They charged me $1,419.00 for a tow to their faciity including charging me $85 a day, $250 recovery fee, $159 admin fee and $371to have it towed 6 miles. After the accident, we reached out to the towing company and they informed us that the car was towed from Chantilly to Fredericksburg. I drove to Fredericksburg just to find out that the car was towed to Waldorf and the towing company should know. These guys towed my motorcycle after an accident. Insurance picks the bike up only to discover my $300 running lights were stolen by these criminals. Fortunately, I had pictures of the bike as they towed it, but these guys will steal from your vehicles. They also charged $350 for a motorcycle tow, criminal in itself. If I could give this place a 0 star rating I would do it in a heartbeat . I have gotten my car towed here twice due to my car getting into a car crash and twice has my shit been stolen here. The first time my vape and my sunglasses were stolen here and I remember the manager telling me that he trust his employees and they have cameras everywhere and it's not something they would do. I could not prove that they stole it. I recently got my car towed here again and I learned from my mistakes, so I took pictures of my car and my belongings because I had to take two trips because I did not have room to transfer all my belongings in one trip. I came back the following day and next thing I know was that my subwoofers where takin out of my car. Thankfully I took pictures and I got my subs back. I highly recommend if you can to take pictures before you come here . I have had my brother have bad experience here with his shit taken out of his car and if I got my shit stolen here both times that I have been here, most likely your shit is going to be taking out of here as well. read more

I would give a zero if I could. Theirs was the most disingenuous, rudest, and nastiest service I have ever received in my 55+ years of life. While I tried to discuss the price increase I faced between calling on the phone and showing up in person, an insolent staff member argued with me, turned his back on me, slammed the door in my face and made me wait outside. Later, another person I'm told was a manager showed up with a "scr*w it" T-shirt on and further berated me as I attempted to pay. His shirt was a clear indication of what they do to customers. He was as rude as the other man, interrupting any question I tried to ask and threatening to hold onto my car. (Another gentleman there commiserated with me and said that he has observed their nasty behavior on numerous occasions.) Finally, they sent their mid-sized dog out to growl at me as I waited for my credit card receipt. You hear about people like this, but it can be hard to believe until you come across these guys. My van broke down at my daughters school in the pouring rain and I had this company come tow it to the Chrysler dealership. The guy showed up within the hour, was extremely courteous and helpful, and towed my van to the dealership with no problems. Pricing was fair and well within distance and reason. My personal experience in dealing with these folks was SHOCKING. Although the people were pleasant speaking, Approximately $750 for a tow from accident site to storage lot - just a few miles, 2 days charge of $75 per day, even though it had only been there 24 to 25 hours and then another charge to tow to body shop - total bill just over $750 - seems very high compared to another services I have checked. In speaking to Kyle, one of the managers, he took the time to explain the cost and how that is pre-negotiated with their county contract...so even though there is no break for the cost paid, at least I feel better about why it is what it is....so expensive. Clearly, if you need to call someone to come and tow your vehicle, you are not having a good day. For the most part, any scenario that I can think of for seeing these guys means that you probably won't be in a good mood. Given the circumstance of my need for a tow, the team at Willow Springs made it suck a little less. The representative that came to the scene of the accident was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable of what needed to be done. He ensured our comfort in the truck while we drove back to the yard with him. Once we arrived at the yard, he dropped us off by the door to the office and gave us a quick run though of what we should expect from that point. There were several employees inside the office, though I primarily interacted with two - both were very nice as they helped walked me though the necessary paperwork. They also provided me with "as many bags as I needed" to get my personal belongings from my vehicle... I even returned a day or two later, without any issues or grief, to get one last thing that I forgot. I imagine this crew often sees a lot of ugliness in people; in my experience with them, though, every person I interacted with at Willow Springs seemed to be considerate of the fact that my day sucked. If I find myself in need of a tow in the future, they will absolutely be who I contact. read more
