Terrible communication and very rude receptionist. I have 4 kids that go there and one is in braces. My oldest 2 are cash pay and my youngest 2 have insurance. Last week I called and made an appointment for my 86 year old disabled Dad and was told 12:00 on set day. We showed up and were told that they had called me 3 days prior to reset the appointment but my voicemail was full. I kindly explained to her there was absolutely NO WAY that was true and IF a new patient did have a full voicemail then why not keep calling? Blank stare. Her excuse for canceling the appointment was that they have a new policy to close at lunchtime. While I'm standing there trying to reason with her a coworker writes a note that says closed for lunch and tapes it on the door. She says would you like to come back at 2:00? I said no ma'am I would not like to come back at 2:00. I want my dad to be seen now while we're here at the appointment time that was given to us by YOU! She stated that everyone was going to lunch and that we were not going to be seen. There were about eight people standing around including the dentist himself. I would not be leaving this review, but this is not the first time this has happened since the new ownership. Two weeks ago both of my daughters had an appointment for a cleaning and the day before the appointment I received a text saying that we had missed our appointment even though the appointment was for the next day. I immediately called them and said there was a mistake because our appointment is not until tomorrow. She tried to argue with me so I sent her a screenshot of the text message that they had sent me to verify the appointment which included the time and date which I had confirmed. It clearly stated that it was the next day. After that, she apologized for the mistake they had made. We had been turned away on an occasion prior to that as well saying that they had tried to verify the appointment, but we did not confirm the appointment in time so they had canceled it and given it to someone else, even though I showed her that I did verify the appointment by clicking C on the text and received a text stating it was confirmed! Also, my son had an extraction and they told us to go to the pharmacy to pick up a pain pill for the weekend and an anabiotic. We went to Kroger three times and it was never called in. We went right back up to their office and they were all locked up and closed at 3 o'clock in the afternoon. He had to go all weekend with a major toothache. We all have new appointments at East Creek dental. Willis Family Dental had gotten the last of my money.

Hygienist absolutely horrific my son had never been to the dentist before and she was not gentle with him. My son also started to throw up while he was laying back in the chair and she made no attempt to sit him up or turn his head so he started to choke on his own vomit, I had to rush to put my daughter down from my lap safely and rushed to pull him up. I don't know if she's new doesn't know what she's doing or was too scared to touch him but that was inept at best and I was infuriated. Before anyone even got started with my kids I noticed that the garbage was overflowing which seemed very unsanitary, and the dental chair was held together with duct tape. Will never be back but again high praise for Dr. O.

Dr. Moseley took a swab to test for vaginal infections. She is an ob/gyn, but I've been to many doctors that just redirect me back to an Ob/Gyn since I have vaginal issues which stem from I'm trying to find out if they come from parasite issues. Since my vaginal tests are always negative. After I asked Dr. Moseley if she could test my stool and urine for parasites, she asked me if I see a doctor for mental health. I was shocked, as if if vaginal itching, yellow discharge, and rectal itching are associated with my ADHD diagnosis. Who would make up having worms, it's humiliating, and even more humiliating writing this post. This was very unprofessional and needs to be brought to public attention. After I insisted I had pinworms (threadworms), she told me to take pinworm medicine from CVS or Walgreens. I requested a stool/urine test a 2nd time because the store medicine (Pyrantel Pamoate) only works temporarily, and she brought up my mental health again, as if I was making up seeing worms. I do not have schizophrenia, I am a sound-minded college graduate that needs help and is tired of being sent back and forth to doctors. After I insisted the 3rd time that I wanted a parasite test, Dr. Moseley finally had a lady come in and hand me a stool test kit. I asked Dr. Moseley, "What about a urine test, can you run a parasite test on my urine?" She tried to avoid this question 3 times during the appointment, and for the 3rd time continued to ask when I will be seeing my mental health professional. Coincidentally, I saw my psychiatrist today on 5/8/24, and he stated that I need to stop seeing Dr. Moseley due to her being unhelpful and resistant. I finally turned in my stool test today (5/8), due to their office being closed on 5/3, them giving my boyfriend the wrong test when I had him pick it up, and having to submit the correct test today. When I was about to leave today, I was told by the front office lady that I would need to drive to Conroe to get a plastic tube for an additional test because it wasn't done correctly. I was not instructed to do that parasite test properly, so why should I have to spend more gas, energy, and time for other's mistakes. Mind you, I feel horrible and driving is risky because of my stomach symptoms. I have already been to that doctor's office 5 times in the last week, I should have only had to go twice. When I got home from dropping off my sample today, I was called back and told the same thing that the front lady said. I explained that I'm not in a condition to be driving 30 minutes to Conroe, and asked if they could mail me one. She said she'd try to remember to, but it needs to be ordered first. Well that's reassuring. I also asked the lady on the phone if they could test my urine for parasites as a final attempt, and she told me 3 times that it's not Dr. Moseley's specialty. After the 3rd time of her saying it's not Dr. Moseley's specialty, I asked, "What's the harm in the doctor submitting my feces or urine for the additional parasites? She is already sending the sample in anyways. Plus, I won't be seeing her again. I just need results sent to my new doctor." The lady repeated herself about it not being Dr. Moseley's speciality, but would message her to see if she could. I asked for a call back to see if this test (Giardia and other urine parasites) would be submitted. Now, I will be seeing a new doctor, and will my results faxed over. After this experience, I looked through all the bad reviews on Google, and realized I should have looked at them sooner. The people here do not care about you, this is why they have 2.7 stars on Google for their rating.

I get really anxious usually, but Dr. F and his team made me feel well taken care of. My dental hygienist was excellent. She was thorough and quick. Dr. F is very friendly and he takes his time with you to get to know you. I can just tell that he is a smart and experienced doctor. I loved the ladies in the front ofice. They were accommodating and so sweet. I found my new dentist office! Thanks Dr. Fletcher!
