8/1/20: Even during the pandemic, this place is packed. Long lines await you to popular stores like Nike & Pandora. There were staff at each store's entrance to welcome you...some offered hand sanitizer...some didn't. Although it was packed today, there was still good parking spaces available near popular stores. There's a variety of stores to meet all your shopping needs. There's also a few places to get a quick bite or treat there. If you want a meal at a restaurant, there a many available just down the street. The sales were decent.

So many stores and great deals. I went earlier before a larger crowd showed up. There were tons of parking places and seemed very opened.

DO NOT USE (opposite auntie Anne's near restrooms) - no coin return & you won't get your drink. No staff around to help either... not cool.

I have to admit, Williamsburg over Norfolk's premium outlets all day (sorry NFK!) Get here early and you'll get an awesome parking spot and there will be less folks out and about to battle with. No, it's not war, but during the sales it can sure feel like it. Yelpers - CHECK IN FOR A FREE PASSPORT DISCOUNT BOOKLET! A fellow Yelper told me about this when she went to Leesburg's P.O's; Military discount can be added even on top of those in some stores, making even BIGGER savings. Cannot complain. Plenty of different stores to satisfy all tastes, I highly recommend under armor if around a holiday sale time. Sports bras, tights, tops, hoodies and shoes on sale for half price if not more (plus military discount or passport booklet helps!), just get there early or they have only XS sizes left.

This was a quick stop while visiting the Williamsburg area, it turned out to be a few hrs later! They have lots of parking all over. Very easy excess off the hwy. Clean bathrooms and foodie area for some refreshments. There were so many stores I had to decide which stores to actually go in...its was way to much. I did find a few things, I loved the Brighton store, bought a few things. Some of the stores give a military discounts, I heard that Yelpers can get a free passport book, I didn't have time to check it out. Maybe next time. Don't miss this shopping discounted spree, they have something for all for sure!!

Beautiful blazer. Was $150 and I got it for 65!

This is your typical premium outlet. They have all the usual stores Polo, Coach, Tommy Hilfiger etc. You will have to do some walking outside so dress appropriately. The place is pretty big. I know some people park in one area, shop, then drive over to another area and shop. Parking is a little tough because they're normally busy but you'll find something eventually. The food court here is absolutely terrible. The one name I recognized, Sbarro, was cash only and operating with limited equipment. The food was mediocre at best. The rest of the food places were manned by uninterested employees with even less interesting food. The one stand out for me was the gentleman working the dressing room in Polo Ralph Lauren. I forgot his name but he was so helpful, kind and willing to go above and beyond to find sizes or check in the back for items. No other store I entered provided anything other than a greeting.

Christmas selfie prop!

This is a great shopping center to find everything you're looking for in one place! Don't forget to check in on Yelp, the stop by the management office(located by Levi's) for your free VIP coupon booklet!

Great place for Christmas Shopping only downside is not enough parking. And you get a ton of "fake handicap " drivers

I love this place. In particular the Nike store. Polo outlets are great and often have great deals. Great place to spend some money.

Always a good shopping experience. Wide corridors allow for people and strollers to have enough room to walk. Clean

One of the things that keeps me sane as a Williamsburg local. I love that they have a Burberry, Hugo, Coach, Puma, Clarks, and a Cole Hann.

Always a fun time. Just watch out for the fact that most of these stores are not "outlet" or "factory."

Great place to shop. If going to kate spade, remember to bring your student id. They give an extra 15% discount to students.

The two people working the counters could not have been over 17. They needed help and the manager gave such an attitude for no reason and did not seem interested in helping them at all. She seemed very grumpy. Other comments: The prices on most things are very reasonable. Some others not so much. I've never been to an Ollie's that was good and clean. Half the store was nice and organized and the other half basically everything was just thrown on the shelves. That's it.

Picking up an online order was fairly easy once you maneuver through the shop, since the space…read moreitself isn't very large. During my visit, there were about six employees standing among customers, so the store can get crowded quickly. The staff came across as somewhat stern, but it may have just been the holiday fatigue working in retail, so I don't want to judge the service too harshly. I did love how the bags were displayed, and it was great to see that many of the top styles were still in stock.

My mom and I have been shopping at this store for over 15 years and have bought over 20 bags and…read morewallets between the two of us. My mom, more than anyone I know, takes pride in taking care of her things. All of her bags are in like new condition. We visited the store this weekend because two of her bags, which are otherwise in perfect condition, had straps that were starting to rip. One bag is about 8 years old and the other about 4 years old. Neither have been used constantly for this amount of time, but rather for a short seasonal period of time every year. Her other bags, about the same age or older, in this rotation from the Coach and MK outlets are not showing any sign of this problem, while both of her Kate bags are. The manager came out to speak with us, and we were met with condescension. Her response to these bags, which showed no evidence of wear and tear other than the broken straps, was that "they (Kate Spade) haven't had many problems with straps" and that "these bags are old", both of which are non sequiturs. We were literally standing there with a strap problem, so even if it isn't a common problem (which I highly doubt; people probably just buy new ones when this happens), it was her job to help us figure out how to fix it. She said that the quality of Kate Spade products is not a question, while staring directly at two clearly damaged handbags where the damage was not a result of misuse. She further condescended to us that sometimes there are problems with bags when they're left in hot cars, insinuating that these bags, which again showed no other signs of wear or damage, would only be affected by heat on the strap and no where else. With a hand wavy comment, she added that we could try a leather repair store, without any suggestion of where to go. We were extremely disappointed in the service and the quality of the bags, as it seems they are not meant to last more than 3-5 years, even if you take great care of them. Given the price, we would've hoped for much better, and most importantly, we would hope to be treated with respect. We will not be shopping at Kate Spade anymore, and if you're hoping for a bag that lasts and for helpful customer service after you've bought the bag, we recommend you do the same.
