My partner and I were walking around the mall of millennia store when we stopped into Williams-Sonoma. It's been quite a hot minute since I've been in the store; I completely forgot they also sold food as well as cocktail mixers. I picked up some elderflower simple syrup that was only at $16 and it's a pretty big bottle. I will be using the simple syrup and a cocktails I make with different types of gin! The whole store was very organized. Each item has its own location I'm going to have to come back to the cake pans because they are absolutely marvelous. Also the stainless steel garlic press I really liked as well. They had a couple of Disney products as well they had a limited edition salt and pepper grinder that was the shape of a Mickey head as well as a Star Wars waffle maker and a Mickey Mouse waffle maker. The lady at the counter was very nice and checking us out and signing us up for coupons; or their email system that they do. I will definitely be returning to purchase some of those cake pans - if you're looking for different kitchen supplies especially coffee presses by highly recommend Williams-Sonoma in the millennia mall. Oh I also forgot to mention that they have their own pride collection which I LOVE. They had a crockpot type of item that had a rainbow on the side, they had their own mug set that was pride collection, they also had pride cookies and candies; as well as a pride themed cocktail mixer. Would not have guessed Williams-Sonoma to be pride friendly but evidently they are I absolutely love this! read more

The sales staff were super helpful and knew their stuff, making my first All-Clad purchase a breeze. Now I just need to convince myself I don't need everything in the store (spoiler: I probably do ). Definitely coming back for more culinary treasures! read more

Williams-Sonoma is the Tommy Bahama store for kitchen stuff. They have the same word-flow and pricing. There was a $50+ Garlic Press, $22 margarita mix, and a sampler of 3 bourbon mixers for $39.99. You can find similar items, even with the same brands, for a better price at other stores. Know your prices before you go. They DO have some decent sales which is great. I ordered some things online in the past, but always like stopping in to browse for gadgets and gizmos and goodies. If you do get an email from them, do NOT click on anything in the email or they'll hound you to buy it! read more

I was shopping around for a Le Creuset cast iron skinny grill and a 2 1/2 Qt. French Oven. Williams-Sonoma had both on sale and in my favorite color. The store was well stocked, clean and organized. They provided excellent customer service. read more

Make no mistake, many of the items are great quality, but many of the items you are paying more so that you can tell your friends that you bought them from Williams Sonoma. So, if you want some great quality items for cooking and/or hosting a dinner party, take a moment to do some comparison shopping. Currently under construction, but still open! Offering everything from cook books to flatware sets, this store has anything and everything you could want for the kitchen. The main problem is that you gotta be willing to part extra for it. We've been in here several times, including prior to the start of their construction to update the store. They usually have some type of sample on offer during the weekend and they also have some technique and other classes available. My favorite thing to check out here is their seasonal and novelty items. I've gotten several Star Wars kitchen accessories here, including a Darth Vader spatula! We had a great experience at this location recently at the millennium mall. We were interested in a LeCreuset Grill piece as well as some other options and Bernice was quite helpful and showed us some items that were in the sale area that we did not know about. Bernice also helped us order an item on sale through WilliamsSonoma.com. She made it really easy and seamless and it was just an excellent experience. I bought this item on sale from William Sonoma on Dec 18th for a Christmas gift.. It was the wrong color and we want to return it for the right one. They will not give us the sale price. We must send it in and rebuy at original price. What??? From a company this size this is incredible. I have been waiting for a second customer service rep to contact me for 3 days. I go here for high end items that every home chef should have. Recently I bought a set of Global knives here. Absolutely love them and they are so sharp and well balanced. The slice and dice like no other. They also carry nespresso machines which is a must for those who love cappuccino, lattes, and machiatto. read more

I love Williams-Sonoma and the only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is because the prices can be some what high at times. Although you always get quality from here. This is where we bought our Kitchen Aid Mixer attachments, mortar and pestle, some cooking utensils, and a casserole dish. You may want to compare prices before you go to make sure you are getting a decent price but this store is the candy land of kitchen stores. read more

You can get good deals if you watch for the sales and they sell top of the line when it comes to quality, but I don't have a never ending supply of money so sometimes I do find myself looking elsewhere for better deals. read more

Exceptional cooking products here. It's a fantastic place to pick up gifts--cooking gadgets, food mixes, celebrity chef cookbooks, etc. . .however, it's not my go to place for cooking supplies. Awful staff. It's a bunch of snooty women who hover over you and assume you're not an educated buyer. One of them actually had the audacity to tell me I should adjust my diet to use more oil rather than buy non-stick pans. This company does not deserve even one star. It may be that some items are of good quality but prices are ridiculous. They have a rewards system that rewards you a certain amount from the percentage of your purchases. You receive the reward, it will have an expiration date, and when you use the rewards amounts when you purchase something, you have to use the entire amount or you lose it. Even worse, when you return an item, purchased by using rewards money, you will not get your money back. I believe that regular and supporting customers of William Sonoma, do not deserve this ridiculous stipulations in using rewards money. They give rewards to deserving customers, but give senseless and ridiculous regulations and stipulations. Very disappointed to say the least! read more

Horrible experience everytime i come to this location. It all starts with their clueless and arrogant manager. Poor customer service every single time i go in. I've given them chances to redeem and somehow they get worse. This is a reflection of poor leadership in this store. Winter park location is much better. I must admit that I like going here for the free samples. Unless I am buying Christmas gifts or picking up items off of a bridal registry, this place is just too expensive for me. But they give awesome samples of things cooked in their in house kitchen and slow cookers. If you are suffering from "I cook like I should be on food network" syndrome, this is the place for you. read more

I love Williams-Sonoma stores but had a really bad experience using Williams-Sonoma.com. Ordered a toaster on July 4, the expected delivery date was delayed twice, then a small box arrived July 13 that contained only 4 small plastic lids I hadn't ordered and the packing slip said it contained a toaster! I've shopped in a number of William Sonoma stores up and down the east coast and other than their prices I love the shop and have purchased A LOT over the years....HOWEVER, with one exception. A year ago we moved to Orlando and I have shopped online and in the Millenia Mall. This branch is such a disappointment. I wish corporate would come and look at this operation. I purchased an item tonight on the William Sonoma site. on the top of the page in red it said. free shipping for any product over $49. When I got to the final page they added $168 For shipping and handling. When I called to cancel the order immediately afterwords they said it was too early to call. Call back in 2 hours. I called back in two hours and what do you know the item already been shipped it's 10:30 in the evening. Do not shop at William Sonoma they're just out to rip people off. They said the only thing I can do is call UPS tomorrow. read more

I registered for my wedding at this store. What should have been a happy experience has been a huge pain in the butt. Despite calling the store first, and making sure I could return an item, this was not the case. If someone buys something for you online (from your registry) and you return it in the store, Williams Sonoma makes you wait until their online warehouse receives the item, then issues a merchandise credit via snail mail. I have been waiting over 3 months for this credit! In 2017, there's no reason not to issue a credit immediately. If you are thinking about registering for your wedding at Williams Sonoma, DON'T!!! Go to Macy's!!! They have amazing customer service and value people that come to the store!!! read more
