His crew came by about a week and a half later on a Tuesday afternoon, and by Friday evening they were finished (one day was too rainy for them to work). All the bricks were pulled up and the highest standards used to reset and set brick. A cement curbing under the brick not only secured brick but provided a means for directing run off water. The brick was also power washed. (Unfortunately, other remodeling elsewhere created dust and dirt on brick afterwards but that will be hosed off.)
