We stayed 3 nights in this place during the 4th July weekend. This was one of the most reasonable options since it was a last minute vacation for us and all the other hotels were sold out. The hotel is very centered located, close to many of Branson's attractions. The hotel staff was friendly when we arrived . The room was clean . Room 204 had TV, Microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker , hair dryer,bath tissues , some toiletries and clean towels. The room we were is having some problems with their outlets because the microwave was not working on the outlet that was intended for. We moved the microwave to over the sink counter to use the other outlet then the microwave worked fine. One of the outlets next to the bed was also out. I let my phone charging over night and had no battery in the morning. The hair dryer was only working on the lower settings if you turned the higher settings was shutting off. They had no Iron, ironing board or luggage rack to set your luggage on it (which would be nice to know) . The breakfast was good , they had biscuits and gravy, hard boiled eggs in the refrigerator, along with frozen waffles (you had to put in toaster to warm up), toast, bagels, muffins, fruit cups, fruit (apple and bananas), cereal (including fruit loops yay! Kids love it) milk , coffee &juice. The lady that was refilling the food at the breakfast area is super friendly and attentive to details . I'm only giving this 3 stars because of the problems we had with the outlets. I will give this place another try in the future. I thought overall it was pretty decent for $60.00 night stay. read more

We have to come to Branson every week for work. This year we said we were going to stay at a different lodging motel, hotel each trip. By far for a non franchise or corporate lodging choice this place is the cleanest and the staff was wonderful. Plenty of hot water and towels and wash clothes weren't cheap econo type you would normally come across. We always travel with our own toiletries so couldn't give a fair review on theirs. Our only not 100 percent liking was the mattress. Def not a Hilton or Marriott mattress but was good enough for a peaceful night of sleep to get back to the grind to sell fishing equipment. Amble parking for our truck and trailer. To the owners and staff kudos for a nice and affordable place to rest your head! read more

An alright motel, BUT...was given a 2nd floor room, despite being in my 70s. Manager in morning was SUPER rude to employees AND me. Gave me grief over being in my room 40 minutes past [not posted on door]check out time. He seemed to think he's a brahman and everyone's his slave. Highly NOT recommended!!! read more

I stayed there last year over the 4th of July, and I might stay there again this year (my schedule permitting). I wasn't expecting much, but, wow was I pleasantly surprised! I've stayed at other "name brand" hotels/ motels and Willow Tree rates up there with them! It was quiet, very close to everything you want to see in Branson, and I haven't had that quality breakfast since I visited Switzerland several years ago! I highly recommend it. Eli read more

writing a review out of pure aggravation is not the way to get your point across, as in the most recent review of this motel. So I will add my review, done with pure pleasure and without anger coming from my keys... I stay in Branson on a regular basis every summer, and I always look for great deals on inexpensive motels. I stumbled on Willow Tree inn, via a priceline express deal, and couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome. From the moment I arrived at the check in office, I was treated very well and very professionally by the woman behind the counter. check in was smooth as silk and I was even offered some suggestions on things to do while down there. I easily found my room and was pleasantly pleased at the result. The room was very clean, air conditioner worked wonderfully, and the bed was even comfortable which pleases me to the fullest extent. they offer wi-fi and it worked fine. There is a small pool on the property, and it is maintained and clean. they offer a complimentary continental breakfast each morning from 7-10 consisting of the usual donuts, biscuits & gravy, cereal, toast and juice and coffee.. The hotel is right off the strip on the red route, which is perfect if you want to stay in the area of the strip but don't want to deal with the seasonal traffic that plagues the strip daily during their busy season. the Inn also has an RV park, and it was packed to the hilt with happy campers. The people I encountered while staying (other guests) were very friendly, and most of the people were regulars of Willow Tree and return regularly to stay all through the season. prices are comparable to other motels in the area, and while the amenities are minimal, you do get a great comfortable room at a comfortable price. I highly recommend Willow Tree Inn & RV Park, when searching for a great room at a decent price while visiting Branson. read more

This place is a joke. No pool water ,rooms stink ,and front desk people are rude and have no clue what's going on. When checking in at 3pm no rooms were clean. Was told it was s 2 hr wait or longer. Said they'd call and let us know but it could be as late as 10pm. At 10 pm, the room we were given at 4pm had people in it. The other couple with us; they're room had no bathroom. They're 2nd room was not cleaned and smelled of urine. At 10pm, staff was still cleaning rooms from previous tenants. Over twenty others had the same problem. No management, front desk person has no knowledge of computers, bookings or anything else. When we requested a refund, person in charge gathered they're belongings and left, leaving a cleaning girl to figure it out. Stay away Avoid this place as it's a waste of time read more

Ummm well checked in at 7 PM, room was not read. Not a big deal as the room was for my daughter and they had not made it yet. At 11:45 when they head to their room, the door is open and the cleaning people are just hanging out in the room next door. Room is not clean yet, so they finish and my daughter and her family go to head in the room it's only a king bed, booked a double queen. So they get moved and it to the room all of the cleaning staff were hanging out in, it is filthy, no toilet paper or towls, no pillow cases on the pillows. They are still as we speak trying to get this straightened out. Unacceptable!! Would never ever recommend this place, not even to people I hate. read more

This was a nice hotel for the price. It's simple and clean. The staff was friendly, during our stay we spoke to front desk staff, a housekeeper, and the gentleman that works the breakfast room, they were all very pleasant and helpful. We stayed in one of the king bed rooms and everything was clean. The room had an older tv but it worked fine. The hotel offers free wifi but it didn't seem to work very well. This hotel also has a nice little pool. Also hotel is located right off the strip on the red route so we didn't have to deal with traffic but it was in walking distance to the strip and was just very conveniently located. The only disappointment is that the room did not have a fridge or microwave, which is something we prefer when we stay multiple nights. However we will consider staying here again, especially for the same price. The hotel even left us a note on our last night to stay another night at an extremely discounted rate, which had it not been for work we most certainly would have accepted that offer. We are vacationing on a tight budget, and I drew Willow Tree out of the hat. The staff has been very friendly; the rooms are clean, comfortable, and all 100% smoke free (I can tell they mean it, I have a very sensitive nose for tobacco smoke.) The best part is the deal. I cannot BELIEVE the rate we got for a weeks stay! I HIGHLY recommend the Willow Tree Inn and RV Park, and plan on staying here in the future whenever we come to Branson. With a Silver Dollar City season pass, I hope that is often! read more

My wife and I stayed for three nights at the Willow Tree Inn in late August 2018. We have stayed there a number of times in the past and were satisfied as to the balance between price and what we received. This last visit was a great disappointment. Upon entering the room, one sees a good sized tear in the carpet at the entrance. The refrigerator failed to work at all and nothing was done after reporting the problem to management. In putting our clothing in one of the drawers we noted that the bottom of one of the drawers was completely missing. The lighted alarm clock on the nightstand showed a display but could not be set to the correct time. The wi-fi was so weak as to be useless. The wi-fi signal from the neighboring Taco Bell actually worked better. The water faucet at the bathroom sink worked backwards giving hot water in the cold position. The capstone of the disappointment was when one of the days we were there, the housekeeping folks missed us completely. The bed was unmade, no clean towels and we ran out of toilet paper by the end of that day. A call to the front desk informed us that "they had all gone home" On a more positive note, the king bed was comfortable, the shower was good and the breakfast was decent. We will not be going back. There are plenty of better options in Branson. read more

Please be aware of the manager's practices! My husband and I were very excited to attend the car show this August in Branson after not getting to enjoy last year's show due to a chronic disease that left my husband hospitalized last year. Because of his illness, we decided to book a reservation with Willow Tree RV Park so that he could watch the car show from our camper in case he became suddenly ill. Thus, we booked the site closest to the expressway months in advance. Friday before leaving our home, my husband called to confirm our arrival time, and he was informed that we were no longer in the spot we reserved but in the back of the RV park. He was told it was the mistake of a new employee who was no longer there. I called the manager to discuss my husband's condition, our reservation, and a resolution to our problem. The manager's attitude was one of arrogance and rudeness. At the beginning of the conversation, I had to ask her to quit cutting me off and to please let me finish speaking. When I asked her how this happened she said it was she that took our reservation and changed it, because her initials were beside it. I then asked her why this happened, and she said when we made the reservation we should have told her to "lock it in." I thought that was the point of making a reservation: to reserve what you want. As my co-workers said about our situation that is like giving someone a room with double beds with they had reserved a king-size bed. To sum up our conversation, she said there was nothing she was going to do but give us $15.00 off our nightly fee. She said she was only the manager and not the owner. So I asked for the owner's contact information and was told she would not give it to me. I've already done my research to find the owner in order to contact them. In conclusion, my husband and I and all our friends agree that it came down to this manager knowing she made a mistake but would not admit any fault. I am sharing my story so that anyone in a situation such as ours does not get treated the same way. There slogan is "your home away from home," but we were not treated in this manner. The manager's disregard for our reservation led to a blessing for we found a hotel on the expressway that gave us a discount for our public service AND upgraded us to a king suite with a view of the expressway from our balcony. The manager told us that the discount is for any of their sister hotels year-round. Their hospitality led to a lifetime customer where Willow Tree has lost a customer for life. read more
