The young man working allowed me to exchange no problem and apologized for the issue (which In no way was the stores fault) the customer service received has made me a customer. The store is under new management and the new owner made some real aesthetic changes to the front of the store (craft beer section). There are so many different delicious beers to choose from littered all over the wall. It's hard to walk in here and make a choice, but growing beer connoisseurs have no fear; there are a lot of options in this store. I'm definitely coming back for some more different beers. It's always nice to find a new brand or a new style of beer that you've never tried before. The owner also asked me if there were any beers that I knew of that I'd like to see on the walls. He was very responsive to my requests. This store definitely has potential to become my new beer cave, and so far things are looking on the up and up for this little craft lovers nook. Worst belligerent owner, berates customers when he doesn't like the situation. DON'T shop here. The owner is a scammer that changes prices and over charges customers. I bought 2 cases of beer - price 1.29. Asked to order 3 more cases, when they arrived he called me to come and pick them up and didn't say he was going to charge over double the price. This place is awful. Wanted me to buy $25 worth of stuff just to be able to buy one bottle of Founders KBS. 3 people walked in and out with nothing after hearing that ridiculous rule. Along with a mediocre beer selection, I can't say I'll ever be setting foot in this place again. There are much better beer distributors around. read more

I really don't like specials where you have to buy a certain amount to get a bottle of something. In my case, $25 in order to buy a KBS. On top of this, she said the Game of Thrones beer couldn't count towards the $25 because it's also a special beer. What. the. hell. I also had to wait like 10 minutes to talk to the woman as two people called to make orders over the phone consecutively. On the positive side, the bottle selection was really quite good, but there's a caveat there too. I'm a little wary of the beer's location... most of the craft beer is in direct sunlight and the crappy stuff is in the back. It should be reversed, even if there's less space for cases up front. The lady behind the counter was pretty nice and apologized for these insane restrictions but it makes me miss my old home's local beer distributor, Hicksville Beer and Soda, where restrictions like this wouldn't fly, beer is kept in ideal conditions and the selection is always top-notch. If they ever get anything exclusive stocked in the future, I'd call ahead to ask if they're selling it straight up. read more

Worst place ever! See reviews for Willis Beverage to get an accurate review. I guess since they charge you double they get two Yelp locations. Go to Walbaums for expired cider, it will leave a better taste in your mouth. read more

I give it 1 star because the bottled beer selection looks good. It gets so low of a rating because of the growler pour. I don't expect to pay for a growler and find it nearly half empty when I fill my glasses. If I wanted a 32 oz growler I would have brought in a 32 oz growler. Thanks for making me a customer that will never return. read more
