A slight sense of humor was noted too, but the order was taken quickly, no need for above & beyond just great manners and a job well done all within a few min call. Yes it's nice when your service is outstanding but you could tell this person made a habit out of practicing good customer relations. ******************************************************** What an absolutely terrible person this Jennifer Wirt was this morning. I called her yesterday to source me hundreds of Daffodils for three weeks from now. In our call I told her I would pick them up in the morning of the event. She told me she ONLY delivers, and asked where they were going. I told her Seatac Hilton Convention Center. She said "Okay" and told me she would check for me. As a business owner, I called multiple places for quotes. This morning, everyone got back to me. The best quote was from Fred Meyer. Jennifer called me back and quoted me a comparable price. I was going to choose her service. I then asked if that price included the delivery fee. She asked again where they were going. I told her Hilton Seatac. She laughed at me and told me she doesnt do Seatac at all. I told her the person I had talked to had told me she ONLY delivers, and that I had offered to pick them up. She got mad and told me that she was who I talked to, and I had requested delivery, and had never told her it was Seatac. So I told her no worries, I had gotten a deal from Fred Meyer and wished her a happy Easter. She hung up on me. Then she called me back and growled at me that I was out of line. That she had worked hard to source the best flowers and I was "Going to go with a f***ing grocery store?!?!?!" I told her she was gaslighting me and being rude and could lose my number. Not only am I going to go to a grocery store, but I am letting everyone know, as a Local Guide, that the lady I worked with was mean, rude, and literally attacked me by calling me to yell at me for not using her company. We buy So. Many. Flowers. Every year we buy hundreds throughout the year. Hundreds. Such a shame. I would rather support local. After posting this review this woman just called me back, and in one of the most psychotic sounding voices, the kind that is holding back rage but sounds tinged with giggles, (I guess?!?!) she said "WhAT iS yoUr COmpAniEs naaaame?!?!" I informed her that I would not be giving her that information and she replied "..yyYyoU dONt haaavE A cOMpANy??!" I told her not as far as I was going to tell her, that she was being creepy. So, if you dont buy from her and let people know how she acts, she will threaten you. read more

I hate to rag on a small business but this bouquet cost $80 and looks like this I get prices ate going up for everything but this is completely unacceptable and different from what was advertised. We won't ever purchase from here again sadly. read more

Update: I spoke to the owner and she figured out that the wrong item was delivered and she agreed to either refund the order or deliver the correct bouquet. She was so very sweet and professional that I asked her to prepare a new/correct bouquet. This clearly was a personnel issue delivering the wrong bouquet! Original review: I ordered a fall color flower bouquet for my mother for her birthday. I specifically asked for 40% of the arrangement to be greens, and elegant bouquet of fall flowers but, no sunflowers in a medium plain glass vase, specifically not a short dining room table type vase or a tall skinny vase. I was told that they had green hydrangeas, lots of greens in stock, and some deep burgundy roses. I was told they had white lilies that were not cream. I told her that I did not want white and since she did not have cream, that she should just do the fall colors. She said she could do this and delivered an arrangement that had sunflowers, had white flowers, the roses were PINK and not BURGUNDY. The container was short and not medium height. There were NO hydrangeas and no abundant greens!! This person did NOT ONE of the things I asked her to do for this bouquet!!! :( She charged me $60 plus delivery for this tacky, ugly little bouquet!! A large bouquet was delivered to me on12/16/2020 at about 1:00 pm for our 49th anniversary. The next day, Thursday, I checked to see if I needed to add more water to the vase and three of the flowers were already gone. Very nice! After being refused by another local florist (they were "too busy:), I found this one and called. What a difference! I caught Jennifer just as she was opening, so I offered to call back later that morning, which I did. She was so gracious and so excited for us on our then-upcoming wedding. We chatted a bit, discussing what I was looking for and that she could deliver. This Wed past was our wedding. Our order came right on time and surpassed my expectations - absolutely gorgeous! Plus on top of that, she gave us a very lovely congrats card with two bunches of long-stemmed white roses tied with our wedding colors. It just really added to my day. Received unexpected news of a friend's passing, just as we got home from vacation. Jennifer was very patient with my extremely unorganized thoughts, and listened to what I wanted. The arrangement she crafted was perfect: red, white and blue flowers for our veteran friend who passed right before Memorial Day. Terrible EXPERIENCE. My boyfriend is from out of state and decided to order a floral arrangement on 2/13 for Valentine's day. What was supposed to be a lovely experience turned out an unpleasant experience. The surprise was ruined by him having to ask about my floral arrangement. I drove to the floral store to ask about my flowers only to be greeted with poor customer service not welcoming at all. It seemed like I was interrupting them. I went in there today, 6-8-2016. There were hardly any flowers, we needed roses. All I saw were some wilted pink ones. I told the lady working there we needed red ones for my daughters wedding she said she had red ones in the back but no baby's breath, any she seemed confused about what baby's breath was. After calling on Thursday 2 days before Valentines, and placing an order for a dozen pink roses. I was told they would be available the next day, and if I didn't show they would be placed back on general sale Saturday the following day, and I would be called in the afternoon to pick up; Awesome, or so I thought. I waited until an hour before they closed when I had still heard nothing, and phoned up to be told I was not in the system with a placed order. When the women on the phone consulted with her colleague, she informed me my order had not arrived and they couldn't fulfil my order. I asked why I hadn't been called, and was told they had been too busy and sorry (insincerely), I remarked sarcastically by saying how professional that was that I had to reach out to them, and was greeted with nothing to keep my custom.
