(2013 GSX-R600) I don't even know where to start. I've been riding and buying motorcycles for about 7 years. Most of them used bikes. For the first time this season I went to buy one new from MHKS in Manassas and was laughed out of the dealership after asking a lot of questions about financing, after all, if you're gonna spend 10k on a bike you need to find the best deal, they didn't seem to understand that, and were very unwilling to work with someone like me. I found Mike through an add on cycle trader that seemed to good to be true. I called an asked many questions about the bike, all of which Mike answered, all while out of town. When I got to the shop the bike had already been sold, but my sales guy Coleman was more than happy to show me some other bikes and answer literally every question I could think of. If he couldn't answer it, he made sure to contact Mike right away to get it answered. They had a bike they just got in they hadn't even listed that Coleman showed me, and when I say it was perfect it was PERFECT. A 2013 GSXR600 with no less than 0000073 miles on it. Literally it had 73 miles on it. I could not believe Mike found a bike in mint condition like this. OEM pipe, stock everything , barley ever been touched. He sold it to me for barley a thousand more than another bike I had looked at that had 10k on it. This is just the beginning. I put down 500$ on the bike, and Mike worked personally with me for about and week and half going through lenders trying to find someone who would lend to me. He never acted like I wasn't worth my time, and never failed to communicate any details or answer any questions I had. Even after I was denied financing he didn't give up and just pointed me toward another lender who could help. Never rushed me, and was never ever impatient or unwilling to ask any of my stupid questions. If you want to buy a bike and be treated like a person who is worth spending time on, MG motorsports is your place. They are all as passionate about bikes as you are I promise. Mike won't let you down, I will only be buying bikes from Mike from now on, and I live half way across the country. Stop looking on Facebook and craigslist, and other dealers, give your business to Mike, you won't regret it.

    All the bikes were beautiful!

I just bought a bike yesterday from the owner, Mike Gardner and it was a great experience.

When I spoke with their service department, they agreed to take care of it for me.. no apology or anything about the extra time out of my week to get to and from their shop. I should have bailed right then and there. Fast forward a few years. Nothing but issues for a bike I took excellent care of and only put a grand total of 1000 miles on. I won't get into too many details here, but they kept the bike for a little over 3 months this last spring, " trying" to resolve an issue I was having with the bike struggling to start and not running correctly when it did start. After three months I complained to the owner about the absurd bill I got after his team of " professional Triumph techs" could not figure out anything and just started throwing random parts at it. To be clear, there were 3 error codes... After 90 days they didn't even mention any of those codes! The owner did right by me in terms of having them remove most of the fees they tacked on for their bull$!#@ work. It was super irritating that I was still out a couple hundred bucks for an intake snorkel (What the actual F?) and spark plugs (which I had also just replaced one day before leaving it with them) The real final coffin nail for me was that the final call from the service guy was unacceptable and infuriating: "Given enough time, we probably could figure it out, but we just don't have time to deal with your bike right now". I have never been more angry or disappointed by a business. I essentially just threw 10K+ into a fire. I will never purchase a bike here again and I will instruct everyone I encounter to avoid them for bike purchases and especially repairs.

No one showed up, no calls were answered, and no response to my email until the next day saying they were "closed due to unforeseen circumstances." This lack of communication cost me money and wasted my time. On top of that, I provided all the correct parts for the repair, but the bike still wasn't fixed. When I questioned the charges, I was told I should pay in full regardless of the outcome. The mechanic also claimed taking my bike without an appointment was a "favor," even though he saw me drop it off and could have simply asked me to take it back if he wasn't going to fix it. To make matters worse, he charged me every penny without considering any adjustment to the bill, even though I lost money on towing and wages because he was unavailable and unresponsive. His emails throughout this process were hostile and dismissive, showing bad faith and very poor customer service. Things happen, but a professional shop should take responsibility, communicate clearly, and not leave customers stranded with bills for incomplete work. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business.

I noticed these damages on the wheel after I came home that definitely weren't there before. To make things worse, the price they charged was way too expensive for the quality of service provided. Definitely not worth the money. I won't be coming back and can't recommend them to others. To top it off Oil and Filter change costed me $210 in addition to the tires replacement cost. Yes this guy does a lot of talking but u know great talkers and not doers. never going back here again and will advice you the same.

My first time here I brought my 1999 Honda CBR600F4 sport bike to have rehauled. I wanted to do a stage 2 jet kit, all fluids, diagnose the electrical system, install a new gas tank, repaint it, replace a front fork, lower it, make a custom bracket for the tail end, and get the bike to pass VA state inspection. I knew the jet kit was out of my capabilities (you have to rebuilt the carbs) so I had Mike Hogarty of Hotrods 2 Hybrids to do the work. Normally, if I were to take this to a dealer it would have easily costed twice as much. I got a quote for just doing the jet kit and it would have been around $600-700. Through Mike, it was just around $300 INCLUDING the Dynojet Stage 2 kit. My total bill including parts and labor was around $1100, which includes everything I described. Now, I also recently brought my 2004 VW Jetta to have a lot of brake and suspension work. I had to replace a front strut, inner and out tie rods, a front knuckle, replace the rear beam, and align it, along with all the minor stuff such as repacking the bearings since you have to switch alot of parts out. My total bill was $1340, and that would easily be 4 times that much if I took it anywhere else. I highly recommend taking your car or motorcycle to him. He used to be a technician for Ferrari of Washington specializing in Lamborghini's. He is also a car guy and understands where the common consumer stands when it comes to auto repair, and the majority doesn't understand how things work. I used to work at Lindsay VW of Sterling and Sears Auto Center, and I have seen just how crazy certain repairs can be cost wise. I highly recommend Hotrods 2 Hybrids. They will work on anything for a very reasonable cost. Bike guys, he does a lot of work on anything from Honda's to Ducati's. If you have an ATV, or a jetski, shouldn't be an issue. Seriously, this is a goldmine on saving money. Check it out.

The repairs were still completed in a little more than 2 weeks. The quality of the work was excellent, and Levon provided excellent service in driving me to and from the Rockville library, when I had to wait a couple of hours for some minor follow-on repair.
