I was told appointments would not be face to face, but over the phone. Fine by me. Dropped everything off. Within two days, I got a phone message detailing my refunds and documents to sign via DocuSign. So smooth. So easy. Pleasant people to work with. I will definitely use them again!

Our information was sent off, accepted, and we received our money quickly. We had a portal with all of our paperwork that we could access to keep up w/ the filing process. This year filing was the same minus the Zoom call. I really like the ease of uploading everything to the portal. The business is on top of things as far as communicating via email and phone calls which is helpful when you're dealing with the stress of taxes.

Lack of simple follow through is indicative of larger problems in house. Easy to make an assertion of a cancelled call-which is an outright, boldface lie. You folks need to get it together.
