BreeAnn at Pink Blossom Events is genuinely in a category of her own. I first met her in 2014 and we've partnered on countless weddings since -- several of which have been published, including a recent feature in Washington Wedding Day magazine. She's been a Seattle wedding planner since 2006 and she knows absolutely everyone in this industry. That experience and those relationships show up in real ways for her clients. But here's what I really want you to know: she is unflappable. Like, legitimately. She made sure our wedding day was flawless and--dare I say-- enjoyable and stress-free! She was assertive, confident, and one of the most genuinely enjoyable people you'll ever meet. From day one, she made us relax and ENJOY the process of planning. She gave us a curated list of wonderful vendors to match our style--in every area, from venue to catering to photographer--everything. We could NOT have imagined an easier planning process nor a more perfect day.     A "Stress-Free" Exceptional Wedding Planning Experience…read more This review is a long overdue post! We had the pleasure of working with New Creations Wedding/Rebecca Grant for not one, but TWO of our weddings. We had initially planned our wedding overseas but had to cancel the wedding due to COVID in 2020. I reached out to a dozen wedding planners in the local area, with no luck finding someone who could help us plan a COVID-friendly wedding. Rebecca, however, quickly accepted the task. Unfortunately, that plan also changed when further COVID restrictions limited the number of guests. We decided to book Rebecca to plan our beautiful elopement on Whidbey Island and had her marry us. She even managed to tell the weather to give us a gorgeous day in October!!! One year later, and with a baby on the way, we decided it might be a good idea to try to have a wedding celebration - FINALLY. We had zero ideas of what we wanted but knew we needed Rebecca to take over all details because our focus was planning for the baby. Rebecca made sure we got as many decisions out of the way as possible early on to have a wedding-free postpartum period. When it came closer to the wedding, this is where I witnessed her magic in finalizing every detail, communicating clearly with every vendor, and making the wedding finally happen. Additionally, she gracefully managed our guest count, which went from 100-130 to 175. I barely had time to spend a minute of my mind-space on the wedding because of our new family and often questioned myself, "why was I planning a wedding?" but man, did Rebecca deliver the most stunning, chic, and fun party. The circumstances around our wedding experience were not common, planning a wedding while trying to raise a new baby, but I would not hesitate to hire Rebecca again. There are so many details about a wedding that you don't even think about until you are in it, when you realize, "I'm so happy I hired Rebecca to take care of this." Rebecca is someone you can trust to get the work done; you will be wowed by what she delivers.

Jackie Harbour is so knowledgeable and has so much experience, that we were able to turn to her with any question and every idea. During our meetings leading up to the wedding, we had lists of questions/concerns, and Jackie was able to talk us through everything. She literally had a plan for every aspect of the day, but still gave us free rein to make every creative decision! It was so comforting to have a wedding coordinator with so much knowledge and skill. Our final meeting with Jackie, the weekend before our wedding, helped melt away so much stress. We knew that Jackie would make sure the day was exactly what we had pictured. The day of our wedding would NOT have run as smoothly without Jackie! I swear she had clones of herself! This woman was in all places at once! She made sure everything was set up exactly the way we had expressed to her! She checked that our items for the traditions were set up and ready to use during the ceremony (chuppah with silk, wine glass, wine, rope for knot tying). She helped guide guests to their seats (large outdoor venue). She handled the late shuttle bus, dropping off the rest of our guests. Our parents went to her with random questions throughout the day. She organized our extremely large wedding party (20+ people). And she kept the timing of our entire day on track! She made sure that none of the wedding day stressors made it to the brides. As far as we know, the day was perfection! And it was.

They planned a gorgeous wedding that was tailored to my personality and preferences. Then the pandemic hit and we were forced to cancel everything. It was disappointing that we could not bring the vision to fruition, but I write this review to inform readers that Holly and Katie did NOT leave me in the dust when the pandemic hit. Our contract dissolved since we had to cancel our wedding, and I thought that was the end of our relationship. Without hesitation, though, they reached out to all of my vendors to gather information about cancellations, rescheduling, etc. It was such a headache even thinking about the work it took to cancel this event. Now that I am able to look back at all the responses received by vendors, I am relieved that I hired some of the vendors that Perfectly Posh recommended because they were the most accommodating during this pandemic. I know this is largely influenced by the strong working relationship they maintain with vendors. Despite the fact that we didn't have a wedding reception, I do NOT regret hiring Perfectly Posh for one second. In fact, I am relieved that I had their expertise to guide me through the uncertainty of it all.

She went above and beyond and asked me about elements I had not considered. We were able to hash out most of not all of our preliminary planning structure. By the time the call was sent her I knew she could find the perfect venue and make my wedding dreams come true. She already had beautiful places lined up and was going to email me pictures. She was more than capable. Her staff are equally brilliant to work with. The other element is finding someone you can trust. Based on our conversation, this company soul purpose is to make your wedding perfect. They expect things to go sideways and are adept at handling any disaster. Also, they aren't money grubbers that will look for any excuse to keep your money if things need adjustments. They want your experience to be easy and full of happiness. My husband and I wound up making other plans but the 5 star this company has is well earned.

Jubilee was the perfect fit, and I couldn't recommend them enough. I don't think of myself as a traditional wedding kind of person, and I wanted our day to feel very personalized and fun. From the get-go, Kristen was communicative and did an excellent job helping my now-husband and I flesh out our ideas. Julia took over for day-of coordination, and she was just as helpful and friendly. I especially appreciated how strong the communication with Jubilee was; the use of spreadsheets on google drive made it really easy for everyone to know exactly what was going on throughout the process. All of the vendor recommendations they made were excellent as well, and I definitely never felt pressured to go super outside our budget or spend money where it was unnecessary. The decor we used through Jubilee was beautiful and really helped tie everything in and fulfill our vision. On the day of the wedding, Julia was SO helpful and really made the day as seamless and stress-free as possible for me. Which is impressive, because I am 100% a perfectionist with control issues. Jubilee was the perfect pick for our wedding, and I'd highly recommend them for anyone looking to have a fun, personalized wedding that truly expresses you as a couple. We didn't realize how much we needed an event planner until doing a consultation. From there, we ended up buying one of her packages because her value and contributions were an absolute must. We could not have done this without her. She helped us create the perfect event and was with us every step of the way. You shouldn't do a large event without her!
