was very particular about which flowers and colors I wanted included in the arrangement including blooms that were fragrant. I had a wonderful experience with Williams Flowers and Gifts. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful, and they handled everything seamlessly from start to finish. I especially appreciated that they sent a preview of the flowers beforehand; they were gorgeous! I ordered an arrangement based on a photo on their website. I received an email & text that this particular arrangement was not available at this time but they could substitute; they asked for my permission and I gave it. A couple of hours later I received a picture of the arrangement and they wanted my approval or suggestions for improvement. The arrangement was lovely. I approved it and it will be delivered today. Sienna did a great job on my arrangement and even gave me an upgraded arrangement since the ones I ordered were not in stock due to the recent Valentine's Day rush I imagine. she did however email and call me to make sure I was ok with the proposed flower swap and even sent me a picture to confirm I was happy before the delivery. They also sent a photo of the arrangement (which is gorgeous!!!) so I knew exactly what was being delivered even though I can't be there in person.
