My dog was injured at this location and I was never notified. I picked her up and she had a huge hole on her side that was infected. The front desk said she was bit and manager said it was due to play. I brought her to the vet and it was infected and needed stitches but due to Camp Bow Wow (manager Lisa) failing to provide proper care, it was too late. The vet said either a dog dug it's nail in it or more likely was stabbed by a fence not properly secured. Camp Bow Wow failed to provide medical attention to my dog. The manager is extremely rude and gaslights. On the phone she told me she'd pay for my medical expense and review video with me when I went on site. When I went on-site, she said the opposite and acted like I was lying. She changed the story to there is now no footage when she told me she investigated it and part of the process is having footage. She even tried to blame the new front desk girl for her lack of providing proper training. All around terrible experience. I asked her for the owners contact information and she refused to give it to me and she said it's up to the owner to contact me. Lisa is terrible and so is this location. I feel bad for the employees and worry about all pets safety here.

We left our 2 fur babies in the care of Mayia while on vacation abroad. She never contacted us, no videos, no pics. She refused to respond to any phone call, text message or emails. She refused to answer her door when we arrived early to pick up our babies. Police had to be called twice before after 3hrs of pretending she wasn't at home she finally opened the door. We got our babies back but noticed our German Shepherd wasn't acting right. She was very lethargic, weak and just kept falling asleep on the ride home. (Completely out of character). We concluded that Mayia must have been giving her some sort of drug to keep her sleeping. And that she wouldn't answer her door because our dog had not come out of the stupor she had been put in. Also noticed her brand new collar was all rusty as if had been in water for an extended amount of time. We have no clue what actually happened to our girls while in her care but I would advice to stay way from this girl. Her profiles look great and she even has good reviews on her new site but she can not be trusted at all. Our girls are fine now but still a bit shakin from their experience. If you truly love your fur babies do not allow Mayia Jackson to watch them. Who knows what goes on behind her closed doors. I will never hire a private sitter ever again.

I feel as though he wasn't trained on ANYTHING because when I picked him up, he was jumping on Victoria (what I wanted him to learn NOT to do) as well as chewing on his leash (wanted him to learn NOT to do that either!) I'm not a professional dog trainer but I know consistency is key when learning something new so it is a complete DIS-service to NOT know what to continue to train my puppy on! Also, during pick up and drop off she had just gotten home from doing one on one trainings else where so how is my puppy getting trained when she's not there?? Before she entered our lives, our sweet pup (Oakley) was essentially a tiny, furry sprinkler of pee and a landmine factory of poop. Every day was a new guessing game of "What's that smell?" and "Oh no... I just stepped in it, didn't I?" Enter Victoria, the dog whisperer / saint / wizard / actual angel disguised as a trainer. We sent our puppy to her for board and train, and I swear she sent back a completely different dog--one that pees OUTSIDE. I repeat: OUTSIDE. I don't know what kind of Hogwarts-level sorcery she pulled, but it worked. And that's just the beginning! My dog now knows how to sit like a proper lady, "leave it" like it's hot, and stay "quiet"like a ninja. The jumping to greet everyone like they owe her money? Way down. The nipping with those razor-sharp baby teeth? She taught her that humans are friends, not chew toys. That's all just bonus material at this point--my bar was literally "Please just don't treat the living room like a toilet." Victoria is amazing at what she does, truly. If you're on the fence about dog training, just do it. You might not get your life back, but you'll get your house back--and that's honestly better. THANK YOU, Victoria!
