If I could give zero stars I would!!! I spend $1164.00 on three funeral arrangements. I upgraded to fancy with two arrangements and premium on the casket spray, Which means I paid for extra full arrangements. I got a call an afternoon the day before the funeral and was told that they couldn't find a flower and had to sub out. I said okay because they made it seem like it was one flower they were subbing out, nope it was most of the entire arrangement that was subbed out. I started getting approval photos at 6:22pm Thursday evening, The evening before the funeral service. Mind you the store closes at 6pm. So I got the first arrangement phones and I told them I was unhappy with them, it wasn't what I ordered, not even close. They had emailed me later in the evening a few hrs later they emailed me again and I had told them that I still was unhappy. I didn't get another update until 6am the morning of the funeral, 3hrs before delivery. I had told them that I was still unhappy, it looked just thrown together like giant flower salad. They delivered it anyway without making anymore changes to it. I had email the next day saying how unhappy myself and the rest of my grieving family was with those arrangements. Our loved one deserves better than what was delivered. I was told that the manager was out until Monday. I called Monday and left a msg, I called Tuesday and was told the manager went home early and another manager would call me in the morning. I get a call this morning and the woman on the other line pretty much just tells me how beautiful the arrangement was and I told her we all disagreed it's not what we wanted. And she said that the arrangements were absolutely beautiful and what did I want her to do about it? I got what I wanted. Which then I told her I didn't get anything close to what I wanted and at minimum I want a partial refund. She then tells me there's nothing she can do, she'll have to get the owner involved and it'll be up to them. *****Update Williams flowers & gifts ended up sending a partial refund. I appreciate them trying to make it right. read more

I called 5 days before my mothers 90th bday to send flowers as I live in a different state from her. The woman on the phone promised me everything would be taken care of and it all seemed great. The day of I called my mother at 5:30pm her time hoping to hear about the flowers! They had not been delivered. Moment lost and she was about to leave to go to dinner. I called Williams and the woman on the phone said they were still out for delivery and she would call the driver. The driver called me back and sounded flustered and that she was "on the way" to deliver them. I asked her how far away she was and she said an HOUR!. The flowers got delivered to an empty home after 7pm, what a bummer. The quality was marginal as well but almost didn't matter as the whole point was to have them delivered in what would be the normal part of the day (its not easter or mothers day) rather than after she left her home for the evening. Went to look at what flowers they had for purchase to create my own bouquet for a friend. VERY LITTLE in this context. Place looked more for trinket gift shop than a floral shop. There was one person behind the counter who never acknowledged me, asked if I needed help or had any questions: pure ignored me. Bridal bouquet was ordered for pick up on 7/20/24. We got here and nothing had been done. $200 for white lilies and a white rose boutonnière. Prices way too high, poor service. The order was placed a week and a half prior to pick up date. Now the photos cannot be taken until we have the flowers. We are having to wait to have the order made. I received a bouquet of flowers from my son for Mothers Day and the water was very cloudy and had a smell to it, and has some kind of dirt floating in bottom of vase. I called and spoke to someone about it, And he said he will bring it up at the next meeting. He did ask what he could do to make it right and I was just so upset that I just said I just wanted to make them aware. I said I'll change the water, but after I hung up,I realized I should have said to replace the bouquet and make sure it has clean water. His reason was it "sits in the heat all day until they are delivered". I happen to know the person who delivers is supposed to add clean fresh water To the vase when they deliver it. Obviously the delivery person didn't check the water. some of the green foliage has brown tips on them. read more

I decided to use a local florist, opposed to a national network.I am glad I did. Williams Flower & Gift did an excellent job preparing my floral arrangement. I didn't have a clear idea of what I wanted, so when I saw the finished product, I was surprised at how beautiful it was. I will definitely choose them again. Great job. read more

I ordered flowers and a cake for my mothers 87th birthday and received a confirmation on the order. The Saturday they were to be delivered, I received a phone call saying they could not get the cake or the flowers that I had ordered. If they had contacted me earlier, I could have ordered from another florist. They were extremely unprofessional and unapologetic. I emailed the business and explained how poor the service was and never heard back. If they had just reached out and apologized I would not have written this review. I hope this saves anyone else from the disappointment I experienced. I am forced to give them a 1 star rating in order to post this review. They don't deserve it. read more

The staff seemed very helpful and friendly over the phone. I ordered flowers, hand lotion and a Ballon for my wife for mother's day. I requested that the gift would be delivered before 12pm since she would not be working past 1pm. The gift did not get delivered till 2:30 so my wife had to drive back to work to receive the gift since it was a suprise to her. When my wife sent me a photo of the gift, I noticed the Ballon and hand cream that I paid for were not included. I had her call the next day to ask about the missing items and all she was given was an apology and that they could deliver the rest of the items the next day. No discount or offer to put in addition items or anything! This was supposed to be a nice suprise for my wife and needed up just being a Hassel. I will not be using Williams Flower and gift again and would never recommend them to anyone. Ps: The flower bouquet that I bought came out really beautiful which makes it really sad these people could not get the rest of the order correct. Extremely disappointed and embarrassed at the arrangement that was delivered. I received a text prior to the arrangement going out, which was a picture showing the flowers. I immediately phoned the store informing the manager that the arrangement they put together is not what was advertised in the picture. The flowers were old, frail, brown and not full. I was told that they would make a new arrangement and send me a new picture. They did, however the second picture they sent me was not the arrangement that was delivered! They completely ignored my concerns and sent what looked like a photoshopped image! I would not recommend this store at all! Save your money!! read more

My boyfriends sister found out she has MS so my boyfriend and I thought it would be nice to send her flowers. I paid $93 for a nice bouquet and same day delivery by 2pm. By 4 we hadn't heard from his sister so I called, the girl who answered the phone said the driver had left before 2 to deliver the flowers but wasn't answering his phone. Around 5 I received an email saying the flowers had been signed for and delivered. This was a total LIE. The flowers were not signed for by his sister and not delivered. Instead of having a sweet surprise we have this disappointment. They will give a refund, but what will that do? We wanted surprise flowers delivered today and paid extra for it. If they couldn't do it we would have found someone else who could have. The cute element of surprise on a dark day is gone. UPDATE I changed the review to a 4 because I finally (on the 3rd phone call, voicemails, and emails) got someone immensely kind and helpful on the phone. Explained the situation and I was not the friendliest I have ever been and realized the girl on the phone was crying. I was confused because my tone was upset but not to the point the girl should be crying. Then she explained her grandma had MS as well and that this upset her and they were going to make it right. Not only did she give me a refund, but she sent over a gift basket of snacks for the long 2 day car ride they had from Washington to San Francisco. Unfortunately I did not get her name, but she should get a raise or a promotion because she had by far the best customer service at the company. read more

Thank you for putting a smile on my coworkers face even during all the pain she is dealing with. You my dear are AMAZING! It was a rough time but thank you for being so great with me on the phone and correcting this error and being so nice! UPDATE UPDATE: Nikki just called me and was very nice offering an upgrade and redelivery immediately. We will see how that goes tho. I will update the rating if the delivery is received. I did let them know it cannot be flowers as the recipient is allergic to flowers so it HAS to be succulents. Again I will do another update IF it is received and it is what I asked for without being charged more. So far not a great experience with this place. We will see if it will end better. UPDATE: Just called and spoke to an employee to find out why I haven't heard back and they were NOT very nice. You would think when something isn't delivered they would not sit on their thumbs and redeliver the item. I don't care if the employee who delivered it is off today and you can't get ahold of them! I spoke to the hospital and there are not arrangements up waiting to go to rooms and this company clearly could care less that I spend 113.00 on a small arrangement. The lady I spoke to was very short with me and VERY rude. Basically hung up on me as I was saying bye without a word to me. I will redo this review if something changes but I sent a succulent arrangement to a coworker at Harrison after an emergency surgery and she STILL has not received it. So either I will be needing my over 100.00 refunded or they need to get on it and get one to her ASAP! I was worried this would happen when I ordered and I guess I was right. It only had one of the 3 featured flowers (roses, tulips, & gerbera daisies). They called to inform me that they were out of some and would substitute for same color. When I asked which ones would not be included, the representative said the tulips were getting replaced. She even emphasized that the daisies (wife's favorite) would still be in the arrangement. The vase was different as well, the yellow one pictured on their website made the arrangement pop. The arrangement is still beautiful and the delivery was timely. I will use them again in the future so that my opinion of them will not be based off one transaction. read more

I have been using Williams Flower and Gifts since 2004. I have them put silk flowers on my parents mausoleum 3 times a year. I live in California so I'm not able to do it myself. I've worked with Leona and she has been very helpful and caring. I would recommend this flower shop to anyone. read more

My boyfriend sent me flowers for my birthday. He knows my favorite flower is a daisy so he requested the put something together and sketched out what he wanted. They were ok for a day or so but the arrangement was so poorly put together that most of the stems could not reach the water and they died. Also there are very few daisies (maybe they are too expensive) and so they added a lot of mums (which I don't like) to fill it in. I would not recommend them again. so i ordered flowers for my wifes birthday monday 2/3/14 at around 9 am, floweres were to be delivered today. No flowers came all day and that wasnt a problem since they could not guarantee a time. at about 5 pm the flowers had still not arrived, i called the shop to find out what was going on, and to get an ETA, they guy who answered my call couldnt find the order at first, then he tells me that he found it, and they were on the truck and would be here with in the hour, he also tells me he is going to call the bremerton store, and would call me back in 5 minutes. no phone call back, no flowers showed up, the place is closed at 6pm so i cant get a hold of anyone. these were my wifes birthday present, and now all i was able to give her was the card i got you. I am new to the Bremerton area and I have been looking for places to try out. I give everyone 2 chances to impress me with their products, service, and quality. I will however go to only 1 place for all of my floral needs, and that place is Flowers To Go in East Bremerton off of Wheaton Way! The flowers were awesome, the quantity was numerous, and the service was absolutely AMAZING!!!! The young lady who helped me was named Liz and I was absolutely impressed by both her knowledge of flowers and her attention to detail towards customer service. Came in with my mom to order flowers for my brother's casket. The employee at the checkout spent 20 min socializing with the only other customer in the store. No regard to others who may have needed assistance during the most difficult period in their lives. There was no customary acknowledgement of "I will be right with you." Completely ignored us. We ordered a lei for our graduate. We picked it up at the designated time but it was not refrigerated but instead sitting on the counter. Worst yet, it looked like it was a week or two old.
