Second time around using this service provider. This time around, I caught a blade with my rear tire. Thank God I made it home before it flattened. Ignorant that I was on the subject, I was looking for a mobile mechanic when I called. Will opened my eyes on the obvious to submit a roadside assistance claim. Even though he had the ability for mobile assistance, he came and picked up the motorcycle at home with his truck specialized in motorcycle only transport. In addition to the tire replacement work, he performed other services on the bike and as an added bonus, he returned the bike to me at home, for my convenience and at no additional cost. Couldn't ask for better service. Thanks Will! However, you need to find a way to answer all call. Otherwise, your perspective clients would think that you are not in business. read more

I chose Willpower Motorsports because of all the great reviews--and now I see why! Will was very responsive, and even though we had a few communication hiccups early on, he quickly explained that business had picked up (which we laughed about and celebrated). When we finally locked in the appointment, he picked up my bike using a super-professional towing rig that made me feel confident it was in safe hands. His daughter Mikayla is also fantastic--professional, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about motorcycles. I love that they're a family-run business with great energy. Dee: Naw, the Owner, is very rude and disrespectful if he thinks you don't have any money or if you from the Hood. The estimate that he wrote up to fix my bike was not complete but yet he pressed me for my money. He rushed me for payment and threatened me for storage fees and the bike wasn't even complete. He worked on something on my bike that I didn't ask him to work on and said that's how he justified the payment. I gave one star because he picked up my bike and got it started. I will not refer or give him my business ever again . read more

Now I rarely do reviews on yelp or pretty much anywhere else. To take the time to write this review it means it's an excellent place to take your bike for maintenance and repair. I took my bike to this shop for an oil change. Now I don't know to much about motorcycle but Will took the time and patience to explain things to me in a way I would understand it. Now how many shops do that? The service and oil he put on was great. I felt comfortable asking questions and he was more than happy to explain.
