Billy from the service department tried to fast track me out the door and not explain any of the work and labor costs being done. Hes pretty stand off and not open to questioning. After the job was done and i signed i noticed he didnt give me all the discounts he was supposed to after someone told him he should have to begin with. Probably because he didn't feel like doing the write up again properly with his attitude and figured i would just book it on out. Had to talk to the manager later to give me a refund. The manager is really good there because he's willing to work with you without attitude. Bob the technician did a great job and is really compassionate about his job and bikes. Ill come back just for Bob and the service manager. read more

I got my bike at the other guy, up the road, we will call them CM for short. Really kinda wish I would have known this place was around. I was in the market for some heated gear, and visited CM. CM's staff could not be bothered really. I did a few web searches and found MFI. I went by the store and they were in the process of closing. Hell they were done closing. Not good with names, but Angel and Fred/Fr had already turned the lights off, and closed all but one door and were standing in the parking lot getting ready to lock the last door. I saw this and started to do a you turn in the parking lot. Fred stopped me and told me to come inside! WOW, was my first thought my second was CM would never do this. Fred again me my options on heated gear and showed me a few catalogs. We agreed that I needed to research the products to ensure I knew what I was getting. The next day, showed up with my wife. We looked at a bike in the parking lot. Within 2 minutes Angel came out to ask if we needed help. 5 minutes later Matt? also offered assistance. Once inside I asked Matt about the heated gear. He could not answer the question, but stated to look it up and then ask Angel who had the answer. Again WOW, 7 minute at the store and 2 people offer to help(other customers were also being helped), and I asked a question and was not feed bull shit! I ended up ordering around $800s of gear, and was told it would arrive in 2 business days(ordered Friday, should be in Tuesday). I received a call on Monday telling me to come pick up my gear. My wife picked up, and said they Fred give her some tips to share with me. She was also surprised about how a "Biker shop" treated her as one of the guys, I guess she did not get a good impression of the biker community at CM. Thank you Fred! Bottom line, they earned my business and I will be a repeat customer. Not sure I will ever go back to CM. read more

Purchased two bikes this past season. Was a returning customer due to price and satisfactory first time experience. Second purchase staff stayed late to process paperwork and prep bike. First purchase transaction was smooth. Second purchase there was a long delay in the paperwork getting worked out with Honda; which became stressful when the payoff on my first bike took over a month to post with Honda Financial. Salesman and owner have reached out recently to address the hassle and confusion. read more

I just bought my second Kawasaki from MFI. The sales staff at MFI are great, they listen to you and aren't pushy at all. The are knowledgeable and take the time to explain features and functions. They worked with me on price and got me what I asked for at the price I wanted. The parts desk is really good as well. Very helpful and courteous. If they don't have what you need they will order it and call you when it comes in. I've only bought Kawa accessories and tune up parts from them, but they had what I needed at a good price. The service department stays pretty busy so you have to keep up with them on what you want them to do, but otherwise they are helpful, courteous and seem to know what they are doing. I've only had regular maintenance and safety inspections done there and was pleased with the experience. They don't have a huge selection of accessories, but enough to get you started. They do have good helmet selection. I just wish they had a better clothing/apparel selection. They have big sales from time to time along with their open house events where you can save big bucks, even on service and ordered items. They are in a hard to get to location which I think actually benefits customers, I'll explain. If they were located where they got lots more business, they might turn into one of the other shops in the area. What I mean is, they are still a smallish dealership that gives their customers good service and attention. I can't say that about the other shops in the area. It's worth the 50 mile ride to me to get good service. read more

Purchased a '16 CRF150r from MFI and saved nearly a THOUSAND dollars over what other local Honda dealers were charging for the exact same bike. And this is after the other dealers kept telling me that there are almost no profit margins on smaller bikes. Right.... Sure, MFI hooked me up because they support the off road riding club (FORPWC) that I belong to, but I'm sure they would make similar deals for anyone. Yes, the customer service in parts and sales can be a bit iffy at times, but that's because they are a small dealer without the resources of larger dealers. However, their size works to your advantage when it counts - price. Also, Shane in the service department is far and above the best service rep I've ever encountered. I think he is part owner of the business so he's truly vested in making you a happy customer. read more

I've been looking to buy a ninja 300 abs for a couple weeks. I had already examined and test drove the bike so I was just looking for price and color. I got a in person no haggle first offer from some dealer, and started shooting emails at all the dealers in the state. MFI just blew the others out of the water. I appreciated their sales getting straight to their real price rather than undercutting by 50 bucks at a time like other dealers were trying to do. Went in, they sold me the bike at exact price we set in the email. UPDATE: Had my first 600 mile maintenance here. They charged me $ 241. :( read more

I called and got quoted for 400 to get my ninja 250 carbs cleaned. I knew my jets were clogged. I took it in and got a call I needed more work and ended up paying almost 800. I paid it and Bike started up for 2 weeks and then it stopped. I took it back within a month and was told I need to pay more for them to clean the carbs again. I just paid 800 and 2 weeks later bike is not starting. Worst service ever. read more

While Sales and Parts are fine here - I bought a Honda ATV from them - the Service Department leaves much to be desired. They kept my KTM 690 Enduro for 6 weeks and returned it to me with work done and charged for that I didn't authorize or want, installed a Power Commander with no map loaded onto it, and the bike didn't run right afterwards. I eventually fixed the KTM myself by removing the Power Commander and reverting back to a stock map, and was $ 1,165 poor-er for the experience. Why the bike was there 6 weeks is anyone's guess, they failed to account for that or keep me updated on progress. They have lost a customer because of this incident and I will not patronize them further. read more

We took my wife's bike to get the carbs cleaned and do a regular tune-up with a scheduled appointment we waited three weeks to get. One month after that appointment date, we received her bike. It cost us WELL more then it should have because they had to replace hoses (very suspect) and the bike was dirty where fluids dripped on the panels. We will only use this place again if it is an absolute necessity. The manager told us they were short staffed, then there was a problem ordering the parts, etc, etc. After doing some research, I have come to find out that is what many have been told. We were never called for a progress update. We always had to call to find out the status. Heed the warnings and stay away from the service department if you want something done quickly. The only reason it didn't get one star is because the parts department has been pretty good 98% of the time. read more

Great place, great staff, and great bikes. I do wish they carried Victory or HD, which I know won't happen. I like American cruisers, but other than that, I like it there. Even their service dept. I own a Suzuki, and I still take it there instead of the local Zuki shop(Who will remain nameless). Otherwise, I have to go to Manassas, and that's not always possible. read more

Soooo...where to begin....... We took in a four wheeler to get it running as it had been sitting for a couple years. I knew it needed a carb cleaning and they did to. So we took it in with the hopes of getting it fixed and then selling it at the same place on consignment. After they did the initial work they came back and said they would need to replace a bunch of stuff within the fuel system.....to the tune of double the originally quoted price, and on top of that they wanted another 150 bucks to clean it for selling, which they didn't even do. So after it was "fixed", we signed a consignment agreement. We were told we'd get a call if there was any type of offer and if there were none we could lower the price in a couple weeks. Over a month later.....not one phone call. So we went up and brought it home to sell. While there our "salesperson" says, "well yeah we've had a couple of offers but nothing solid"......so no phone calls to haggle on price or anything? Then we get it home, only to find it now has 20 more hours on it than when we brought it in with.....one of the plastic side pieces was damaged, it was missing screws that i know were in it before, the front end was scratched, and there was zero gas in it, (plenty when we dropped it off). Long story short, they hung us out on the repairs, then rode the crap out of it and damaged it in the process, then didn't give a sh** about selling it. (I sold it in less than a week on CL which they didn't even attempt) Hope the owner thanks his/her sales staff for losing them easy money. It does run just as it should, that's the only thing good i can say about this place. There are other shops out there that do this kind of work, i'd suggest finding one of them. read more

Great place to buy a motorcycle and service it. The folks are great and so is the product line. It is a "real" motorcycle dealership.

Go to MFI if you want to be treated like family! They actually care about customer satisfaction. They do their best to make sure you get the right product for your needs. Need a helmet? They will not sell you one because you look good in it...they take the time and have been trained to properly size the helmet for your head! I have not experienced that at other shops. My son races motocross at a high level and I have purchased all of his bikes from MFI. The purchase experience has always been smooth and the prices are outstanding! Motocross demands a lot of maintenance and repair and I rely on MFI's service department to keep my son's bikes race ready and we have never missed a race. One weekend my son's ktm 65 broke a power valve during Saturday practice and MFI had the bike fixed and ready for Sunday's race! read more

Update: suck at selling too. Went in here to check out a CBR they had used. Waited around for an hour and finally got switched to this Asian kid wearing flip flops ( which I asked if he road his bike in them )He was reluctant to help me out. I really had to make him want to sell me something. Ended up waiting another hour for his boss or something to come in. Just to have her tell him to work with me. Really what the fuck? Anyway kid when on bragging about his bikes daddy bought for him. Really annoying stuff. The worst part is that his boss had to make him take my info to get back to me ( which he never did). And even worse than that I called the sales manager a month later to complain and guy didn't even care. Told me "hope you can trust us again" and hung up on me. Didn't apologize, didn't offer to work it out. Just whatever not my problem. I really wonder how this place stays In business. read more

The staff seem very distracted. Someone will help you for a sec and then leave to pay attention to another customer. The parts guy should be let go. He is extremely slow and incompetent. I was less than impressed by the staff. The store has a decent collection of bikes and gear. It just takes forever to get helped and check out. Everyone is very friendly though. read more

Yes I have been there on two occasion and also very recently. I was looking at a KTM 1190 Adventure R and NO ONE ever even approached me for any type of assistance. I clearly looked liked I had questions and at one point went to the counter while the sales person was talking with a customer NOT EVEN please wait a second etc Ill be right with you etc. I left and would never patronize them. It seem as if they really dont give a crap who walks in their store. read more
