I am Very Very happy with the arrangement Andy did for me. The original arrangement I picked, I received an email that they were out of some of the flowers for this one. I called them and was a little hesitant about having them still do it. But I was assured that they would take great care to make it as close as possible AND I would be able to see the arrangement to make sure I was happy with it. I received an email from Andy with a picture of it, and it was even more beautiful than the original. I could tell they took such great care putting it together. I will absolutely use them next time I need flowers and would give them more than 5 stars if I could. I wanted to send a personalized sympathy arrangement. I called Williams not knowing anything about this floral business. They couldn't have been more helpful, and pleasant on the phone. I was very particular about which flowers and colors I wanted included in the arrangement including blooms that were fragrant. They kept in touch with me every step of the way including starting over when the first arrangement wasn't quite right. I received an email & text that this particular arrangement was not available at this time but they could substitute; they asked for my permission and I gave it. A couple of hours later I received a picture of the arrangement and they wanted my approval or suggestions for improvement. The arrangement was lovely. I approved it and it will be delivered today. Sienna did a great job on my arrangement and even gave me an upgraded arrangement since the ones I ordered were not in stock due to the recent Valentine's Day rush I imagine. she did however email and call me to make sure I was ok with the proposed flower swap and even sent me a picture to confirm I was happy before the delivery. They also sent a photo of the arrangement (which is gorgeous!!!) so I knew exactly what was being delivered even though I can't be there in person.
