The only nice part was that they kept the same staff through the switch! Until recently! I went in to pay my bill this weekend for next month and it's entirely new staff and they have no idea what they are doing and they are rude to top it off. I will be moving my stuff out quickly! Avoid this place at all cost! There are plenty of other storage options in Woodland.

It is very secure.There are security cameras everywhere and you must enter a gate code during certain hours to gain entry. I highly recommend renting here if you need a storage unit.

Moved belongings into a unit that they said had flooded before. They noted that the unit may take…read moreon water. They also said that they had done some work, and it hadn't flooded again, but we should get renters insurance. Just in case. So we did. 3 months later we move our things out and there is water damage to some of our items. We place a claim with our insurance company, and they deny it, since it was from "ground water". Well the manager determined that it wasn't coming in from under the door, and that it was coming from the inside of the walls... yet this room, which had a room on both sides of it, was getting this water into it, and the adjacent rooms were not. this was their last room, and being newer to the area, did not realize there was another facility a few buildings down the street, and took this "last room" they had. When the insurance company denied the claim, we went back to the facility, who AGREED in an email to compensate us for our loss, to renege on that agreement, so that we would have to take them to court. Cracker Jack court says that even though the email from the person they had deal with us on this matter, a Eui-Jen Kim (Pronounced EUGENE KIM) of KALEB Real Estate Group (kalebgroup.com), specifically states, "Since the issue has been addressed, Mr (SUK H) Park (the owner) has taken reasonable action to resolve the issue. Although he feels such claims are wrong, he has agreed to compensate in good faith, however if you wish to argue this in court, we will have an appraiser out to assess the damage. The night before we were to get their settlement agreement in writing to sign, Eui-Jen called me on the telephone and yelled, cursed, and made quite the ruckus, when all I did was offer to put the settlement agreement together for him, as he stated he was busy. This stopped him from providing the agreement in writing and in that same email made the statement that "Prior agreement still exists as of today." THEY ARE LIARS. THEY DON'T FOLLOW THROUGH ON THEIR WRITTEN WORD. How good can their verbal word be? I gave them my storage business, and also my Uhaul rental business, which was 3-4 times in a years time, trusted their facility with protecting my belongings while being stored and they did NOTHING to make this right. Oh, they did "hi-5" outside of the courthouse after it was over. Classy. THREE RIVERS STORAGE IS A STONES THROW FROM THIS CLASS-LESS FACILITY AND THEY TREAT YOU RIGHT!!! A & A STORAGE (OWNED BY PARK & IN CORP) IS NOT THE PLACE TO DO BUSINESS WITH!!! I will personally talk with anyone about this incident. Just ask.

I told him one of my gutters came down and asked how long of a wait it would be, he said he was very busy but that he'd come out tomorrow and check it out, as well as get me a bid and a date for doing the work. Shortly after texting me that he was on his way the next morning (I was at work,) he texted again that the job was DONE and NO CHARGE. I just couldn't believe how prompt he was under the circumstances and then to give me his time and skills for free during a busy time was incredible customer service. You just don't see that anymore. Highly recommend, I will only call 5 Star for my gutter and awning needs.
