After researching, I found All American Hearing located at 10001 SE Sunnyside Rd. in Clackamas. "Casey," a Hearing Instrument Specialist there, is wonderful. She really takes the time to listen and discuss all options with me. After much testing, I received my new hearing aids and was pretty happy. Unfortunately, after doing extreme gardening for many hours in the heat during the last days of summer 2025, one of my hearing aids began falling out. I was able to get in fairly soon to All American Hearing. Since Casey is very knowledgeable in the hearing aid industry as she has been in it for awhile now, she knew my insurance coverage probably covered a "molded" pair of hearing aids. After she checked to be sure and found they were covered, she made molds of both my eardrums and ordered me a pair. While that pair fit like a glove, I actually ended up going with the first pair I tried but with a slightly larger end piece that fit better in my ear canal. With all that I have put Casey and Sarah (front office) through in "finding the right fit," they both have continued to treat me with a ton of patience and respect as, like I stated above, I've had to make a couple of unexpected appointments (and got lost twice). Regarding Sarah in particular, she always returns my call when I've had to leave a voicemail. She is friendly, sharp, and goes out of her way to be as helpful as possible. I would recommend All American Hearing to any of my friends and relatives. They care about professionalism. I'm one happy customer.

Im not completely deaf but I have hearing damage in my left ear and he took the time to listen and adjust the testing to accurately determine what hearing I still have, and what was gone. Ive had hearing difficulty ever since I could remember and when I first got my hearing tested at a different clinic years ago, they put me through the default testing and didn't put in the effort to understand my hearing capacity and they told me then that my insurance wouldn't cover my hearing aid. But when I got my hearing tested at the Oregon hearing solutions, Scott first took his time to see what was wrong and explained everything clearly to me and my mom so not only would I know the type of hearing loss I had, but specific things like the letters and different sounds that I had easy or a harder time hearing. After the initial assessment, he told me that insurance companies don't usually cover the costs for hearing impairments only in one ear, but he told me that since Im under a certain age that there's a better chance that they'd make an exception and that he'd help write a letter to further persuade them to cover my hearing aid, and they did! I got them today and I could not be anymore grateful! Scott and his crew are amazing.

Dr. Anderson and his team were professional , friendly, kind, and went out of their way to make me comfortable before, during, and after the procedure. I was a bit apprehensive that Medicare no longer allows the procedure to be done under a general anesthetic, but the procedure took 5 minutes for two injections and the local that was administered took away over 95% of any discomfort. Then reporting it to owner and she states services were still rendered so payment is still required. Then having to repost this review 74 separate times because the doctor is trying to hide what happened. The next step is going to the Oregon Board of Natropathic Medicine. I work full time, just started a full time Masters program, still dealing with extreme fatigue which was the main reason for my visit and I'm STILL trying to get some kind of resolution. I thought Taxman was a good doctor but he was horrible, self flattering, snide, and indifferent to helping me. I'm still flabbergasted because I thought I was choosing a good doctor who could guide me to other good doctors and give me advice. I did not get that at all. He could have rescheduled me with someone else if he knew he wasn't going to help me. People get away with things because they rely on others being quiet about it and I won't be silenced. Here are some more details I initially left out of the below review because Taxman seemed confused. While I was having a panic attack he held up his wedding ring hand in front of him and waved his hand around showcasing his ring-- I'm not sure why he thought that was appropriate? What does his relationship status have to do with my appointment? Is this standard for all his appointments? He seemed confused, I told him while in the middle of a panic attack I'm not here to date you??? I'll continue to repost this until the end of time, no patient should have to deal with this and then pay $800/hour My appointment with Dr.Taxman was incredibly disappointing. I had a small panic attack at the beginning of the appointment, when I recovered I looked up and his head was tilted down and eyes looking up glaring at me... he looked angry? We just sat there and stared at eachother for maybe 60 seconds until I broke off the stare off. It was scary, bizarre, and cruel. Nothing warrants that response from a doctor. I asked about my issues, I have year round allergies I asked about and he shrugged and mentioned one drug, that was it. We went over two prescriptions I have, he said wow that's a high dosage when referring to my antidepressant, he did not elaborate. There was a knot on my throat he said he would be willing to see through till the end-- I'm OK, I'll go to another doctor. It's clear he didn't want me in the appointment and he had an attitude the majority of the time. He rolled his eyes twice while I was talking. I read glowing reviews from other patients who he's helped with similar issues before booking. There were STILL several other issues but I'll leave it at that, he seemed confused by the purpose of the visit. I overestimated his abilities as a professional and as a doctor. Taxman has weak character and questionable moral compass if this is how he treats people/patients. Edit: I went to a real doctor and turns out my insomnia/extreme fatigue is from perimenopause, started HRT and my sleep has improved immensely. I didn't expect Taxman to know that necessarily but his suggestion for my sleep issues was that I was bored... and to stop taking day naps...and 6 hours of sleep is normal for some people... Since I said I was going to report my experience with Taxman to the Oregon Board of Natropathic Medicine because Dr Harding and Annie Grossarth weren't doing anything to help me they cancelled my Cymbolta appointment with a different doctor. So if a doctor does anything similar to you and you report it you'll probably be denied access to healthcare here... How many other patients have had similar issues here and they couldn't defend themselves. Try giving patients kindness and dignity, get some ethics training as an organization. On my first appointment I was asked to upload all of my labs for her to go over and discuss on my next visit. I collected them all and got them uploaded right away. When I arrived for my 2nd visit (Jan 21st) she hadn't looked at them. I am a complex case with some pretty wild labs so it does take someone that wants to really dig in help figure me out. The primary issue is my wild hormones, she had some ideas but said she needed to research the correct formulation before suggesting something that may help. She said she would email me the supplement to get, that never came. On January 30th I sent an email letting her know that I didn't receive anything and let her know that the symptoms were getting worse and I was hoping to get the supplement recommendation, no reply. I have my follow up appointment in a few weeks to go over how the supplement that I've never taken is going so I canceled that. My general feeling is that Dr. Tennant isn't a very warm Doctor and I was ok with that but was really hoping she would take the time to dig in to help me, she didn't.

I told him, according to the previous ND i went for free consultation said that I need to consume a bunch of different stuff a week before the taking food sensitivity test otherwise the results won't show whether she is sensitive to the food or not. Dr. K said otherwise. After my daughter took the test, sure enough the only food that shows the results was the food that she eats regularly. Very disappointed. We were not able to identify what food she was sensitive to. Base on this experienced, me and my husband decided not to see him anymore for lack of this knowledge and not sure if he was able to treat my daughter.

They call themselves audiologists and ENT surgeons, but they are utterly TONE DEAF socially. Way too much West Hills high-altitude attitude here, if you know what I mean. And the staff does not give a HOOT. Sport to them. They do not seem happy. When I asked for my patient records, they said I needed to sign up on their patient portal to obtain my records-- THIS, they are telling me AFTER I am being terminated as a patient. And the rub is this: on this provider portal, there is an option for text/ email reminders. I NEVER KNEW ABOUT their portal. Why the FUDGE was I not shown this system after the first missed appointment!!!??? COMPLETE JOKE OF AN OPERATION... and the world is too nutty for another JOKER! Do others feel this way??? It was a technology issue but the company took no time to figure out what was broken.... I AM NOT A DOCTOR but that does not seem like good medicine. BAD medicine it seems. I have many devices and calendars... there was a security lock on a key sharing calendar... I LOVE text-based reminders... or email, BUT PDXENT is THE ONLY provider I have that has NOT historically (say, in the past four years) provided me any reminder notification. My ear hurts, it is not exactly easy to find providers... It is not even that I think the PDXENT patient-termination policy is draconian (yes-- DRACONIAN), ...it is that PDXENT never took time to figure out the disconnect after the first "strike". When did electronic notification become available???? Why did we not deal with this on the first "strike"... My guess is that operations are broken, the staff is generally pissed and the owners are geared on Porsches. Blow. ...that sums it up for me. They can do just that.
