The pain they caused kept me awake and my ears felt like they had been in a fist fight. My calls and email to the clinic were never returned. After researching, I found All American Hearing located at 10001 SE Sunnyside Rd. in Clackamas. "Casey," a Hearing Instrument Specialist there, is wonderful. She really takes the time to listen and discuss all options with me. After much testing, I received my new hearing aids and was pretty happy. Unfortunately, after doing extreme gardening for many hours in the heat during the last days of summer 2025, one of my hearing aids began falling out. I was able to get in fairly soon to All American Hearing. Since Casey is very knowledgeable in the hearing aid industry as she has been in it for awhile now, she knew my insurance coverage probably covered a "molded" pair of hearing aids. After she checked to be sure and found they were covered, she made molds of both my eardrums and ordered me a pair. While that pair fit like a glove, I actually ended up going with the first pair I tried but with a slightly larger end piece that fit better in my ear canal. With all that I have put Casey and Sarah (front office) through in "finding the right fit," they both have continued to treat me with a ton of patience and respect as, like I stated above, I've had to make a couple of unexpected appointments (and got lost twice). Regarding Sarah in particular, she always returns my call when I've had to leave a voicemail. She is friendly, sharp, and goes out of her way to be as helpful as possible. I would recommend All American Hearing to any of my friends and relatives. They care about professionalism. I'm one happy customer.

Im not completely deaf but I have hearing damage in my left ear and he took the time to listen and adjust the testing to accurately determine what hearing I still have, and what was gone. Ive had hearing difficulty ever since I could remember and when I first got my hearing tested at a different clinic years ago, they put me through the default testing and didn't put in the effort to understand my hearing capacity and they told me then that my insurance wouldn't cover my hearing aid. But when I got my hearing tested at the Oregon hearing solutions, Scott first took his time to see what was wrong and explained everything clearly to me and my mom so not only would I know the type of hearing loss I had, but specific things like the letters and different sounds that I had easy or a harder time hearing. After the initial assessment, he told me that insurance companies don't usually cover the costs for hearing impairments only in one ear, but he told me that since Im under a certain age that there's a better chance that they'd make an exception and that he'd help write a letter to further persuade them to cover my hearing aid, and they did! I got them today and I could not be anymore grateful! Scott and his crew are amazing.

They call themselves audiologists and ENT surgeons, but they are utterly TONE DEAF socially. Way too much West Hills high-altitude attitude here, if you know what I mean. And the staff does not give a HOOT. Sport to them. They do not seem happy. When I asked for my patient records, they said I needed to sign up on their patient portal to obtain my records-- THIS, they are telling me AFTER I am being terminated as a patient. And the rub is this: on this provider portal, there is an option for text/ email reminders. I NEVER KNEW ABOUT their portal. Why the FUDGE was I not shown this system after the first missed appointment!!!??? COMPLETE JOKE OF AN OPERATION... and the world is too nutty for another JOKER! Do others feel this way??? It was a technology issue but the company took no time to figure out what was broken.... I AM NOT A DOCTOR but that does not seem like good medicine. BAD medicine it seems. My ear hurts, it is not exactly easy to find providers... It is not even that I think the PDXENT patient-termination policy is draconian (yes-- DRACONIAN), ...it is that PDXENT never took time to figure out the disconnect after the first "strike". When did electronic notification become available???? Why did we not deal with this on the first "strike"... My guess is that operations are broken, the staff is generally pissed and the owners are geared on Porsches. Blow. ...that sums it up for me. They can do just that.

The tech took me through multiple tests in three different rooms. The physician I saw was Shelley Jelineo, MD, a Board Certified opthalmologist. She clearly explained was was going on, told me what to expect going forward, laid out a preliminary treatment plan, and set up a follow up appointment. I was impressed and happy with how I was treated and the concern the staff showed for my needs. I am moving to this clinic from another and plan to stay with Dr. Jelineo for my future care.
