Pretty much any department store you are looking for, my happy place is Sketchers. Parking can be at a premium around Memorial Day, but found pre-4th of July days have some great sales and it wasn't too difficult to find parking. read more

Our issue: Parking was a nightmare! And finding a restroom was like going on an adventure with Indiana Jones. Impossible! Go on a day that people don't... that's your only hope! Oh. Empty your bladder before your adventure! They have them. 2 is all I could locate. We recently went to one in Delaware County/Sunbury Ohio. So similar it was scary! I really liked the Williamsburg Outlets. It had many more stores than the one in Limerick, PA. It was surprisingly crowded on a rainy Tuesday but I guess, like us, tourists needed something to do. Parking was hard to find but once we got a space, we couldn't complain about much else. We got bargains galore and killed about 3 hours of a washed out vacation day. read more

Came here today to do some quick shopping before going back home to New York. This mall is very large with so many different stores you can shop at! In all the stores I've gone to, the employees were very welcoming, helpful and attentive. I loved the fact that this mall isn't packed with people so I can calmly walk around and enjoy each store at my own pace. For those that live in the area are lucky and should definitely take advantage shopping at this mall! If I'm ever back in Williamsburg I will definitely do more shopping here! read more

Nice selection of outlet stores and some you do not find in other outlets like Burberry. The Outlet is very large so wear comfortable shoes or plan to drive to the variuos areas. read more

Ive been to this outlet a couple of times and have always been able to find some great deals. However, this last time my friend had a horrible experience where her bank card was stolen/ not given back by the Vans store clerk...who knows. He seemed very fishy when we returned to the store to question him. Stated he was "going to lunch" and just walked away. How about that for good customer service. Smh we are certain this guy did not return her card. So be careful he's the scrawny Caucasian male with piercings all over his face. Otherwise the outlet is great! read more

These are not outlets. There are no deals to be had here. Maybe because it's the only shopping in the area, folks think it's something. Go to Potomac Mills in Woodbridge if you want real selection and savings. The old Pottery Factory was better. read more

I love the Williamsburg Premium Outlets! There is a huge selection of stores, such as Polo Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger, Coach, Nike, Banana Republic, Cole Haan, J. Crew, North Face, and much more! One of my favorites is Tommy Hilfiger because they have a lot of sales in that store. They're also well stocked with clothes too! The outlets cover a big area, and it does take a bit to walk from one end to the other. It's great exercise anyway! I'm from Richmond, VA. So the outlets are about an hour and fifteen minutes away from my place. Its a bit of a drive, but its all worth it. If you ever plan to come here for Black Friday, come really really early if you want to shop on thanksgiving day or at midnight. My parents and I tried to go here for Black Friday about four years ago, and we had traffic already on Interstate 64 before the Lightfoot exit! It was crazy that we just turned around. It was a waste of a drive, but we weren't moving at all for a good amount of time. I learned that its still okay to go there on Black Friday, but around the late afternoon, early evening because most stores have great deals going on around that time. Most stores also have those same exact deals going on during the weekend after Black Friday. So you got plenty of time to shop! Parking can be hard to find during that day. I think its easier to find parking in the middle of the outlets. There are three sections to park at, and the one in the middle has the most parking in my opinion. The middle section has stores like Nike, Banana Republic, Guess, Bose, Seiko, Michael Kors around it. This is definitely a place to check out one day if you're in the Williamsburg area! read more

There are times throughout the year that this is the best place to shop and other times its not worth the trip. I would say more than half of the stores are not outlet stores, meaning regular mall prices and generic % sales. But they do have a lot of great outlet stores you can get great deals in. Shopping on Thanksgiving day was awesome and we had a great time and got some really fantastic deals. The only thing that was annoying were the lines that blocked the sidewalks. I think stores in the smaller corridors shouldn't be allowed to do lines because it causes people to walk in street and make traffic even worse. Traffic can be a nightmare here as well as parking but with some patiences and diligence you can find something. Overall the mall is well managed and maintained. It's rare that you will see trash anywhere or dirty bathrooms which is impressive and appreciated. read more

Awesome outlet mall...so many stores, restaurant, and goodies :) also near a bowling alley we unfortunately didn't have a chance to try out :( My purchases included Clinique makeup (cosmetic store), brightons, shoes (hushpuppies), earring (claires), lunch (OCEANS & ALE), bikini (vans), ben & jerrys, and probably more I can't think of. Parking is tricky and fills up fast on the weekends. so plan to come early and walk to the stores don't drive and expect to find a spot. I'm glad I left extra room in my suitcase so I could still carry it on on the way home! read more

I remember the first time I came here and it seemed so much bigger, and the stores had much greater discounts. Every time I come back, it seems to be less about the "outlet" and becoming more of just another over priced mall. Some brands are better than others at keeping their clearance sections worth it. Not really convincing me to come back anytime soon though. read more

Typical outlet stores, however their food court is extremely lacking. There are only a few places open, and outside throughout the mall there are only snack places. All of the major stores are always busy such as Polo Ralph Lauren, Coach, etc... There are some good deals here for the most part. Parking is a pain, and although the lots are big it seems like there is never enough. I recommend getting popcorn from Uncle Dave's Kettle Corn. They have an outdoor shop in the first section. Many shops to choose from mostly staples without good anchor department store outlets and food court leaves a lot to desire. Extra savings with promotional sales vary and are hard to come by unless VIP member with notifications. On the plus side, the area appears clean, feels safe with parking and has well placed restroom facilites. Check the webpage for promotional items at your stores of interest before planning to drive that far. Its about 80 minutes one way for myself. read more

Good outlet mall. I don't think some of the stores are actual outlets since some of the prices for places like sun glass hut are normal. But the place is huge easy to get to and clean. You could spend a day here easy. read more

Being a local I have frequented the Outlets for quite a while, I'm learning to accept them but still get sorely disappointed each and everytime.I guess I have been spoiled after being in Outlet malls overseas, though. The outlets are located in a convient location with everything else tourist season has to offer in the Burg, like restuarants, cheap souvenir shops ( like the pottery factory!) and good ole Busch Gardens n' Water Country USA. The parking is huge and as with anything is getting a "good spot" is a must just get there in the morning otherwise you might just have to look for one especially on the weekends and holidays. I feel like the Outlets are definitely overrated and cater to a certain type of people, but hey, its Williamsburg right? I feel a good majority are for older women and maybe atheletes, weird mix..I know. But from my perspective of a so called trendy young adult there are a few fashionable stores like 2 Bebe, Juicy, Papaya, Coach and the ever growing monster that is Charlotte Russe. The atheletic variety is much better for a gender neutrual options, from Reebok, UA, Nike and such so if thats your thing you'll be fine. Food wise just go somewhere else. The food court sucks! There are crappy greasy restuarants so find another place on the outskirts of Richmond road and save your $5.00 unless thats all you want to spend. In conclusion, the outlets have some good stores but its a hit or miss. The eclectic variety is not there and there isn't anything quite special about it either. Typical mall stores with nothing that says Virginia about it. But if you need to pick up a quick item then go here...and remeber just because its in the Outlets it does't mean its a deal! read more

The layout of the stores and parking are horrendous. The parking, which is right smack in the middle, is stressful as pedestrians and drivers impatiently pass one another. I don't have trouble parking in one particular favorite spot, but it makes it difficult to get to other stores that I wish to visit. Therefore, I only visit a few favorite stores and hit the road asap. The restrooms aren't always clean or convenient either. The choices offered in the food court aren't worth eating, so it's best to find a local food spot in Williamsburg. The stores should be centrally located. Parking should be separated from or behind the stores. Healthier food options would be ideal. A model to follow is Leesburg Corner Premium Outlets. read more

What's not to love about the outlet? I'm a SHOPPER! I loooove to shop. It's been one of my favorite things to do since I could walk. Great shopping to be had. My favorites include Coach. Banana Republic, Gap, Ralph Lauren, Kirklands, Cosmetic Company Outlet, Aldo, Nine West and UNCLE DAVE'S KETTLE KORN!!! The grounds are well maintained, restrooms plentiful. My only qualm is the parking. It can be a hot mess. When I go to the outlet, I go early and get there before they open for the best parking. I have my map and a plan. For those who don't know, this is an outside outlet mall. I love coming, it's only about 45 minutes from house. I just wish that they had a Nordstrom Rack, or a Saks Off 5th. Gotta go to Potomac Mills for that. All in all, it's good shopping. Something for everyone! read more

Coming here on a weekday is awesome because there is plenty of parking. The store here are most of my favorites too. Burberry, Kate Spade, Juicy, BCBG, Cole Haan, Banana, JCrew, Polo are just to name a few. You do have to pay about 6% in taxes here and people are really friendly. It's ok for a outlet. The same thing like any other outlets. Parking sucks if you decide to go in the afternoon. Have to be here early morning to avoid the crowd. It is a tourist spot that is for sure. There were a few good stores (Nike) and the Carters outlet is definitely a great place for children's clothes and under garments. The layout of the stores are bizarre and you find yourself zooming all around the outlets. Otherwise, if you do not like large crowds and detest fighting for parking, I would not recommend it here during the tourist months. read more

Stopped at the outlets on the way back from Colonial Williamsburg in route to Maryland. There's a huge selection of stores, which seemed to appeal to almost everyone in our group. My personal fav was the Levi's store. There's tons of parking, and if you don't find anything at least it's good exercise walking around the enormous lot. read more

The downside is that parking absolutely sucks and a lot of the shoppers there are like a bunch of New York City tourists just gawking and stumbling along. Let's just start with....If you don't like walking AND shopping then it ain't for you! Okay so I am pretty sure that Williamsburg Premium Outlet is addicted to me! I absolutely love, love, love this place. There is always some awesome sale going on at one of the shops I frequent and there is always parking available. No matter where I stay it seems that my lodging is never more than 7-8 minutes away from this place. I think they're stalking me! But seriously, if you love to shop and don't have a problem doing it outdoors then you should be fine. I only have a couple of issues. With the class of shops they have here, (I believe they refer to them on their website as upscale), the food court should be a whole helluva lot better as another Yelper mentioned. There is a Sbarro, a sandwich spot (I feel like this was Subway) and I believe a sushi spot. All the other food related spots on their website are located throughout the outlet. I was really a bit shocked when I stepped inside that this is what they called a food court. Plus there were flies buzzing all around. WPO you need to renovate your food court with better options!!! My other issue was how some of the associates were behaving. Some of them didn't seem to really want to help me. Here I am walking around the store looking at bags with the one I am interested in on my arm and no one even spoke to me as I tried to find a wallet to match....literally about 4 girls just stood around the center of the floor gabbing with each other about customers of all things. I remember a comment like "if she just spent $200 she's not buying anything"...I didn't know you all just moonlight as sales associates but really you are accounting specialist or psychic and can tell how much a person has to spend by looking at them or the things they buy??? Sorry....that really irked me more then it should have. Probably because I had tons of stuff I had already brought and there I was looking at some super cute bags I wanted to buy (without help). But like I said I really like a sale! So much so, that I have convinced my family to take a weekend trip before Christmas to Williamsburg so we can have a good time and shop! read more

Great discount shopping experience. Wear comfortable shoes and look for the deals. It can be hit and miss but worth the drive from Richmond. I found end of season sales at a few of my favorite shops. This is the time for boots, outerwear, to go to 25% and more off. read more

This outlet was one of the best I've been to. Had pretty much every store I wanted to visit. The floor plan is nice and open and wasn't crowded. Well, I did go on a Tuesday. Yelp was offering a $5 off shopping coupon at the time. I didn't use it though because you had to go to the visitor's center and we weren't close to it and were strapped for time. read more

Prime Outlets in Williamsburg is a great place to get a deal. They have grown so much and it is now one of the largest outlets in the southeast. It was crazy busy here as folks are getting ready for the holiday rush. The weekends are really busy now but there are some good deals to be had. Williamsburg Premium Outlets is a shopping Mecca for Hampton Roads. I love coming up here a few times a year to find great brand name clothing at outlet prices. Usually the stores have fantastic deals for great quality. Some stores have declined in providing a quality product, but overall the deals and purchases are worth the trip. I think most people have issues with the parking, which will take you at least 20 minutes, if you're lucky and other shoppers. Deals draw all sorts of people so you must be prepared for the crowds you will encounter. Many are rude or oblivious. There will be dogs, kids, baby stroller, and people who forget how to use a door. Patience is a must. :-) The other issue is the food options. Once people park they are not likely to leave for lunch. There is a food court but it is horrible. Think 90's food court. I feel like I have time traveled when I go in here. No real healthy options and nothing mainstream. Aside from these things I will always make the drive to shop. read more

This outlet mall has a great selection of stores. My favorites are the Coach Factory store, the Bare Escentuals store and J. Crew. Sometimes the stores don't' have good deals everyday so you have to come back often because they are always getting new merchandise. The food court is a little lacking and sometimes parking is a pain but overall the mall is enjoyable. If you have a AAA card you can get a free coupon book at guest services and there are additional coupons online to help maximize your savings! read more

I've never been much of a shopper but I love coming here and doing serious window shopping! I also get a bunch of steps in on my Fitbit while doing this. Last year around Black Friday and Cyber Monday I came and actually bought some clothes and got sweet deals at Guess and Calvin Klein. Every store I walk in I have a pleasant experience in. During my most recent visit to the outlets I stopped at Express, I haven't shopped at Express in a long time but when I was introduced to that Clearance table I had a hard time leaving! Reduced prices anddddd 40% off? cmon fam, the prices were so low I felt like I stole when I left there. The only thing about the outlets that doesn't really do it for me is the food court. The food court is supposed to be lit!! There aren't many options to choose from but I guess it's better than nothing. I can't wait to go back for more cheap clothes from Express!! read more

Typical outlet mall. This place is almost always busy on the weekends, which makes parking a pain. Be prepared to walk the perimeter of the outlets if you do come during that time. I have a few stores I always hit up when I visit: Nine West, Coach, Kate Spade, Gap, Banana Republic. Whether or not I find anything worth buying is a gamble. I have also learned the hard way that the quality of some stores' products aren't always equal to their flagship stores (i.e., Gap jeans), so be careful when shopping if you are stickler for such things! If the extra wing of stores hadn't been added, I'd be less inclined to visit every now and again. read more
