We cannot be happier with that decision, as it has been the best one for the HOA. We are volunteers and get nothing out of being on the HOA but headaches. PMI has helped alleviate so so many issues we have had. From the initial consultations and working with Kent, we immediately knew we would be in better hands. When we transitioned over to a property manager, we were with Gregg and he was simply amazing. Responsive, knowledgeable and extremely pleasant to speak to. We later transitioned to Jane and again, nothing short of amazing. She follows up every single time, makes great suggestions that the HOA had not considered, and is a pleasure to work with.
