There was nothing wrong with my unit until PICA HVAC touched it. I asked Alex, tech, why don't you change the ignighter! He said it didn't need it. Weil MClain has a different opinion. 5 times I had Pica out to my home. If it was done right the first time it wouldn't have taken 4 more times. And it still wasn't right. He came back and slapped more tar on my roof, which did absolutely nothing. last week I texted and called him trying to get him to come out and help us but he's ignoring us. The roofing company we're hiring to fix our roof called him as well and of course he answered for them. they asked him if he's going to chip in for this and he said he doesn't feel like he's responsible because it's been eight months.. 8 months!
