I…read moreimmediately rsvp'd for the opening and took my 2 dogs (one of which is diabetic and blind) to the grand opening event. I received a full tour of the facilities (including the spa) and all my questions were answered. What was most impressive to me is that when I informed them that my fur baby is diabetic and received insulin injections 2x daily, they didn't tell me they couldn't accommodate him. Several of the staff members are trained in administering insulin so I was immediately put at ease. The level of service and attention to detail received at Noble Dog Hotel far supersedes my expectations. The staff really does treat your pet as their own! My diabetic dog got sick while there and the staff offered to take him to the vet and checked on him all the while he was there. My other dog is a staffordshire pup with a TON of energy. They are very patient with him and I never feel uncomfortable with how he's handled. I highly recommend Noble Dog Hotel. It's a definite gem in Greenville!!

I appreciate that the groomers understand the GSD coats and have never attempted to cut their fur (that would be a mess). I always add the nail grind to their bath appointments and they've come home without any issue (due to their size, we've had groomers in the past be rough and hurt their legs). We also enjoy the option to drop them off for a half or full day of daycare--they are usually totally worn out after a 6 hour half day. I don't worry about them when they are at Noble Dog, but I do enjoy checking in on the cameras. I appreciate their updates when we pick them up at the end of the day, it is funny how social they can be when we are away!

My two dogs get soOoOo excited to come for daycare and boarding that they have full body waggles at the front door. They leave tired and so happy; it's like they didn't even notice I was gone!!! It's clear to me they tailor their approach to keep play safe and pups happy. I have an skiddish Aussie who will easily tell when she has a bad experience; she'll get clingy/whiny after boarding at bad kennels. The staff at Palmetto must give her extra love because they're in her inner circle and she adores them! They also make boarding and daycare easy! No scheduling necessary! Just text Tonya and she responds quickly to whatever you need. They're very affordable and don't charge fees for odd timed pick up and drop off windows or daily treats. They even will take a picture every now and then of my dog and send to me on his walks. We have 2 Mini-Australian Shepherds and one is very fear reactive as he was attacked on trails many times as a young puppy. We had other trainers tell us our male dog would never live a normal life and could never be around other dogs or children. Guiding Canines took the time to understand our dogs and create a meticulous training plan! They simulated real life situations since we had a baby on the way with noisy toys, crying dolls, strollers... the WORKS! We are so grateful for them! Our dogs did really well with the arrival of our son thanks to Guiding Canines! We stayed in contact with them and just moved to the East Coast. We were so excited to be near Guiding Canines again! They have taken care of our dogs and setup a follow-up training schedule while we get our house settled. They're extremely flexible but always keep the dogs best interest at the forefront. Recently, they helped facilitate a vet visit for one of our pups to get checked out. I highly recommend this team because they are truly phenomenal!
