This park is so cool!! I came here for the first time, for National Night Out and was blown away by how large this park is and the fact it has a spray park, and an amphitheater! My only complaint is the restrooms-why so small and why only near the spray park? Besides the restroom issues, I found this park to be very clean, lots of trails to explore, and tons of green space to picnic, throw a frisbee, or bring the furry ones. You really can't go wrong coming here.

Stopped by today to try this Willis Tucker Off Leash Dog Park. Park itself is very large. Grounds are hard packed sand, dirt, gravel with muddy areas all over the field. Didn't see any grass. Pet poop bags are not supplied must bring you own. I watched many pet owners just left the poop and walked away. Fence around the park is low enough for my black lab to jump over. Which he did, thankfully he ran straight to me. I've been to many off leash dog parks in Western Washington and still prefer the Strawberry fields Off Leash Dog Park.

We just got back from our exploratory trip to the dog park. We parked in the main parking lot. It was difficult to find the dog park from there as there is no east to find map near the main entrance. We wandered around and at the end of baseball field 2 we found a map and how to get to the offleash areas. We also saw that parking lot off the gate 3 park entrance goes right to the dog park. There are three offleash areas. A small / shy dog area, a trail through the woods and a "meadow" area. I turned my dog (and wife) lose in the meadow area, hiked back to the car and moved it back to the parking area near the dog area. The meadow area is NOT a meadow. Rather it is a large offleash area 6 acre area with open area, a good number of treed areas and this time of year ground water / mud and a even a small spring. It was lots of fun for Lola, she enjoyed bossing the other dogs as usual. She only got her paws slightly muddy but for mud wallowing hounds there is a wash station outside the offleash area. We were planning on trying the forest area but it looked like the mud bath area too so we will leave that for summer. Just remember to park in the lot through gate 3 (the furthest East entrance.)

First time here! Awesome recreational area with two fields, tons of grass to run around and lounge, lots of benches and covered spots which I can imagine are good for parties and other gatherings. Parking lot was decent sized although I can imagine it fills quickly in the nicer months / weekends. I believe there is overflow parking close by... Since it's not very warm right now, the spray park was not on but I'll bet that is super fun for the kids in the summer! What a great idea! The trails around are nice for walking as well. This park is clean and safe, both very important factors for a place for kids :)

One of my favorite parks in the area! Many parks get crazy crowded on the weekends, and it's hard to find solace on the trails with 100 other people. I went on a Sunday and it was quiet and peaceful. I love the amenities, which include volleyball areas, covered shelters, a baseball and athletic field, and an off leash dog area with trails. I was impressed with how well maintained everything was. The only downside was a lack of garbage cans and water. Maizey

This park is just excellent. From the super cool splash pad that my kids loved when they were younger to the greatest dog park I've ever seen, this place has it all and we love it. so many great picnics and get-togethers. They even have a hall for wedding receptions and parties. Appreciate it if you live near this place. It is something very special. My dogs certainly think so...

Great recreational space, just wished it was closer to where we live. Located in a great neighborhood.

I really, really want to rate Lord Hill higher than a 3…read more Pros: It's close, and I can drop by in the afternoons to avoid the masses. For as close as you are to civilization, it feels like you're up in the mountains when you're here alone. It's a nice park with a lot of variety. There are a lot of trail combinations you can make, and the southern end of the park is always less busy than the northern end. Cons: This is supposed to be a shared use park, but mountain bikers are not welcome here. So many off leash dogs. So many bags of dog shit left all over. Equestrians think they own the park- there is often horse shit on bike only and bike/hike only trails. It gets old having to dodge hikers on the few bike only trails we have; we stay off the equestrian/hike only trails, they should return the favor. Recently, I came around a corner on Rock Candy Bypass to find a large group of photographers set up in the middle of trail, occupying the entire trail and pissed that I was there, despite it being a multi use trail. If I didn't experience the cons every time I'm out here, I would rate the park higher. It's still a good place to take the kids, as it's not very challenging and you can make any number of small to medium size loops that are never too far from the car.

There are "no trespassing" signs all over the place and what appeared to be a private residence in the nearby area. Whether this area is open for just anybody to visit is still a mystery to me. But first, let's backtrack a little bit. This place is also in the middle of nowhere. I was told before coming here that it would be located in Snohomish. Shortly before arriving, however, I passed a sign that said "now leaving Snohomish," which seemed counterintuitive. So not only could I not tell whether this place is public or private, but I don't even know what city it's in. Fortunately, the problems end there for the most part. Well, the day was hot, but that's not a fault with this site. It's just a large patch of grass with some shelter and a few things to do. Not a whole lot of stuff, but I suppose this place is more fun than it would be if there were nothing here but a grassy field. First, a stream called the Pilchuck River runs nearby; it's shallow enough to wade through and not nearly deep enough to swim in, not that I would advise swimming in such water. The shelter provides for the opportunity to host barbecues. A volleyball net and a place for throwing horseshoes appear to be set up, though I can't guarantee they'll always be there. The bathroom is in a central location; it's a white building with green doors. The place is surprisingly clean and well-maintained considering its relatively remote location. Working faucets, soap, and paper towels actually exist at this bathroom. Overall, this park is fun to hang around in for a few hours, but it doesn't offer much incentive to stay any longer.

It is located south of Lowell Park and has a sign reading Lowell Riverfront Trail out front of an entrance to a large parking lot. The river is visible beyond a grassy area(s) and vegetation from the parking lot. A flat paved trail winds through the cover of trees and has picnic tables spaced out along its side(s). The grass was cut short on my visit today. A few people were making use of an off-leash dog area past one end of the large parking area. There was a watch out for bears alert sign on the trail and birds were out and singing. An assortment of small wild flowers were in bloom closer to the river. Water flow at the top of the river was slow and the bank of the river muddy. Even with a few people out and about around 10:40 a.m. on a weekday, the park/trail was tranquil.

I'm subtracting a star because of the bathroom state. They have two (family) bathrooms which were just filthy pit toilets, swarming with flies and smelling like rotten feces. I would only take a shit here in the most dire of emergencies.
