So flavorful, garlicky, and easily soaked into the meat. This place and their sauces, I'm telling you! They are awesome at it. The salad was so fresh and smothered in yummy toppings. Free earplugs, strong drinks, and plenty of head banging. Genuinely the mosh pit here is always popping, and of course everyone remembers their mosh etiquette as people will help you up if you fall, and ask if you're okay if you seem hurt. I'm the friend that holds everyone's glasses and watches from the side though so if moshing isn't your thing, still come for the music and punk vibes. (I personally love watching people express themselves through moshing, I think it's such a beautiful raw expression of emotions!) The bar area has a few booths but is pretty small, but the back room where the shows are held is pretty spacious but fills up quickly. There's also a back patio! Ultimately, Mag bar is a great spot for a show, a drink, and some good ass music.

This place is a little different for a sports bar, but in a decent way, chill and fancier vibe than a normal sports bar. It's has an open area but with multiple areas /room to escape and converse if needed. Two bars and couches in front of a biggest TV in bar I believe. I had a burger and fries, burger was very good, when I say a good burger, it alone was worth the visit, fries were fries, I just don't like these type of fries. All the windows are wonderful but also make it so so cold in there you need to dress warm or you won't last long. There is a fire place in the center but it doesn't emit any heat unless you touch it. This is a great place to work at, catch up with a friend, or digest a drink. I think the drink service starts at 3 but the room is available way before that. It's off the left of the lobby and will have people working in it during the day.

If the wait was an hour, why not take my order now to be picked up at a later time when the kitchen has caught up? The Day Disco: a mezcal cocktail with a chili rim that brings real smokiness and heat. It's got a little sweetness to balance it out, but the mezcal is definitely there. I've never loved mezcal so this is just "pretty good". Monkey Drive shot: It smells and tastes artificial, like heavy fake banana, almost chemical. Not their strong suit. On the food side, I can definitely recommendthe Machada empanada for $6. Beefy, cheesy, and one of the best bar snacks they have supposedly.
