Sean came in the specified time window - hallelujah! - after calling to say exactly when he'd arrive - double hallelujah! - and happened to have the right part with him. We've had the blinds for about 2 months now: Quality 5/5 -…read moreno issues so far, the automated blinds haven't completely synced up yet and the receiver doesn't reach all our window in the living room sometimes but not a big deal Installation- 5/5- professional, fast and good installation. Our blinds got installed in two visits as they became available. Consultation/contract- 1/5- this is where they really lose stars. When we did a consult we let them know that we really wanted our treatments in ASAP. Because of our location, other houses can see inside very easily. We knew there was a supply issue because of the pandemic and we were willing to pay a little more if could get certain rooms done quicker. Our designer let us know that they are called "3 day blinds for a reason." So it sounded perfect! During our consult, the designer (I think that's the right title) offered very little suggestions. She told us anything we wanted to hear. Luckily having been through this before, we knew what we were looking for so didn't need any help with suggestions. But for someone else who wants to get more creative, it might be a problem. We settled on designs, etc and signed the contract on the spot because they offered a discount. A couple days later we get a call that installation is scheduled at least 5 weeks from now for the living room and that the rest of the shades will be ready in 2 weeks- so nothing really in 3 days. We tried getting out of the contract, but of course they called us after the mark where we could cancel to tell us about the delivery and installation. Remember those clauses about "war, pandemic, etc" that we typically glossed over because they were so far fetched? Well not anymore. We asked them to install the shades as they became available which they did. The hold up in our order were the valences for the electric shades and we asked if they could install them without since we really just wanted the privacy. The installer said it's possible and when we contacted our design consultant she said yes as well and then never answered us to schedule a date for that. I don't think I properly expressed our frustration in this review. But trying to reason with them was just ridiculous. The actual shades came out and nice and installation and set up was perfect. Dealing with customer service and no one with in the company communicating with each other created issues.

I spent over $3000.00 on these blinds. One of my windows is 16 ft high. They told me they sold a…read more solar charger because the charger is on the top of the shade. After the delivery and installation they told me the solar charger would only work if i had a sky light . They also told me they would have to be charged around every 2 years. Well they die every 6 months and i have to pay a handy man to come with a 16 ft ladder to plug the charger in and then let it sit there for 24 hours. This has become quite costly. They tell you anything to make a sale. Also I ordered and additional wire to charge the other shades and of course they told me one week for fed ex delivery. Its been over that and all they keep saying is there has been a delay but they cashed the money really quickly. There was no delay with that. I would not recommend them. Only company worse is Blinds to go because 3 day blinds at least has good quality although expensive. Blinds to go was so cheap and cut poorly they did not even last a year. Companies take no pride in their work anymore.
