Dick was communicative and kind, and even let us borrow a spare key because my friend had accidentally left her scooter key at home. The Pride GoGo that I rented performed great (it's a choice scooter, really). I avoided 2 of the 3 hills he warned me against at Busch Gardens, but did a spin through the entire park and still had a full battery when I left. Returning the scooter was easy- I'm used to having to wait but he was happy to pick it up from the lobby of the hotel while I was packing in my room, which was super convenient. This company is awesome. They delivered scooter to me at a meet up in Colonial Williamsburg. Explained the best "walking speed" to stay with my walkers and also to conserve battery. The scooter was in great shape and comfortable. All I had to do with leave it in a pre designated area and call to let them know I was finished with it. Considering I could not find any scooters in Boston it was nice to see a company that can supply them in Williamsburg. We loved our experience with Dave and Williamsburg Scooter Rentals. We had done Busch Gardens and were exhausted, I knew I couldn't do any more walking and we still hadn't seen Colonial Williamsburg. We called Williamsburg Scooters and Dave brought one right over to our hotel. We immediately went out to dinner at Chowdings Tavern, delicious BTW. Unfortunately it poured rain just as we were entering the tavern and the scooter got very wet. I drove it back to our hotel room and kept in in the room for the evening. The next day I was using it and it emitted a horrible high pitched sound. I called Dave and he brought a replacement scooter right out and met me in Colonial Williamsburg. I can't say enough about the service and about Dave who literally saved our vacation. I scooted all over Colonial Williamsburg and saw all that I wanted to see. A week with my mother was made much easier because of Williamsburg Scooter Rental. They brought the scooter right to where we were staying, it was easy to take apart and put in the trunk of mom's car, she felt safe and happy she could keep up and do more.
