Nicki, the store manager, answered and immediately went out to see if she could find it. When we finally got back, she helped us search and even helped us comb through the dumpster. Thank goodness we found them!! The entire team was kind and helpful and went way beyond above and beyond. They had the option to pick that on the website! Checking in was a breeze. Early check in was also notified to us the day prior and on the drive there. My husband made a call to them asking if we can have two rooms connected and they were very accommodating. They didn't promise but they delivered. Customer service was very satisfactory. We not only were able to have connected rooms for our family, they placed us in a corner of the hotel away from other patrons. That was very thoughtful of them. Rooms were very roomy and clean. Beds were extra comfortable. Bathrooms were very nice. The double Queen room was bigger than our king size room. Free breakfast is served!! Wow I find that a total rarity these days. We didn't get to enjoy a free breakfast since we went to a nearby IHOP but next time we will. My kids LOVED the pool. Excellent size and there was a hot tub. The water temp for both was great! We were able to swim very late (10:00pm) and woke up early to swim again (8:00am). Overall it was a wonderful weekend stay. No hassles and very pleasant. I'm very pleased we picked this hotel rather than any other in Morris, Illinois. It makes me want to research and try Holiday Inn in other cities.

She greeted me when I arrived and later commented on our shared enthusiasm for beaded bracelets at check out. I gifted her one of my blue Infinite Warrior beaded bracelets as she and I both said the blue bracelet represents one of our children and she'd recently lost her blue bracelet which honors her son. Super strange gas station. I went last night as it's a nice easy pull off. It's super old school…read morewith outdated pumps and just reminds me of pulling off at some rest stop in bufu for gas. I went inside to cash my lotto ticket on which I won $3 and felt pretty pressured to spend it on more lotto tickets. Ugh. I had started the pump before I went in, came back out and it was only up to $4 in gas! The gas was pumping suppppppppppper slow here. Not sure what was going on, or if it was a one off night thing, but it was every single pump because I saw people putting in 10 cents and rolling out. I've never seen anything like it. I decided to muscle through it but couldn't stand much longer when I was at the gas station for 15 minutes...and only had $13 of gas in my tank! Something is wiggedy wack here. All patrons seemed insanely frustrated with the circumstances. On the positive side, gas is cheaper here than other spots. So they have that going for them. I'm going to give the gas station the benefit of the doubt and try them again sometime to see if the slowness of the pump is their norm.

I'm still out my incremental fuel costs (due to ruining a half tank of good diesel) and 3 days of travel expenses, so BBB claim is still outstanding and IL Weights & Measures checking their tanks. Avoid this location and any other operated by Sandhu Petroleum ( www.sandhupetroleum.com ), as the owner still clams there is nothing wrong with his fuel. This could happen to you, and I'll tell you first hand it shouldn't be a full-time job to pursue a business owner for providing a poor product.
