Typical outlet mall. This place is almost always busy on the weekends, which makes parking a pain. Be prepared to walk the perimeter of the outlets if you do come during that time. I have a few stores I always hit up when I visit: Nine West, Coach, Kate Spade, Gap, Banana Republic. Whether or not I find anything worth buying is a gamble. I have also learned the hard way that the quality of some stores' products aren't always equal to their flagship stores (i.e., Gap jeans), so be careful when shopping if you are stickler for such things! If the extra wing of stores hadn't been added, I'd be less inclined to visit every now and again. read more

We went on a Sunday. They opened at 10 and we got there about 11:45. We had no problem at all finding parking. We moved the car about 3 times and found a close up spot each and every time. With the exception of one store, every one of the 20+ stores we went into had incredible customer service. Extremely nice folks who didn't mind answering the questions our 10 year old had and even joked around with him a bit. This place would easily get a 5 star review from me, but there were just 2 little issues for us. For one, we didn't go to the food court because we were eating dinner out later. However, we did want a drink and tried the vending machines. They only had one that worked....the other ones took the money (had a cc reader but said cash only) and then said our selection was sold out. Tried another selection and pretty much it was all sold out and change return thing didn't give us money back. We went to Auntie Anne's and got a drink instead. The other issue is the prices. I will say we got fabulous deals on shoes. But really that's where the deals stop. We are from the Richmond area and have most of the stores there right around us. We really didn't see a difference in pricing for most items at all. Since my son wanted sneakers, we still felt like it was worth the trip, but for the clothes we wouldn't go back. A lot of reviews are complaining about the walking and it being crowded. Yes. There is a lot of walking if you don't want to move the car, but isn't that true for any large shopping mall? It's also the closest shopping mall type thing to that area unless locals want to drive 30 mins to Newport News or an hour to Richmond plus it is a tourist area and this is an attraction. That's like going to Disney World and docking stars off of your review because you had to walk or becuase it was crowded. It was crowded, but there was plenty of room to walk on the sidewalks. We never felt like it was too much. Some of the stores could use a bit more space for busy times, but again, it is to be expected. We went on a nice day and it was good to be outside instead of stuck inside of a mall. It is certainly not "outlet" prices on more than the shoe stores, but a nice trip anyway. read more

There are so many stores here and so many deals to be had, if you can find them. Just because it's an Outlet doesn't always mean cheap prices. While many of the stores I frequent here have great deals (Kitchen Collection, Le Gourmet Chef, Nine West, Coach, Zumi's, Kirkland's) there are plenty that do not. But I guess it depends on what you are looking for. I usually come here about 3 or 4 times a year, but mostly for a day trip and something to do. I can see why families would come here before back to school and why people would shop here for Christmas. I just like going because it's not that far from Va Beach and I like to shop and save. read more

New England does not have the best outlet shopping options so I was very happy to finally visit the Williamsburg Outlets while visiting family. It seems that in general outlets offered better deals in the past but you will still save lots of money on your favorite brands here. In terms of layout, you end up doing quite a bit of walking but that is neither here nor there. read more

The Outlets are a great way to let go of some steam, get some air, and do some sweet shopping. Being a student at W&M nearby, it was great to come here after class or on the weekends and just browse the various stores. There are a ton of places that usually have good deals, especially around the holidays. The good thing is that it's never really crowded here, except during the back to school season or when there's a huge sale going on. So parking is never really an issue, especially since there's three separate parts to the outlet. Also, the Williamsburg buses come here, so if you're a broke student without access to a car, that's a good mode of transportation. read more

It's a standard Premium Outlet but overall it's pretty nice. The area is clean and big. There are aome options here that we don't have in Northern VA (leesburg outlets). I was even surprised by one of their Sunglass Huts because they had Revo brand on sale which is rare to me. Just be careful of the vacation kiosks outside. They are selling packages that require timeshare presentations. I've been to two recently and they weren't worth it. read more

I've only been to select few outlet centers but these were above the ones I've been too. All these sales were some of the best I've seen too! The only draw back I hate is that it is more spread out than I am use to. read more

I've been shopping here for over a decade and have always had positive experiences. There's a nice selection of stores--especially in more recent years. Anyway, tonight our car wouldn't start and I was two seconds away from panicking. Fortunately, security was just a couple parking spaces away. Robbie, the most awesome security guard ever, had just finished jumping another patron's car and quickly made his way over to offer assistance. Yes, he helped us fix a simple battery problem, but the peace of mind he gave us while doing so is what motivated me to write this review. Thank you, Robbie! One of the things that keeps me sane as a Williamsburg local. I love that they have a Burberry, Hugo, Coach, Puma, Clarks, and a Cole Hann.

My wife and I enjoy coming to the outlets when we come down to eat at Captain Georges. Her favorite store of course is Coach and they seem to always have good deals on purses and wallets for her. The variety of stores is nice and you can definately spend a whole day shopping here. I enjoy The North Face store as there are none near where i live. The bathrooms are clean which is a plus because there are a ton of people every time i go. The only down fall is the amount of people and the hard time trying to find parking. I also had a bad apple for the candy store which was not very appetizing. Overall a good experience and can definatelty spend a good amount of money. I will return. read more

Huge selection of stores. Lots of benches to sit down when you're waiting for your wife to try on 500 different outfits. Parking is not terrible. The food choices are lacking though, and the food court is a joke. read more

I have shopped here and I worked at one of the stores in this outlet. Overall all stores are clean and kept up well. I will say that the food court has always been lacking and I tend to eat at the smaller carts placed around the mall. One thing that always annoyed me is the misconception that an outlet= lower prices overall. This is not the case an outlet has the same base prices as its mall counter part as we get the same exact products. The difference is outlets have much better sales and there is always something on special any day that you walk in. read more

As I've seen in multiple reviews for the outlets here. Prices are still just as high as the regular store. I.e 4 pack of toddler underwear at osh kosh, $20!?! Other than prices the parking lot and shopping sidewalks are very well kept and maintained. read more

Whenever I'm in the 757 area or I'm in the mood to shop outside of Richmond. I make a trip to the Williamsburg Premium Outlets. I love shopping at Williamsburg Premium Outlets. Williamsburg Premium Outlets has a nice variety of store for shoppers to enjoy. Over the years, Williamsburg Premium Outlets has added some new stores including Tru Religion and Footaction. My favorite stores are Lacoste and Nike. Both stores usually have some really good deals. A lot of the store has regular mall pricing and some really great deals. When there's a deal, there's a deal! I always save shopping at Williamsburg Premium Outlets. On the weekends, Williamsburg Premium Outlets are usually packed. The parking can be a hassle because of the huge crowds. There is plenty of parking but you will park far away. Make sure you bring your walking shoes because the outlets stretch a nice length. You can't go wrong making a trip to Williamsburg Premium Outlets. read more

Holy moly. At first, we accidently went to the indoor outlet...we didn't even go inside. It looked awful- ghetto to say the least. Thankfully, we went to the wrong one and ended up at the correct one- premium outlets. AMAZING. Surprisingly a good amount of parking for soooo many people. The place was PACKED. Which makes sense because it's right around christmas season. There is every store I could ever want there and I definitley got my exercise seeing as the freakin place is like 2 miles long. The Coach store had a line to get in. I felt ridiculous waiting in line until I saw the deals- 250 dollar purses for 100? Amazing. Plus I got some cute wristlets for christmas gifts for like 25 bucks. Great deals! I will complain a little bit, though, about the food court. It has 3 places to eat. That's it. And it's small. I was expecting that for such a gigantic outlet there would be more food...good news is, there is an Olive Garden 2 miles away. read more

I use to go here all the time with no problem but as of late I've felt discriminated against. I feel like some of the employees in some of the stores assume that you want to steal or can't afford their products because you're a young black woman. I've been IGNORED in some establishments and even pawned off to a black employee by a white employee in some stores. Other stores wouldn't even ask if I needed help, just watched me like a hawk as I looked at merchandise. I hate to say it but after coming here for YEARS and spending a generous amount of money I will no longer be visiting Williamsburg Premium Outlets. I will go to another outlet for now on. read more

Best Marriott yet. It is like any other Marriott room that I have stayed at in the past, two bed two bath with a kitchen and a family room. Looks like it was newly updated with nice furniture and new appliances and granite counter tops. Very nice and no complaints so far. read more

I came during the week shortly after lunch about a week before Thanksgiving. It was PACKED to the gills! Parking was a nightmare. If you're short on patience to find a parking spot, it's best to come first thing in the morning. The fact that I found a parking spot was dumb luck because no one was able to. The outlets are outside in the elements and not inside. That being said, it's best to go on a sunny day. I have been to other outlets in NJ and NY that are far bigger and have better parking this one, plus coupled with the fact that Williamsburg is a touristy town, the mall as FULL of tourits walking around. They have a good selection of stores, however navigating through the maze of stores and how this mall was built can be a bit confusing. Wish they had an app where one could easily search for the store they want and have walking directions as other outlest I've been to have. Their food court also leaves much to be desired. This place is certainly worth a trip to find good sales but come in the moring to avoid the onlslaught of tourists. read more

I went to the Pandora Outlet on 12/1/16. I was waited on by a mindless no personally store manager by the name of Katrina B. She lied about not having products and prices. Seem not to want to take the time showing the items. I decided to give it another try today 12/4 was waited on by Danielle O. who was much better. She had trouble cashing out on the iPad. Along comes Katrina B. who snakes her sales. Once I got home her name showed on my receipt bad manager. I called the store and told her she stole Danielle's sale. More of a shopping plaza than an outlet at this point, since they've started mixing in regular shops in with the outlets. The discounts are not usually super great, unless you hit it just right. It's a great place to shop, but isn't the bargain that Prime advertises (I've never seen anything (besides maybe socks) 75% off the tag in any of the shops). read more
