My husband's truck was towed to this facility and I was given the wrong information about retrieving it. Which lead to it being there longer and accumulating additional fees. The man that helped us today Bill confirmed that he heard the other man Frank give us the wrong info but no one chose to call back and correct their mistake, which in my opinion is bad customer service. So we felt like we should have been charged the price we were quoted and not the additional fees and we voiced that. Bill dismissed what we were saying and got really flip about it and said the only way we would get the truck is if we stopped talking about it! Then he told my husband to shut the fuck up after he proceeded to voice the fact he was not happy with the mistake...that is UNACCEPTABLE!! I tried to get the owners information to report him but he stated that info could not be given out I even called back to ask for a manager and was told there was no manager I could speak to! I don't no if Evelyn and Wayne Williams know that thier employees are rude to customers or not but they definitely need to be made aware and I'm going to make it my business to inform them! However I would like to give a shoutout to another employee who also happens to be named Bill for being understanding and kind and very apologetic for the rudeness that we encountered. Don't trust these guys, they are contracted with the City of Mesquite TX and they are as crooked as they come. By law you are not required to have your car towed by them (if you have a wreck in the city limits) Its the law that you can choose whoever to tow your vehicle! I need new friends! Long story short my car got towed after being abandoned with the keys in it as well as a dead battery. The city of Mesquite directed me to Williams after searching by license plate. The gentleman who answered the phone could NOT have been more professional/pleasant. I received the same treatment in person. I usually hate being a female when dealing with car issues but that was not the case in this situation. Was it v v expensive? Alas, yes. Was it my fault? I have always taken my car to Williams. Their service and customer service cannot be matched. Their work on black and dark cars is incredible. I would not go anywhere else. I just took my car in to get repair to the front bumper. The person who hit me insurance would not pay for the front end alignment, so they did it for FREE as a courtesy. They washed and did a light detail and the inside smelled amazing. They will always have your best interest. Family owned and in business for over 50 years what does that tell ya! My car was in a hit and run while i was eating in restaurant, obviously had to go threw my insurance and even tho it was hard to get parts for my gti, williams paint and body shop, did beautiful work and got my car repaired and painted beautifully. I was "lucky"enough to have my brand new Honda Accord severely damaged in one of the worst hail storms in recent memory. My insurance company provided a list of several "chain" body shops in the area. Due to the sheer volume of cars damaged by the storm, these shops weren't even putting people on a waiting list. My father-in-law has been a loyal customer of Williams for many years, and he recommend that I at least call them. They were extremely helpful and were able to get my car in immediately. They handled everything, including getting the damage reappraised after Farmers initially cut a check for less that 1/4 of the actual repair costs. All of that was great, but the finished product is why I'm writing this review. The work was literally flawless. My car looked as good as it did the day a drove it off the lot with 6 miles. The interior was clean and there no signs anyone else had been in the vehicle. From start to finish the experience was excellent. The customer service and craftsmanship are both 5+/5. A few weeks after I got my car back, it was damaged again, although less severely, in another hailstorm. I bringing my car right back to Williams next week without a second thought. read more

After having my vehicle for about five weeks for the repair of two specific issues, one of the two issues wasn't even assessed. When I notified the manager, he refused to acknowledge they were told about the issue, despite my mentioning multiple times before me leaving the vehicle at the shop. They also lost my keys during the five weeks they had possession of my vehicle. I will never go back & hope to save others of some frustratingly wasteful time spent with this business. I was in an accident two+ weeks ago and a friend referred me to Williams Paint & Body in Mesquite. My initial contact was with the owner Brent who said he could get started on my car on Monday (took it in Friday before). With as much damage as I thought I had I still received my car back pretty quickly, roughly 1 1/2 weeks. The process was painless and all the people that I spoke with were great! They pulled my car around and it looked brand new. They detailed the exterior, they detailed under the hood, and they detailed the interior. I'm here at Williams Paint & Body Inc in Mesquite on Military with my son because his truck was towed due to it having a flat tire on a ramp. When my son called me he was upset because a gentleman by the name of Bill who works there called him and his friends B!tch A$$ N!&&3rs because they went past the gate into the property to find his truck. By the time I get here I asked my son to point him out to me because my next move is to ask for a manager. My son tells me he works in the back and proceeds to take me to show me where he is. A short white lady comes out to stop us saying you can't go back there. I tell her I need to speak to a manger and she tells me she's the manager. I go on to tell her what happened and she without hesitation says Bill wouldn't say that. I tell her well he did and I would like for Bill to tell me that himself in front of my son and his friends. She says well Bill isn't here he is gone for the day. My son says well that guy right there heard him say it because he turned and looked at him and asked him why did he say it. She calls the guy over and ask him and the guy says Oh no Bill wouldn't say anything like that. And I'm like but you sent him home for the day. My son is getting upset because the guy is lying and I tell him in front of them calm down, did you expect them to take your side and admit that they are racist. I have words with the little short woman to let her know she didn't have to do anything about it because it is definitely going to come back on them. I mean seriously. Now the blessing is while I was paying for my son to get his truck the short lady asked well it needs to be towed off the lot how are you going to get it. I asked can he not put the tire on. She says no my insurance won't allow it. My son asked well how much for you to tow it across the street. She gets to mumbling and another guy would you believe also named Bill says, I'll take it over there for them. We waited in this parking lot forever for the truck to come out. I told my son to make sure they put his tire on the back of the truck he says mom the tire is already on there. We get across the street and tall Bill says I'm so sorry for what you went through man I am. I went ahead and put the tire on for you. Not that he put the tire on because we could have done that ourselves but the fact that he acknowledged wrong doing and cared. This is probably the longest post I've ever written. We are definitely living in times where ppl feel it's ok to hate, discriminate, bigotry, and prejudice but know that Love and truth always prevail. I prayed as I flew down the highway asking God to guide my tongue and hold my hands. I'm proud of me. The definition of what that man called my son is ignorance and that's exactly what they portrayed, go figure. read more
