Flowers weren't brown on the edges but they didn't look cared for kind of wilty. The card had the wrong name. The name was Syd but spelled Sam. I called the store to have them redo the card which also spelled my name wrong Kreau my name is Kris. They said whoever ordered the flowers get the information wrong it's not their fault they wouldn't redo a card. It wasn't even a card it was a piece of paper luckily they had the address right. Also the presentation isn't pleasant. Just look at the vase it's either a dark face or a clear vase with a dark brick with a flowers in it. And we did talk to the person who ordered them and that was not what they said simple we just won't order again. I wouldn't have written this review if you simply would have made another slip with my information corrected bottom line. I am a disabled veteran living out of veterans home. My girlfriend who sent these flowers are in the Air Force in South Carolina she could not make it this year for my birthday so this was the one thing she sent me and it wasn't up to par. My Mother's Day my dad sent me. The flowers 4 days after I received them. They looked terrible and didn't last. The tulips died before they opened. I contacted my dad and he said he paid $93 for them. I am sorry but they should be pretty and alive at least a week for that price. Seriously.... I tried to contact the business twice and they would not answer me. Beware of this floral shop. I love flowers and I am so disappointed of the terrible quality and that my dad spent so much money on dead flowers and that they wouldn't answer my messages about refunding my dad his money. I made an online order for flowers to be sent to the home of one of my employees because her mother had passed away. Shortly after that, I was contacted by the store to discuss the order since supply chain issues made it impossible to send the flowers with the vase depicted in the picture. Later, I received a nice email from Irene who included a picture of the arrangement that was being delivered and and who asked if I had any questions or further needs. The flowers arrived the same afternoon and I received a notification of where they had been placed and the time of the delivery. I am very impressed by the quality of care given by the staff at the Port Orchard store. If I have future flower delivery needs, I'll call Williams Flower and Gift first. I don't normally give negative feedback on something that someone else bought for me but I feel it's necessary in this circumstance. My daughter and son-in-law always think of something special for me. As most of you know last Thursday was my birthday and she had ordered a surprise for me (on-line) and to be delivered to my house. Since I was quarantined and my car was totalled I was not going anywhere. By 6:00 pm she asked if I had received a package and I said no. She had ordered flowers from Williams Flower & Gift in Port Orchard on line and it was to be a surprise. She said there was no contact phone number that she saw on line and only e-mail available for communication. When they got back to her they told her I was not home. This was not true. I sat in my chair most of the day (which is near my front door) as I have pneumonia. There was no knock, there was no ringing the doorbell and there was nothing registered on my Ring. They never came to my door. So, they told my daughter it would be delivered the next day - Friday the 13th. She told them to leave it on my porch. So now there was no element of surprise and I knew what I was getting. I sat outside most of the day and I was getting tired and around 6:30 PM I wanted to go to bed. Heidi said to check the front porch one more time. Just as I was going to open the door my ring went off and the doorbell rang. I opened the door to a man standing there - with NO MASK holding out the smallest vase of flowers like a kid who just picked a fist full of dandy lions and was giving me his treasure. It was quarter to 7 at night. I would have thought that since they missed delivery the day before I would get them first thing the next day. NOPE. So I took them and said, where did these come from? They were from Williams Flowers and Gifts which used to be Flowers to Go in Port Orchard. Advertised as Gorgeous farm fresh flowers. Same day delivery and express flower delivery service. Locally owned & operated for more than 30 years. Puget Sound's Best Florist. Shop Online! Satisfaction Guaranteed. Well, I can tell you I've had many bouquets of flowers in my 71 years. This was the saddest bouquet I've ever gotten. There was nothing special about it. My advice is: 1. If you can't deliver the flowers on the day requested, don't take the order!! 2. If you have an on-line picture and that is the specific bouquet requested but you can't accommodate, don't take the order!! Communicate with the purchaser so they know what they are getting for their money. I've attached a picture of what was ordered and what I received. The bouquet was to have 3 purple roses and a bunch of pink roses. I received 3 dark pink roses and no light pink roses. I got small carnations. Not what was ordered! 3. I could have honestly gone to Safeway, bought 3 of their bouquets and put them together and had a prettier bouquet than what you sent to me for a lot less money. 4. If I wanted an old bouquet that I couldn't really look at until today, the third day, you should give my daughter a 3 day discount. 5. First time I've had to pay to fix a bouquet for myself to be halfway decent. This is MY vase, MY ribbon and that's really sad. The small vase next to mine is what they gave me and not what was in the order picture. It was not in a box. There was no tissue. There was nothing pretty about it. My daughter sent 6 emails and they gave her 30% off. I wish she could get 100% of her money back and she should have gotten at least 50% off since they delivered less than 50% of flowers. I will Never ever use them again or any of the other chain stores. If your product is guaranteed satisfaction then I would make sure you keep your word. This is my home town flower shop, they have always been there for me :) I just ordered flowers for my mothers birthday and they included several cool stems for a modern and beautiful green and white arrangement. We have several wonderful florists in town that are all great places to do business. Williams is closest to the cemetery where my grandparents are - so I have visited here many times in varying states of happiness. The staff has helped me get beautiful appropriate flowers every time. Disappointing. Floral arrangement looked ok at best. For over $80 we expected a beautiful, full arrangement with a nice vase. We ended up getting maybe a $40 arrangement for the price of over $80. Giving them 2 stars because the staff was nice. They did end up giving us a 10% credit, still wasn't worth it. Next time I'll take the advice of friends and go somewhere else to buy my floral arrangements. This was the Port Orchard store. read more

The staff is SO friendly! Even when I am in on the last day (and so is every one else for this program). She made it smaller then the 9.99 bouquet at Walmart and charged me 33.00 bucks. Horrible, they should be ashamed of ripping people off. I explained what I wanted to the sales lady and gave her my budget. She repeatedly tried to raise they amount and up sell. I finally got her to understand I wasn't paying more and she took my order and said she would make a nice arrangement for my money. My mom sent me a picture of the arrangement and it was horrible. I have used this florist in the past and had great bouquets but I will never use them again. I could have gotten a better bouquet from 7-11. I ordered a custom arrangement after 5:00PM on Friday. I gave my budget and the type of flowers, colors, and general idea of a design that I wanted in the arrangement, and gave permission for the floral designer to design something beautiful. The arrangement was delivered as I asked on Saturday morning, and the recipient called me to tell me it was just gorgeous. Next time I will ask the florist to take a photo and email it to me. I have never in all my years had such a horrible experience with a florist. I never write bad reviews but this has been an awful transaction. I should have known something was wrong when I wasn't asked for an email to receive a receipt. My bad. Mothers Day flowers not delivered! I was then told they were left on the porch at 4:30. The flowers were to be redelivered. They were. NOT and I was told later they had my mother in laws signature on the card and that they were hand delivered at first 8ok no... wait a minute 6:30 pm. She did NOT sign for these flowers. I asked them to call her and straighten it out. They said they would and did not. She was so upset about this false signature that her husband marched her down there and she was shown a delivery card with her correct address and a signature in her name. Unbelievable! A true run around experience. Truly shocking Beware! I'm holding my breath about there statement to her about sending her a replacement later today. This isn't about all Flowers To Go locations. I have used the Silverdale location a few times and have received great bouquets of flowers. However, the two times I have used the Port Orchard location, I have been VERY disappointed. Mother's Day two years ago I ordered a bouquet of flowers. I spent $60 after tax and the "flowers" I got was a little vase (which is fine) but there was a total of 4 flowers and then just a bunch of greens. No big deal, because I did only spend $60. So, this year I used Flowers To Go for Mother's Day again. This time I spent $110 because the previous times I spent this much at the Silverdale location the pictures I got of the bouquets were great! They were huge and colorful, just like I had asked. So- I spent that much on Mother's Day this year... What my mother had received was about 6 white lilies, and a little bit of greens in an average sized vase. When I saw them I was instantly angry. I couldn't believe what my mom had got for $110! And when she found out what I had spent, she was upset also! I don't plan on ever using this location again. It's embarrassing to send someone flowers and what they receive makes it look like you spent $30. I'm better off going to Albertson's and picking up a bouquet of flowers for her there. read more
