I have not spoken with the same attorney twice. It was a new person everytime. At some point, and due to many red flags , I decide do switch firm but they started demanding that I cannot take the case from them or I should pay them a large sum of money for their time. Tha being said, they decided to file suit. Then, just 3 business days to the deadline, they decided to drop the case with no explanation! Please avoid at all the cost.

I was willing to give them a 2nd chance for being late for a scheduled meetings, things happen, but the lead partner was just so rude we were not recoverable. He literally started yelling at me saying this would not work and I was totally blown away. Never had a professional company spoke to me this way. I asked him not to yell at me and he hung up on me. I had reached out to Randy and his firm based on a referral. We booked time for a specific date and time as my calendar is very full and typically I have back to back meetings. Randy no showed for the meeting and did not even reach out. When I reached out he said he was on another call. I get that I am a new potential client but he could have at least notified me he would be late but instead I had to reach out. When he finally called me he was rude and arrogant. He did not feel my business was worth it and told me up front he would not do business with me - he would not do business with me because I asked him why he could not have told me he was late. He then began yelling at me and then just hung up. Is this how people behave - what happen to professionals? I would avoid this firm at all cost. Right now their phone numbers do not work and when you get a vm it is full - even when you tell them its full, they do nothing. If you are going to be late you let your client or potential client know. You apologize and not yell at the client because the client is upset for your behavior.

Williams Oinonen LLC -- Julie Oinonen saved my teaching career, and I have never even met her in person. From the very first phone call after a school incident led to my suspension, Julie treated me with honesty, compassion, and determination. At a time when my entire life felt like it was unraveling, she became the steady voice helping me through one of the darkest and most frightening seasons I have ever faced. There were days when I was terrified, emotionally exhausted, and barely holding myself together. Julie never made me feel like just another case. When I tried to discuss this with the accounting department, I was met with rudeness and impatience. I signed at the suggestion of the lawyer, realizing now that their service was a waste of time and money. They provided nothing, honestly. Charging repeatedly for paperwork and information that they never used. My case never went to the trial that I thought I was paying for. I paid trial fees for a lawyer to speak to me twice over the course of a year. She was ill or unavailable the rest of the time. Blatant liars and will threaten to drop you and keep your money if you complain, because they need the "trust" of the client. Don't trust them to do right by you. They're money hungry. Overall, my experience with CHISOLM TRIMBLE & ASSOCIATES, LLC. was incredibly disappointing. I would not recommend this firm to anyone looking for professional and reliable legal services.
