The staff took good care of me, and I felt informed. I did not have the experience of the other review, my appointments were always on time. My only complaint really is that it took months to get seen to evaluate for surgery and it took a while to schedule the surgery. overall about 6 months from primary referral to surgery. I chose Dr. Oates because of his sports experience, it was important to me to return to my sports activities.

Vernon, and getting an MRI there. At this point my wife asked that the MRI info be sent to her primary care provider, but instead the sent it to a random doctor at the Seattle UW hospital. You're results may vary, but our experience was dismal at best.
