The individual who answered was neither friendly not helpful. It was a strange encounter as he say on the other end not providing much information or guiding the conversation as a business owner should. However, he did have availability so we took it. Fairly cheap with full hookup, $30 altogether including tax. The RV park, if you can really call it that, boats several permanent sites it appears. Some run down and some nice campers. The site is nothing special, in between what appears to be a UPS tracking facility and an abandoned construction site. There's no great, all gravel. No activities and no where to hike or swim. It's simply just a place to crash for the night if you're desperate. There is a tiny bathhouse which we didn't check out. It is located inside what looks like a shed. I give it 2 starts because it's clean and servers it's purpose.

Full hookup available. Some of the sites weren't marked so it was hard to figure out where your site number was. And there were a lot of big trees with branches hanging down. Harder for big rigs to get under. Overall ok for a quick overnight stay while traveling.

You can have a half a million dollar RV in there and they can still mess your campground up. Trash it, don't cleanup after them selves, cause a ruckus.

However, I called "Mr. Bill" with a question and we ended up speaking on the phone for 10 minutes about several things. He was so friendly and personable. I met his wife when she came in to write me a receipt. She was also extremely friendly and we chatted for some time. The most amazing thing is that the lobby is left open and unlocked. It's like a little living room with 2 large w/d for guests and a clean bathroom with a shower. We will definitely be staying there when husband has to work in the Union City area.
