An endodontist said Nope you need one. How many others has he done this to.... Wonder how he puts his head down on his pillow at night. I find a wonderful Denist and guess what, they knew of him. I sought care at Willow Grove Dentistry on 2/2/26 with a severe tooth infection. After X-rays and an incomplete cleaning due to extreme pain, I was told the tooth needed extraction and was prescribed amoxicillin. Despite worsening pain and illness, I was told there was no stronger antibiotic option. When I returned, I was then told the infection was too severe to extract. After calmly advocating for appropriate treatment, I was met with anger from the dentist and my husband and I were asked to leave. I was in visible distress, not confrontational. This experience was unprofessional, dismissive, and left me without care when I was seriously ill. read more

I started coming to Willow Grove Dentistry approximately 1 year ago. I knew that I would have to get some extensive work on my mouth. I did a considerable amount of research. I wanted to find a dentist who could perform all of the work that I needed. I went to Willow Grove Dentistry, Dr. Recigno is GREAT. The staff at Willow Grove Dentistry are very professional (Kayla and Nicole are wonderful). They even have ways in which you can finance your dental work. I enjoyed watching television while I was reclined in the chair. Dr. Recigno is so smooth when he administers anesthesia to numb your gums. I am still receiving treatment however we are near the final process. If you need a dentist I would truly recommend going to Willow Grove Dentistry. So I recently had a switch in dentists due to my docs retirement. I have to say I am extremely happy with all staff! They are all very nice and I'm lucky to still see one of my previous ladies..... At least I thought I was until..... I unfortunately had an issue that came up when I was there and The owner ended up charging me a fee $$ for not following though with the appointment because of insurance issues. I was being charged!!!! What?!? Okay.... I was told it's due to the time wasted for my time slot. I felt that it was ridiculous being charged,as it was not my fault completely! Not sure if I'll continue to go back. They wouldn't let me leave the office until I paid right on the spot. ..... so all in all, I thought I found a good place but It seems like I could be wrong. I'm not a fan of mistreatment due to a minor issue which has only happened once!!!!!! This could of been handled differently. I even had pressure on me from them telling me to get Something done!!! Lovely State-of-the-art building which surprisingly only seems to be home to the location of willow grove dentistry with a few empty suites on the first and second floor. The office was decorated for the holidays, which was homely and lovely, and the staff was super nice and chatty. My cleaning went well with no cavities- and there are netflicks to watch mounted on the ceiling which was a nice touch. read more

Staff is always on time, and if you are early and they are finished with previous patient, they bring you right in, no needless waiting around. Extremely clean modern office and rooms which is very important. They have a special blend of being highly professional, along with kindness and consideration, which is a rare find these days! Even after a simple cleaning, (Kayla is awesome) Dr Recigno no matter how busy he is, will come to check if you have any questions or concerns. He has the best chair-side manner and does excellent dental work! If you should call with a question or need, they don't say we will check and get back to you, it's an immediate response. When leaving your visit the front desk treats as gracious as when you entered. The entire staff makes you feel comfortable , relaxed and cared for. Everyone was super and very kind to myself and our two boys.Speaking from a parents point of view ..I believe their should be some Highlights Magazines or some material for children to read or peruse.I would not get involve with toys/tv,etc.Also,since we are practicing good dental hygiene,my boys were a little disappointed that they did not receive a "new" toothbrush. This dentistry is really great and professional. My fiance is a dental hygienist and I recommended this place to him and he thought it was really great as well. The location itself is really clean and modern and my hygienist took an interest in me and was friendly and welcoming. They cleaned my teeth very well and had Netflix playing on a TV mounted to the ceiling so I could watch Parks and Recreation while my teeth are cleaned. My much better and smarter half recommended Willow Grove Dentistry and I am extremely thankful. Everyone from the patient care coordinator Kim, Dental Hygienists Alexandra and Kayla, to the Dentist Dr. Recigno all helped me feel comfortable, relaxed, and I feeling like I was in great hands. Due to a nice 5 year break from the dentist, I needed to get some work done, about 6 visits in 2 months but everything is now great as long as I stay consistent with my dental care. First I will start off with the good.The building is beautiful and the hygienists do a wonderful job. Now the bad...their book keeping was awful. We often got overcharged. They sent things to the wrong address and when they asked to call us back with answer to a question they never would. They are difficult to get a hold of. We recently switched dentists. Our new dentist told my husband he had a cavity. This cavity was the exact same one that the dentist there supposedly filled last year. A filling does not go bad in a year! The dentist did a terrible job and now we have to pay again to get it taken care of. read more
