My girl was very well cared for and happy in a family atmosphere. She had a back yard with a fence, and we were able to meet and greet ahead of time. Nikki loves animals as does her son. Completing the online profile was quick and easy, and the team went above and beyond to guide me through the process. Drop-off was seamless, and they immediately made both Hank and me feel welcome. Since Hank is still a puppy and can be a little skittish, I really appreciated how patient, gentle, and caring they were in helping him feel comfortable. Yari, one of the co-owners, made us feel right at home, and I believe Susie was Hank's stylist. She did an incredible job--Hank looked absolutely amazing and somehow even more handsome than before! They estimated the grooming would take about five hours, and they delivered exactly as promised. Great communication, outstanding customer service, and exceptional care for our puppy. We will absolutely be returning to Dog Haus Grooming, and I can't recommend them highly enough. If you're looking for a groomer who truly treats your dog like family, this is the place to go!

Only negative was the cost, most I've ever spent on a regular grooming of a friendly, very well-behaved, small 9lb dog with no mats. No complaints about the groom or service, but sadly I probably won't return because of the high cost.

He just immediately grabbed the back of her neck. I always place my hand down near a dogs nose to let it sniff first. To make them feel comfortable. Then the vet said she had allergies and would give her a shot. But let me show you the receipt, just for looking in my dogs ears they added 18.50. They added a waste fee of 6.00. And of course the expensive medication they stated she needed for allergies. I will not go back again. I did not feel the place was welcoming at all and it's just a place that pulls you in to make money.
